If I die then I'll owe him 20 bucks
Leonardo layed lifelessly on the floor of his cell.
He's tried everything.
He's tired and and lonely and wants to go home and give his family the biggest hug and never let go.
It's a completely unrealistic goal now that he thinks about it, but he'll be damned if he doesn't have the right to dream.
Since his last... Attempt... Of getting out, there have been more guards than usual, they patrolled the halls with double the forces. Leo didn't think that what he did was THAT big a deal. I mean, there had to have been SO MANY escape attempts but his little... Outburst, somehow sent the whole prison side into a frenzied panic?
If Leonardo strained his eyes enough, he could see other figures laying limp on the ground. Like him.
Leo struggled to sit up, leaning against the dark wall. His hands layed limply in his lap and Leo stared. He stared and stared.
There was nothing to look at.
But he stared anyways.
Leo boredly nudged the remains of his escape attempt with his now bare foot. That guard didn't need his arm anyway.
Leonardo scoffed, what use would a guard in a place like this get out of an arm? The guy couldn't even hold a gun right, let alone give his arm and actual exercise.
No one even tried to take it from him, no one dared to reach in and grab the dismemberd limb. How useless.
Useless.
That's a funny word useless.
To say that something has no use; why exist without a use?
Now THAT was useless.

.
Was Leo useless?

.
He didn't think so, not really, in this moment, sure he can't exactly do anything other than breath and stare but he has a use, he does! Just don't ask what it is, don't asked because Leo wouldn't be able to answer.
He's sure everyone at home would be getting a kick out of this.
The 'all mighty' Leonardo; being conquered by a moniacle dictator. It's laughable, really.
Leo won't give up, though.
If he dies in here then he obviously wasn't worth the trouble of keeping alive.
When he gets out of here. WHEN he gets out of here, he's letting everyone out, no matter how gruesome, no matter how painful.
Fuck this dude and fuck the government for letting this happen.
And fuck him for falling for this shit.
Leo turned his head to the other end of the hallway, there were guards.
Leo stared at them, his bright blue eyes cutting through the dim hallway. Leo always squinted, it was often mistake for a glare but his eyes were just sensitive, probably so he could see better underwater or whatever.
In reality his eyes were as big (maybe bigger?) than Mikey's, it was scary really, Leo watched the guards flinch and stumble before turning the other way and leaving.
Good.
It's good.
They're afraid. This is good.
