Because Maybe, You're Gonna Be The One That Saves Me. (Bobby Bearhug x Hoppy Hopscotch and Kickin Chickin x Bubba Bubbaphant)
Bobby and Hoppy finally arrive at the fancy restaurant named La Bonne Nuit. They're both excited of course, since its their anniversary today and both of them wanted to celebrate. The restaurant itself was a "fine dining restaurant", which was actually a renovated speakeasy, complete with a stage. But as a restaurant it was way warmer and more comfortable than you would expect from a restaurant like this. So to Bobby and Hoppy, a perfect place to celebrate.
After settling in with a little bit of wine, Bobby excused herself for a moment to get ready for her big showcase of love. While Hoppy waited for Bobby to return, the stage in front of her lit up with spotlights, revealing the host of the establishment, Bunzo. "Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to La Bonne Nuit! I am your host Bunzo Bunny and tonights just a real romantic one, because we have a special opening act for you folks, where a little red bear is having their 1st anniversary with a lovely lady bunny. Give it up for Bobby Bearhug!" The audience applauded while Hoppy was surprised that Bobby would do something like this for their anniversary. Just then, Bunzo left the stage and Bobby had appeared from backstage holding a microphone, looking Hoppy in the eyes.
"Hello everyone. And thank you all for letting me sing my heart out here, especially to someone so near and dear to my heart." She says, taking a deep breath to ready herself as the audience and Hoppy watched on with smiles. "This song is for my beautiful girlfriend, a little surprise for our first anniversary together. I love you Hoppy." She finishes, and with a slight tremble, the lights slightly dimmed and the music started playing...

Bubba wanted to go on a camping trip to do some stargazing, and Kickin wanted to come with. So after a bit of convincing, or in Kickin's case, begging on his knees until Bubba gives in. Kickin was able to tag along.
After a long while of driving to the forest, and a little bit of walking. They were able to find the perfect spot according to Bubba, and then started to set up their large shared tent, a campfire, and Bubba's telescope. While they waited for the sun to go down so that they could see some stars, Kickin had pulled out a guitar from nowhere and held a smug expression while Bubba only chuckled in embarrassment, already knowing what Kickin was about to do while he tuned the guitar to the right key...

Both singers were ready to pour their hearts out for their significant other, with two drastically different ways of presentation.
"Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you."
Bobby sang with the accompanying instrumental track, while Kickin simply strummed the guitar the classic way.
"By now you shoulda, somehow, realized what you gotta do."
"I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now."
Some people in the crowd started to sway with the music and held hands with their lovers. Hoppy looked on at her beautiful girlfriend, tearing up. While Bubba rested his head on his hands as he watched Kickin play.
"Back beat, the word is on the street that the fire in your heart is out. I'm sure you've heard it all before but you never really had a doubt. I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now."
Some people in the crowd had started to even sing along, as Hoppy started to cheer for Bobby.
"And all the roads we have to walk are winding. And all the lights that lead us there are blinding. There are many things that I would like to say to you. But I don't know how."
The sun finally set for Bubba and Kickin, the dusking sun behind Kickin now replaced by a dark space without a moon, mixed with bright stars.
"Because maybe. You're gonna be the one that saves me. And after all. You're my wonderwall."
The crowd cheered for Bobby in the short break between singing where she wiped away tears of joy, while Kickin looked up at the skies and back to Bubba. "The stars are real bright. But they're never gonna be as bright as you." He said to Bubba while blushing mad, making Bubba also go fully red.
"Today was gonna be the day but they'll never throw it back to you. By now you shoulda somehow realized what you're not to do. I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now.

In the short break, Bobby held up a little heart sign with her free hand for Hoppy.

The two singers finish their love ballads. The crowd cheered and applauded Bobby as she jumped down from the stage into Hoppy's arms, giving her a deep and tender kiss, making the crowd applaud even more. While Kickin, when he finished he put his guitar back behind him as Bubba walked towards him, giving him a playful kiss and held him in an embrace. "Aren't you the hopeless romantic?" Bubba teasingly whispered in his ear while Kickin just nervously laughed.
