Note
So let me just add. If you are an atheist you might find some parts a little cheesy. Since I'm Catholic I very obviously take a lot inspiration from it and mention God and all that. So if that bothers you might not like some parts. Y'all still read if you want. I'm not trying to convert or de-convert anyone here. It's just silly fun :) just so y'all know about that if that bothers you.I have very mixed opinions on Naruto series as a whole. Many not positive lol. Frankly I started the show knowing Sasuke Will be my fav by far (I was right). But I did not expect to hate that stupid village so much. It gets on my nerves so much how almost no character questions the village laws. Hoes still have child soldiers and NO ONE bats an eye. But as soon someone, God forbid, leaves that stupid place. He's a criminal, a psycho, and idiot, and asshole and what not. I unironically think Konoha is good representation of nationalism. I could go on about that until tomorrow. As for this fic. It was pretty fast. In one day. Been hyped for Steel Ball Run and got inspired to write Sasuke as cowboy. I might make this a full series. Idk. Depends on my mood. So like consider this a pilot or something.PLEASE TELL ME YOUR OPINION IF THIS IS SHIT OR NOTENJOY ❤️

Shot was fired and silence fell. No longer sound of struggle, no longer angry curses thrown. Just dead silence. Past collapsed, present stopped and future waited. It seemed like even birds of wild west couldn't mutter a thing as two brothers stood in front of eachother like stone statues.

Then Itachi fell to the ground, blood spilling from his mouth. His ragged clothes reddened by his own crimson blood. Once cream white shirt had taken a new colour.

Sasuke stood motionless two metres away from his brother's body. His whole life passing before his eyes. It had been done. Revange had been done. The one who caused him all pain in life laying on dirt spilling his blood. It was almost like a hallucination.

He lowered his gun. His eyes hooded as he looked down at man of same blood as him. A smile came to his face. A content one. A smile that will only happen once in lifetime. Never again was he to have the same smile. For nothing can compare to this feeling.

It was over. The vengeance he chased has gave him a farewell with a smile. But almost a bittersweet one.

Sasuke sighed, smile falling together with his knees. He kneeled down next to Itachi's body.

"It's over big brother, we'll meet again...in hell.", a young outlaw said, "But we won't be in same hell...No, oh no big brother... You'll be in one esspeicially painful one...But I...", a tear rolls down his cheek, "I'll find my way out...I swear Itachi...God will forgive my gun..."

He was now alone. Last of his blood. Last Uchiha walking this earth. No family. Nothing. With him, the memory of Uchiha shall disappear.

"Sasuke...", Itachi mumbles bringing his hand to his brother's forehead,"I...I will always...love you...", he flicked Sasuke's forehead. One last time before his hand fell numb on Sasuke lap.

Sasuke's eyes fill with even more tears that now fell on their own over his stoic face. He looked at his brothers numb hand in his lap. Motionless and useless. In few minutes it will be cold as ice.

"Love me?...What use do I have of dead man's love?...",he sobs, his stoic expression faltering a bit.

Sasuke threw his revolver to the side. He no longer needed it. His goal was finished, no longer was there a reason for him to live.

He layed next to his brother's breathless body. Looking up at blue sky of earth.

He could only hope his guardian angel didn't give up on him completely. That he shall defend him when his judgement comes. That he'll see sweet clouds of heaven, even if after centuries of purgatory. God would maybe not approve, but he understand it all. If he doesn't then Sasuke was truly somone who should have never walked the land. Who knows. Maybe he'll forgive Sasuke, maybe not. Sasuke himself didn't know what will happen. He didn't know if he was a good man inside or a deplorable human being.

All he knew was that he was tierd of this world. He was tiered of his life. Compared to all of this, hell couldn't be much worse. And if he gets to heaven somehow then there's nothing to worry about. He would see all those he loved and lost. There truly wasn't a worse option then living in world humans made as rival to hell.

"Congratulations kid. You won.", Tobi said getting out of abounded Saloon he was waiting in.

"Ya' don't seem to happy to me.", Tobi scoffs looking down at laying Sasuke.

