When he is a vampire
"Sasuke! You're here!" You leaped up, jumping into your beloved arms. He chuckled slightly, kissing the top of your head. You felt his fangs, grazing your hair, but you paid it no mind.
Yes, your darling Sasuke was a vampire. See, you were a human who had accidently stumbled upon him. Though the two of you had different schedules (such as you sleeping at night, him during the day) you made it work.
That doesn't mean that sacrifices weren't made.
You worked during the day, stayed up during the night with Sasuke. He wasn't oblivious to it. He knew what you were doing. Every time he saw you, he could see the growing bags and blackness under your eyes. They were just covered with makeup so he wouldn't know.
Today, his heart almost snapped in half looking at how sickly you looked.
"(Y/n), how long were you planning on hiding this." He tilted your head upwards, rubbing off the foundation under your eyes. "You know I'm not an idiot darling. My vision is sharp as a knife."
Groaning, you placed your head onto his muscular chest. His pale hands rubbed your back.
"It's fine Sasuke! I'll take a nap later. Come on. We should do something you want." You raised your face to smile at the vampire. He shook his head, picking you up with ease.
"Anything I want? I want to have a nap and cuddle."
You sighed, admitting defeat. Snuggling closer to his chest, you rested your ear over his rapidly beating heart. It was always quick beating. One of the things that came with being a vampire. Just like sharp hearing, superhuman strength, brains, agility, sharp eyesight, and the list goes on.
Sasuke really was amazing.
Still holding you, he stripped down the bed, placing you inside, all the while hopping in himself. Raising the blankets over the two of you, he snuggled you into his chest, rubbing the back of your head. He knew that you would fall asleep in no time.
True to his prediction, you were out like a light. Placing a tender kiss on your lips, he closed his eyes as well, plotting something....

You had to leave for work. Placing a lingering kiss on Sasuke's lips, you ran out of the house, telling him to make himself comfortable. He chuckled at our cuteness. As you ran out the house, Sasuke's eyes watched you, waiting for you to be out of sight.
When you were, he grabbed his phone.
"Hey Naruto. Yeah dobe! Of course it's me! Look, I need help with something! Yeah, I'll talk to my family later."
Still on the phone, Sasuke walked out of the door, making his way to the hidden portal connecting him with his world.

Walking home, you opened the door. Stepping inside, you accidentally bumped into Sasuke.
"Sorry about that. I wasn't paying attention." He laughed slightly, picking you up. "But real talk, you have great timing! I've got something planned."
"I-I can walk, Sasuke!"
He gave you a rare smile, kissing you. "No need, my love. I've got you."
You sighed, wrapping your legs around his waist. You trusted him enough not to drop you. To your confusion, Sasuke walked out of the door. When he said he had something planned, you presumed he meant watching movies.
Yes . . . he was totally into those cheesy vampire movies. He claimed he only watched them to laugh at them, but you knew better.
"Um... Sasuke? Where are we going?" He hummed in response, still keeping a firm yet gentle grip around you.
"Sweetheart, just take a nap. I've got you."
Apparently you were more exhausted than you thought. The sound of Sasuke's heartbeat lulled you into a dream filled sleep.

You awoke to the shallow breathing of someone on your neck. Confused, you opened your eyes. Your face was crushed into someone's chest, but the cologne was all too familiar.
"S-Sasuke? Where are we?" You gave a small yawn, poking your boyfriend. He groaned slightly, opening his eyes.
"Morning sunshine. We're in my house."
Your eyes widened. Why would he bring you to his world? Your heart rate increased. You knew that you were safe with Sasuke, but the situation made you uncomfortable. You were in an entire world filled with vampires. They could suck your blood dry if they wanted.
Sasuke noticed the sudden change in your heart rate. "Love, calm down. Don't worry. I'm here." Placing his lips against yours, you automatically moved in sync. The only thing that caused you to pull apart was the sudden knock at the door.
Grumbling under his breath, Sasuke muttered a small "come in."
A man, a vampire, walked in. You knew him very well. Sasuke's older brother, Itachi.
"Little brother. (Y/n). Father would like to see you."
Sasuke nodded, slipping out of bed.
"You stay here." Sasuke placed a chaste kiss on your forehead. Before he completely exited the room, he turned to face you once again, "Take a nap. Seriously, you look like shit."
Once again, you fell into the deep depths of slumber.

