Small towns always had some sort of weekend celebration, and her sister Josie didn't really like to go there.

"How am I?", - Lizzie asked, showing off her pretty dress.

Josie was lying across the bed, engrossed in a book about a romantic comedy. The blonde snatched the book out of her sister's hands, saying nervously:

"Joe, you're always reading, take a break, come to the party with me! There will be boys!", - Lizzie's smile was scary, but she didn't think much of it.

"I have a lot to do, Liz", - Josie lied, trying to talk herself out of it. In general, she didn't like noisy events.

"You bore, you refuse to live!" - Lizzie\exclaimed.

Josie sighed quietly:

"That's not true, I just don't like going to parties to get drunk", - What is the point of these events? The brunette snatched her half-read book out of her sister's hands.

"You haven't even tried it, sis!", - Lizzie smiled as she walked into the shared bathroom. Josie rolled her eyes at her twin's words as she opened the book again.

It was a warm evening, but a light wind was blowing. The party could be heard all over the street, the music was booming all over the house, and there were a lot of people, the party was like no other.

Josie didn't want to go there, but her sister begged, fearing that her twin would get drunk and make some kind of spectacle. Or worse, she remembered how Lizzie had done it once before.

"Lizzie," the blonde left her sister by the punch and went to the bathroom. Josie poured more punch into her glass, but her gaze quickly caught on the red-haired girl who was standing nearby. She managed to make out the entire figure of this girl.

15 minutes passed, and Lizzie still hadn't returned home. She needed something to distract herself, but fortunately, someone approached her, not very sober in appearance.

"Hey, beauty, why are you alone?", - the guy asked. Brown-eyed reluctantly wanted to talk to someone. But fortunately, the red-haired girl intervened.

"They're waiting for you there, go away", - Hope said, giving the guy her killer look. The guy walked away.

Thank you so much, I think this guy was trying to hit on me, Josie thought, looking at the red-haired girl. That look scared her, she wasn't the type to show sympathy for strangers.

"What's your name?" Hope asked with a slight accent.

Josie choked out the words:

"Josie, but you can just call me Joe."

"Hope, but you can just call me Hope", the two girls gave each other gentle smiles.

It was two in the morning, and he and Hope had dragged a drunk Lizzie\into the house. Fortunately, her parents weren't home.

"How much she weighs, God," Hope said, and Josie just laughed at her words.

They put the drunk blonde to bed and went downstairs to the kitchen.

"Your sister is funny when she's drunk", Hope said through her laughter.

"You haven't seen her talk in her sleep yet, that's awfully funny!"

Two friends laughed until 6 am, they had a lot of fun together.

"Damn", - Hope thought, burying her face in her hands, I'm going to get killed, Josie, who was sitting next to her, laughed even harder.

But after 30 minutes, it was time to say goodbye, and the tired brunette trudged to her room with.
