Light Yagami/Harry Potter
Dudley, instead, took to all the comparisons and judgemental looks with a proud smile: "I know! My cousin is amazing!"
To Dudley, who grew up with Light, grew to see his cousin as 'special', grew with the knowledge of how different Light was from himself and from others... There was no comparison, because if something made Light 'special', then it made sense no one else would have it. Of course Dudley couldn't be like Light.
Light was stunned.
Somehow, someway, despite everything, Dudley had grown to be a well adjusted individual.
Light was amazed. It made no sense. Was he really that good of a guardian? Had he gone into the wrong profession in his past life? Should he have... instead become a teacher? Or was Dudley just that simple minded?
Yes. On second thought, Light bet it was the later. There was no way it could be the former. Light was Kira. In his past life, crime had not been eliminated despite 6 years under Kira's guidance. Clearly Kira wasn't a good teacher if humans kept making the same mistake over and over again.
It was Dudley who was special simple.
