Fallen Might
"STAND DOWN" the Enforcer yells towards the two people, he and his patrol partners had their battons extended ready to move in. The mother however refused to move from infront of her daughter, a mothers love may not be enough however as the Enforcers start warily making their ways toward them.
"SUBMIT PEACEFULLY OR WE WILL USE FORCE". It was a lie really, they would be using force either way. The crowd around them giving a large amount of free space as they watch on what would only be described as police brutality back in better times.
"STOP" Izuku yells as he jumps between the group and the mother and child. He was a hero, he wouldn't allow them to get beaten for a trumped up charge of accidental quirk usage.
The group of Enforcers actually begin backing away slowly, one of them raises their hand to their mask. A blank white mask with what could be seen as a smile on it, had too yellow rods on the top.
"We're going to need a Sentinal, we've got a costume here, unknown quirk." is all thats said by the leader of the group.
Izuku handles them easily and tells the mother and child to run before he too makes his getaway.
Sir Nighteye looks at the video of a teenager interfere with an arrest and subdue the Enforcers present. He marks it down for one of the teams to look into, and notes that it seems to be a teenager and had what looked like a professionally made costume. It must be someone related to a hero before All Might had taken leadership, if he was a current student of an enforcer or sentinal course he would've been found much easier.
Izuku stands on a roof of a large building, phone in hand. Quite alot of things have actually been censored but he was still able to find something out. All Might had taken power of Japan and set up new anti quirk laws and revamped the hero system who were now called sentinals. He felt sick to his stomach, there is no way All Might would have done this, Izuku can't actually believe it but not only is his phone telling him, but looking around the city there weren't any heroes on actual patrol, no hero merch on display, far less villains making crime.
While villains were far less common, so was the actual justice and peace, the villains were just replaced with the police and heroes. Quirks weren't allowed to be used, people with dangerous quirks were locked up or... put down. Many of the heroes that rejected the new system and All Might were dealt with the same way, inprisonment, re-education, or made an example of.
UA had been taken from Nezu, becoming what amounted to a large police academy for aspiring youths.
Izuku had to do something.
