Bea was in Ben’s room, writing in her diary while Ben was getting his suit fitted and measured when their parents, Adam and Belle had walked in. The conversation was classic, gushing about Ben being king until Ben had told them his first proclamation, yet their reactions were..something.

“The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?!” Adam exclaimed, Bea cringed quietly, knowing this was gonna be his reaction. He would either overreact or underreact to things; Bea knew her father too well.

“We’ll start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. I’ve already chosen them.” Ben spoke calmly, looking from Adam to Belle, casting a quick glance at Bea, who gave a reassuring one back.

”Have you?” Adam said, raising an eyebrow slowly walking to Ben, as Bea moved to stand right next to him, slightly narrowing her eyes at Adam.

“I gave you a second chance. Who are their parents?” Belle said, as she tried to reassure Adam by putting a hand on him yet who just let out a small annoyed sigh, looking back at his son.

“Cruella De Vil, The Queen of Hearts, Jafar, Evil Queen… and Maleficent.” And just after Ben had said that very sentence, it was another back and fourth dispute between Bea’s brother and father. Even the tailor behind them was shocked. It was like along the lines of Ben’s pleas to hear him out, Beast saying they are guilty of crimes, blah blah.

Finally, Beast came to a seemingly hesitant understanding that Ben was bringing the villain kids to Auradon, whether he liked it or not. And after he and Belle had left the room hand in hand, Bea and Ben both let out a sigh in unison.

“I made the right decision, right?” Ben looked to Bea, his eyes searching hers for reassurance, which he knew she would always have.

”Of course, you’re doing what you’re heart tells you. Every decision you make is right.” Bea comforted, walking up to him and placing a hand on his shoulder, as her brother was looking outside the window, staring at the Isle outside from afar.

“I hope so, I just want what’s best, I don’t want the kids to feek abandoned.” Ben responded with a sigh.

”And when they come here, they won’t feel abandoned, they’ll..well..” Bea didn’t even know how they would feel, hoping it was like a feeling that they would adjust to Auradon.

“Don’t worry, I know what you’re trying to say.” Ben turned and smiled at his sister.

”You always do.” Bea giggled, returning the smile back. She knows her brother like her own palm, he made good choices.

And this was one of them, she just hoped this wouldn’t turn out bad.
