An Enchanted Rendezvous
Even though Red and Chloe had been together for two weeks now, they had yet to have a real date, despite all the sweet moments they shared. Chloe decided to remedy that and surprise Red with a special day.
Chloe planned the date meticulously. She planned a picnic at the enchanted lake, in the middle of the forest, a peaceful and magical place that she knew Red would love. She prepared a basket full of delicious food, a soft blanket, and a few surprises to make this moment unforgettable.
On the big day, Chloe drove Red to the place, blindfolding him before leaving. Red let her do it without hesitation, all his trust placed in Chloe, which deeply touched the latter. "I promise you, you'll love it," Chloe whispered with a smile.
"I don't doubt it for a second," Red replied, a smile on his lips.
Chloe guided Red through the forest, her gestures filled with love and gentleness. She held Red's hand tightly, making sure she didn't trip over the roots and stones. "Be careful here," she said softly, "there's a root."
Red laughed lightly, enjoying every moment of this adventure. "I trust you, Chloe."
When they finally arrived at the enchanted lake, Chloe helped Red sit on the blanket and gently removed the blindfold from his eyes. Red opened her eyes and discovered the beautiful landscape before her. The lake sparkled in the sunlight, surrounded by colorful flowers and majestic trees. It was a place worthy of a fairy tale.
Red's eyes lit up with surprise and joy. "Chloe, it's beautiful!"
Chloe smiled, delighted by Red's reaction. "I'm glad you like it." I wanted our first real date to be special."
They settled comfortably on the blanket, enjoying the delicious food Chloe had prepared. They shared laughter, smiles, and knowing glances, each moment spent together strengthening their love.
"You really are amazing, Chloe," Red said, biting into a piece of cheese. "I don't know how you managed to prepare everything so perfectly."
Chloe blushed slightly, a shy smile on her lips. "I just wanted to please you. You deserve all the happiness in the world."
Red felt her heart warm at those words. "Thank you, Chloe."
Chloe never stopped surprising Red and even gave him a small gift. She took a bracelet that matched hers out of the basket and handed it to Red. "I thought this bracelet would be perfect for you. Now we each have our own."
Red, overwhelmed by all her emotions and all of Chloe's love, didn't even know what to say. Tears began to flow down her cheeks. Chloe immediately became worried. "Red, are you okay? Why are you crying?"
Red smiled through her tears and reassured Chloe. "For the first time in my life, these are tears of joy, and it's thanks to you, princess. »
Chloe felt her heart warm when Red called her princess. She tenderly wiped Red's tears and whispered softly. "I love you, my angel."
Red chuckled at the unexpected nickname. "Your angel, huh? I like that."
Chloe smiled and kissed him tenderly, savoring the sweetness of this moment. They stayed like that, entwined, savoring every moment of this magical day. Chloe had thought to bring one of Red's notebooks, and some materials, in case she wanted to draw the place. But Red didn't even think about it. All that mattered... was Chloe.
For a moment, as they lay there and Chloe stroked Red's hair, she couldn't help her feelings from overwhelming her, and coming out in a whisper, "I love spending time with you Red. You're... really special, to me. You know that?"
Red felt incredibly lucky, and she straightened up to face him. "And you are too, you're my princess."
They spent many more minutes savoring this special moment, saying sweet words to each other and strengthening their bond. Every word, every look, every gesture was filled with sincere and deep love.
The sun was beginning to set on the horizon, and the first stars were appearing in the sky, adding a touch of magic to this already perfect day. Red snuggled a little closer to Chloe, feeling her heart beating in harmony with his.
"Thank you for this day," Red whispered. "This is the best moment of my life. »
Chloe smiled, her eyes shining with happiness. "This is far from the last. I promise you many more moments like this, my angel."
Red felt her tears come back, but this time, she let them flow freely, certain that Chloe would understand. I love you so much, Chloe, she thought without daring to say it out loud yet.