"...What do i do now?... I did what I had to do...Now there is nothing for me...No one waiting home for me, no one loving me, no one who gets it...", Sasuke mumbles, not even looking at man with orange mask.

" You achieved your goal. Now the conquences are left to deal with. And there's only one objective for you now.", Tobi says sternly and with cold voice, "Do not die."

A huff leaves Sasuke mouth as he finnaly looks at older man, "Why not? What's so bad about death anyway?...", he reached for the blue sky with his arm.

Tobi sighed, he heard Sasuke say something like that a lot in past weeks, "God may forgive you for killing your brother. But he ain't gonna forgive you if you put a bullet in your head by yourself. You've got no excuse-"

"What do you know for what do I have excuses? And don't act like some preacher now. It's too late now. If I kill myself it's between me, my gun and God alone. It's none of your concern. As if you would give a shit.", Sasuke snapped at his companion.

It shall be completely up to him what he does now. He had followed orders, he had fought for law and against the law. He had been trough hell and back. Never having a damn choice. Working for all kinds of people. Good, bad, ugly and monstrous ones. His bag of sins was already full, it would mean nothing to add another, and last, one.

Tobi looked at him in silence, then he turned around walking a few meters before stopping and opening his mouth again, "You're right I don't give a shit. Kill yourself for all I care. It changes nothing for me or anyone.", his voice was stern, but a hint of anger was in it. As if he didn't like saying what he did.

He turned his head towards Sasuke, "But don't expect me to bury either of you. May coyots and crows eat your flesh.", he spat.

Sasuke sighed sitting up at dirt, staring at Itachi's unmoving body which was already starting to cool down.

"Tobi...", Sasuke voice was soft as he called man's name, "Help me bury him...", was heard, barely a whisper.

Tobi sighed softly, "Why would you want to bury him?... Is he even deserving of it?...", he turned his head away from Sasuke again.

Younger cowboy shrugs, "I'll leave that up to him and God....What do I know who deserves a burial and who doesn't..."

"I suppose...Still I don't think anyone who killed a whole part of town really deserves anything good...", he mumbles, as if some kind of guilt hit him across the head.

Tobi was looking at the ground. Not a word out of him. He just stood and thought a little. Let his heart die even more so guilt of his sins dissapears. It was to late to regret his deeds. Devil already awaits for him.

"I'll dig a hole...You rest a little, have a little wiskey. I left some in saloon. Not the best but it'll do what it's supposed to do.", Tobi says walking away.

Sasuke nodded, more to himself then to Tobi, as he entered abounded Saloon to drink any alcohol he could find. With each sip he could hear Tobi dragging a lifeless body outside. He didn't want to worry about all of that now. He just left it to Tobi.

He took a sip of alcohol. Same question repeating in his head.

What now?

He's still an outlaw. He won't come back to that cursed town. Nothing in there mattered to him anymore. He remebered how those villagers treated his family when he was little. The glances, the gossip and insults. He still wasn't completely sure what Uchiha's did to them. Maybe his family wronged them long time ago. Maybe they were simply bastards who liked to treat others like shit.

After massacre of his part of town. They all treated him with kindness and praises. All in vain. Sasuke still remembered when those "Uchiha's not allowed" signs were hanging on store doors. He still remembered when his father's complaints about town were cast aside, just because he was an Uchiha.

Uchiha were considered too emotional to lead, or even have around. It was excuse to make everything they said against town seem dramatic. Kinda like how women were treated.

Women were considered too emotional for them to be allowed same rights as man. That they were to irrational to think logically. Unlike man. Who would kill somone over a joke at their expense. Just as women were considered irrational, Uchiha's were considered irrational.

For Uchiha hated too easily it seems. They loved too easily. Both man and women. Female and male Uchiha's were both too emotional and irrational. That's the reason they were treated like they were less then others.

