Chapter 24
Beth pov A few days later
Walking in the house I freeze seeing Bonnie with a green face mask on watching TV and eating my imported Switzerland chocolate that I left out just to set this up.
"The hell Bonnie?" I hiss taking my candy.
"That is mine" she screeches holding her hand out for it.
"I been waiting for this to come in" I grunt looking at it frowning at how much she ate.
"Beth" she screams throwing herself at me.
Letting her slam into me I grunt keeping myself up "give it back" she orders yanking it.
Frowning I lift my hand above my head holding it out of reach "No, this is mine I'm not letting you take it from me".
Hearing her scream loudly I lean back glaring at her till she stops then turn walking away.
Feeling a body slam into me I let myself fall forward and gasp seeing my candy spill out on the floor "Bonnie" I say calmly looking at the candy.
"Yeah" she huffs.
"I'm giving you 5 minutes to get up and head to my mother's to get me replacement candy" I say calmly before looking at her.
She frowns looking at me before backing away, I stand there watching as she quickly grabs her emergency bag and rushes out.
Following her to the door I watch as she pulls away leaving, turning I walk back in heading to my room and grab my phone "she's on the way there".
Scoffing I glance around before checking her tracker seeing her heading to my parents "Yes, I have a few things to grab and I'll come over" I answer before handing up.
Grabbing some boxes hidden in my room I take them out placing them on the kitchen table before loading the monkeys and leaving just before the team I hired rushes in to set up.
Heading to Kim's I pull up and walk to the door knocking calmly, when she opens the door I grab her arm pulling her along with me hearing her call back to her mom about leaving.
Getting in the jet I take off before putting my feet on the dash smirking.
"Where are we going now?" She asks.
"I may have ordered something for Bonnie and I'm sending you to Amy's door to pick it up"
"Why me?" She asks.
"Because I don't want to chance seeing something else like last time" I answer watching her face turn bright red then laugh.
Eventually we land on the island and I hop out with Kim following her to the door, knocking on it I hear Amy call come in happily.
Cracking the door I stay back to avoid seeing inside "everyone's dressed and decent right?" I call.
Seeing the door yank up I frown looking at Lynn "come on" she huffs yanking us in.
Stepping in I stand stiffly refusing to touch anything "just a moment" Amy calls happily.
She finally comes out holding a leash leading a large dog I almost mistake for a bull "here she is, one genius mixed breed dog trained for protection and someone sent this for her making her a certified service dog".
Smiling I take the package and leash "Yes, I carefully maintained the mix with the best traits from each breed and made sure they were completely unlikely to turn of their new Momma, so unless she's mean and hurts this sweetheart then she will be her best friend and protector" Amy says before I can ask.
"Oh yeah some guy called Wayne had her suit sent to test on her, it fits perfectly and he insisted it would do all that you asked for" Lynn adds shoving the box to Kim.
"Right" I mutter pulling out a contract "Ladies it's come to my attention that for a while you've been hidden on this island not causing problems, Dr. Director would like me to offer you a chance to join G.J, she believes she has jobs you both would love and it would allow you both to settle down together".
Amy yanks it from my hand looking it over frowning "why offer us a job, we're not exactly geniuses".
Shrugging I smile, it's weird hearing Amy mention how she's not a genius when she's still the leading expert on genetic splicing "well, if you're not interested and still want to be criminals, you'll fall under the new team possible that happens to include Shego and me".
Seeing them frown looking at each other a moment they eventually both nod signing the contract handing it back.