"I see. Human bodies are extremely frail. Are you certain that this may be the beginning of illness?"
Sasuke nodded in response to his father's question. "That's why I need your permission. Continuing at this rate risks severe deterioration."
Fugaku and Mikoto exchanged a look.
"Do what you must, son."

"Darling, wake up." Sasuke gently shook you, rousing you from your slumber. Mikoto stood in the doorway, laughing at your stubbornness.
"Ten more minutes, Sasuke." He sighed in defeat.
"I'll make you whatever you want to eat if you get up now."
Just like that, your eyes were open, and you were out of bed.
"Alright!" That was the second that you noticed Mikoto. Smiling, you ran to give her a hug. She smiled, hugging you back tight, but not so tight she would shatter your fragile bones.
Sasuke chuckled, smiling at how cute you were. Itachi once again called for Sasuke.
"Mom, tell her." With that, Sasuke left the room.
"Tell me what?" Your eyes were confused.
"Sweetie, we know all the sacrifices that you make to maintain Sasuke and your relationship. It's obvious that it has taken a toll on your health. Sasuke's worried. We're worried. So in order to fix this, we'll turn you into a vampire." You stood there, shocked.
A vampire?
Really?
"(Y/n) sweetie...Say something..." Mikoto urged you to say as you felt.
"You would do that for me?" Tears flooded your eyes.
She wrapped her arms around you once again, "A family looks after their own."

Last night, Sasuke explained to you what would happen and the process it took to become a vampire. You already knew the basics.
Him sinking his teeth into your neck...The usual.
"There's a long healing process after. You'll basically be on bed rest."
You nodded your head. Sasuke had stressed this multiple times already.
"That's fine." You reassured him.
Smiling, he picked you up, walking you out of the room.
Eventually, he placed you down in the dining room, right on the table. The rest of the Uchiha main family stood around watching. Mikoto held your hand as Sasuke eased his fangs into your neck. You whimpered, feeling blood pour from the area. It hurt. Without moving his head, he placed his hands on your arms, rubbing in an apologetic manner.
Ten minutes later, the process was complete. The second Sasuke removed his fangs, you collapsed into his warm body.

The next day was horrible. Waking up, you had cramps, headaches, and overall, your body was in pain. At the very moment in time, Sasuke was trying to convince you to drink a little of his blood. He knew that it would help.
After all, the reason that you were in all this pain was because you were mal-nourished.
"Please love. It doesn't hurt me. It's the quickest way for you to recover."
Tears filled your eyes, "I don't want to! I don't want to take your blood!"
Sasuke sighed, cutting his arm slightly, placing it to your lips. Forcing your mouth open, he placed the cut over it. Eventually, you realized that you would have to drink, so you started to suck on the wound.
"There we go." Rubbing your head with his free hand, he watched you drink from his arm.
You stopped automatically, feeling yourself become full.
"Thank you Sasuke."
He nodded, kissing your forehead. "Just sleep darling."

Every day for a month, Sasuke gave you his blood. Slowly but surely, you started to feel better. And not long after, you managed to muster enough strength to push yourself out of bed.
And naturally, Sasuke was with you every step of the way.

"Daddy! That's the best story ever! Mommy really was a human!" Sasuke chuckled, his little three year old girl and boy sitting on his lap. You were cuddled into his side.
"Yes (D/n)! Mommy was a human."
Your son looked suspicious. "So that is why mommy is now a vampire? She's completely like us?"
Sasuke nodded, kissing both of his kids' heads. "You silly goof. Of course she is."
