Finding Egyptian God Cards
Harry was in his early twenties when he had a man slam right into him, and both fell to the ground. But the guy who rudely ran into him got back up and kept running fast. And Harry was a bit put off by the man's rudeness. As he patted himself down, he then noticed a small blue velvet drawstring pouch lying on the ground. He picked it up, expecting it to me a money pouch but instead it was very light. Curiosity getting to him, Harry opens it up and sees three cards resting within. But the moment he plucked them out, he felt sudden power swirling around him.
Harry puts them back in the pouch and draws the strings shut.
That sudden weirdness went away.
"What in the..."
Harry would admit that since going to Hogwarts and discovering the existence of the Wizarding World when he was eleven, he had lost some contact with the Muggle World. However, he knew for a fact his best friend Hermione still kept plenty of contact outside the Wizarding World.
"Maybe she knows what these cards could be," he mutters to himself, resuming his walk.
He was on his way to visit Hermione. But now he had another reason for seeing her. Harry never saw a man wearing Arabian clothing and a kufiya bandanna wrapped around his head watching him from across the street of a nearby alley way.
Elsewhere in the world, a dark-haired woman opened her eyes.
"The Gods... they have been retrieved from the thief..."
With her golden necklace worn around her neck, it showed her a vision of ancient Egyptian magicks clashing with European wand magicks, and the Pharaoh with an unexpected alley in the form of a man with green eyes and a faded scar on the temple of his forehead, and a woman with brown hair and eyes.

"Harry!"
Hermione happily hugged her best friend as she invited him inside her flat.
"Hermione. Good to see you again."
As the door shuts and Hermione scurried by him back to her kitchen, he noticed a certain framed photo was no longer on the mantle of the fireplace.
"Hermione? What happened to the picture?"
He hears Hermione huff a bit.
"We're not speaking," is all she said.
Harry sighed.
"Ron, you idiot..."
Why did he have that strange feeling he wanted to focus more on his Quiddich career than Hermione?
Regardless, he sits down and accepts the cup of tea Hermione brought in on a tray along with a tray of biscuits.
"Hermione?"
"Yes, Harry?"
"Aside him, how have you been?"
"Doing good," she answers, sipping her tea, "mum and dad are doing well. They're enjoying their vacation to the Bahamas."
Harry smiled. "That's nice."
He then takes out the pouch and opens it, letting the cards he found half an hour ago onto the coffee table.
"A man ran into me and dropped this pouch and I found these cards inside. Considering I've been out of touch with the Outside, I thought you'd probably know what they are."
Hermione looked at them, checking them out. She even turned one over to look upon the card back.
"Well, I have heard of them. The backs of the cards are familiar with a recent card game craze over in Japan." She walked over, grabs her laptop off the stationary desk in the corner and brought it back. Opening it, she does a quick search before turning it over, letting Harry look on the screen.
"Duel Monsters?"
"Yes. That's the name is the card game. It was all the rage back in 1996. It's going strong today, mainly in Japan, but it's also recently seen its debut in America and only about a month ago here in Great Britain and other parts of Europe."
Harry stares at the cards. He thought about telling her about the weird feeling he felt upon touching them. The trace of what he believed was magic coming off them.
"However, I've never seen these cards before," Hermione continued.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah."
And considering the cards were in Japanese, they couldn't read it without a translation charm.
"Give me a moment."
Hermione grabs her wand and then she performs a wand movement familiar with the Translation Charm. When she completed her wand movement, the Japanese language on the cards shifted and morphed until English letters replaced them.
But then suddenly, a thrum of magical energy flowed from the cards, blinding both young adults.
In the back of Harry's head, he hears what sounded like a cry of a dragon, the screech of a bird, and a deep rumbling human-like growl.