Sasuke called it "Feminisation of Uchiha". Women were considered less because they dared show empathy and emotions. Uchiha's never hid their emotions, wether man or women, they weren't afraid to cry. And that made them more feminine, apparently. They were irrational when in war. They cried, they yelled, they begged, they got angry, they regretted. But a man should not show his emotions, and man represents family. Thus the whole Uchiha name was seen as irrational and feminine

And since idiots men believed anything feminine was inheritnly bad, Uchiha's were seen as bad. As some morons who couldn't make judgement by themselves because they'll let their emotions cloud their judgment.

"Sasuke.", Tobi taps Sasuke's shoulder making a younger cowboy jump in seat slightly, "I buried him.", Tobi said emotionless.

Sasuke nods, "Let's see him then...Might as know where he'll rot."

Sasuke followed Tobi to where Tobi buried Itachi. It wasn't hard to see. Under an old naked tree. It looked almost rotten. The dirt where Itachi layed was fresh. Some makeshift cross stuck on top of it. If you didn't know, you might have not even known it was a grave, or at least an attempt on grave.

"Tobi... Do you think I'll go to hell?", Sasuke asks staring at dirt under which his brother rested.

Tobi shrugs, "What do I know? You said it yourself. I am not a preacher. I know I will. I don't know where you'll be."

Sasuke gave Tobi slight side eye, "Stop saying that already, you know damn well you won't got to hell."

"Kid, crimes I told you about are only those you know. I have way more blood under my boots.", Tobi scoffs.

"... Can't be as bad as killing your own brother...", boy mumbles.

Tobi looks at Sasuke guilty, "Oh kid if you only knew what I did to you.", Tobi thought, or rather Obito thought.

"Whatever. The deed is done now. Don't think too much about it. You over with whole suicidal bullshit?", Tobi asks looking straight at Sasuke.

Sasuke shrugs, "Not really. I don't think I'll really just put a bullet in my head, but I wouldn't mind if someone else did it...", he says emotionless, so cold, as if that's normal to say.

Tobi groans, "You're getting on my nerves. You just killed a man you've been chasing for years. You have nothing to worry about now. Go live a little. Get drunk, get in fight, get with a girl or two. You're too young to just die.", Tobi, maybe even Obito, said.

Sasuke shrugs once again, "Highly double it would change much for you. Tho I don't think I'll do it all that soon. Maybe I'll run of to Mexico or somethi-"

"And leave me alone?", Tobi interrupted, Obito was acting offended as his persona would be.

Sasuke let's out a small chuchle, "You can drag yourself if you ou want to. But then you'll help me get Sakura, Naruto and Kakashi of my ass. And whoever they send to drag me back to that cursed town."

"Seems like a deal.", Tobi smirks under his mask, "But I would rather we stay here in West. It's more fun. It's boring to live without trouble. Those three will be on your ass but it will be fun seeing you deal with them."

Sasuke smirks a little as they walk to their horses, "Sometimes i wonder why I haven't killed them yet.", he said while climbing up on his horse that was white as the snow.

"Because every time you met with them, your revolver was either on cleaning, didn't work or you were too drunk to shoot.", Tobi mumbles climbing on hia own raven horse.

"Ah yes...", Sasuke mumbles, then he realises his revolver isn't on his hip, "Wait my revolver isn't here."

Tobi throws Sasuke's revolver to him. He picked it up from dirt when he dealt with Itachi's body. He knew Sasuke's impulsive decisions rarely stayed long, so he figured he'll want his revolver back eventually.

Sasuke just nods while putting his revolver back on his hip. They started riding with their horses. No direction really. Just wherever they end up. There was never really a plan for them.

"We'll stop at first town. I need new boots, heels on these ones will break at any moment.", Sasuke said, it wasn't a suggestion, rather an already decided decision.

"Maybe buy ones with smaller heels this time. Ya' know. So you can actually run?", Tobi said, Obito thought.

"No.", Sasuke scoffed as if that is outrageous suggestion.

Obito glanced at Sasuke one more time. He almost felt sorry for bassicaly just using and manipulating the kid for his own gain. Or maybe rather Madara's gain. Whatever it was. It was kinda late for Obito to change his mind now. But he'll at least enjoy those moments that he'll have with kid. Acting as some uncle and mentor to this oblivious, naive teen.
