demigods in my magic boarding school? it's more likely than you think.

Will was slightly annoyed, a quest! Oh my gods a quest! Why right now!? Ughhhhh the gods hated him. Welp, at least the feelings are mutual. He saw that Nico was already there and ran up to his boyfriend. “WILL!”  “Yes DEATHBOY!?” “Come OVER HERE!” “I’m already coming, idiot!” 

“Lady Hekate is here” “I know ” He kissed his boyfriend on his head. Leo came running after them “Holy Hephaestus Solace, I didn’t expect you to be this fast” 

“I need to be fast for emergencies,” Will smiled. “oh, uhm Hey Skeleton guy” Nico shot Leo a deathglare. “No nicknames” Leo gulped “Yes sir” Nico rolled his eyes. Right, How could Will forget? Nico and Leo did not get along at all.  

He quickly decided that that was a problem for future Will. “Soooooo” Leo tried to start another conversation “what's this quest really about?” “I guess we are about to find out” Nico shrugged

They walked into the Big house™ and saw a beautiful lady waiting for them. She had beautiful smooth black hair with a purple-ish glow to it. Her robes were long and dark with a bit of a green tint but also purple, and if you thought that one girl in your class was a “crazy crystal bitch” well then she had some competition, the woman was covered in crystals. 

‘So this must be Hekate’, Will thought. He took a deep breath and stepped forward. He didn’t bow his head down. No, he had stopped doing that in years. If he had to earn the gods respect, then so they had to earn his. He took another breath and put on a polite-but-only-there-for-business smile. “Lady Hekate, No offense but what are you doing here?” 

Hekate turned her face towards Will and gave him a grin that he couldn't really place. “My dear son of Apollo, you are a good friend of my child Lou Ellen, right?” 

“Uhh yes?” 

“Has she ever told you about the wizarding world?”

Will thought about it for a second, he had heard Lou Ellen talk about many things. He frowned, there had been that one time when Lou Ellen had been endlessly complaining how she didn’t get a letter from some school called ‘Ilvermorny’.

His mind became aware of the world surrounding him again, and saw Hekate look at him like she was expecting from him.
“Yeah, she talked about some school named Ilvermorny”

Hekate gave a soft (actually kinda genuine??) smile. “Ahh yes she was quite disappointed that she didn't get a letter, but this isn't about Ilvermorny it is rather about the school in England” Hekate looked at Nico this time

“The school is called Hogwarts”

That seemed to activate something in Nico’s mind, because he got a frown on his face. “Is it some school for cowards or something?” Nico scoffed. Will raised his eyebrow, what did Nico have against wizards or whatever they had at that school? Hekates' smile turned colder. “Child of Hades, right?” Nico nodded. “Just the reaction I expected” Nico and Hekate kept staring at each other with a frown. But were interrupted by a confused Leo. 

“Sorry but what the fuc- I mean cow is going on? Am i the only one that doesn't understand anything that was just said” 

“I mean I know stuff about the wizarding world, but i have no idea why nico gets so worked up about some school” Will answered feeling just as confused as Leo looked. “Well, I’m sure that Nico will explain it to you guys,” Hekate said with a forced smile. 

Nico rolled his eyes. “Hogwarts is a place where many coward-ish ghosts live” 

“What’s wrong with ghosts?”

“There’s nothing wrong with ghosts in general, it's just many of them are just cowards trying to escape death”

Nico turned around to look Hekate in the eye “And I just happen to know hogwarts is full of those” 

Hekate looked furious, but held herself back from actually getting mad and forced out a smile again. “I understand your err… slight annoyance towards the ghosts, but you will to let go of it if you want to fulfill your upcoming quest” 

Nico sighed, “Fine” he spit out “But we still don't have reason why we should even participate in this quest”

Hekate rolled her eyes, she was obviously losing her patience with the child of Hades. “Well, first of all you cannot escape fate, the oracle has spoken so the quest must be done” 

“Secondly, I will try to save a dear friend of yours out of tartarus”

Nico looked back at her with wide eyes “Are you talking about Bob?”

“Yes, I believe that’s his new name, right?” 

“yep”

“Well, if you fulfill the quest like i said, I will save him”

Will stepped forward “Then Nico and I accept your quest” 

“WHAT??!!” Nico looked with a betrayed face at his boyfriend “Why?” 

Will gave him a reassuring but stern smile, “I want you to be safe, and I know you care alot about this Bob-titan-guy or whatever, but I don’t want you to go on a quest down there ever again” 

Nico sighed

“Ok, I understand, but first I want to know what this quest really is about”

“UHhhh?? hello??? I’m also here, remember?” Leo exclaimed, shaking his arms around. “and I also have something to say about this” Nico raised his eyebrow “What?” 

“Uhm well we don't have everyone here do we? the prophecy talked about four people not three” 

“wow Valdez you actually have a good point” 

“Well, if you actually paid attention to me at the Argo II you would have realized that i was like the second smartest there” 

“Oh really? I wouldn't have guessed since you were terrible at hiding your feelings”

“Pfff- I - Noooo, I have no idea what you’re talking about” Leo spluttered with a red face. 

“Man, you really are deep”

They decided to leave that be it after hearing some more embarrassing spluttering from Leo. “Ok ok, enough of that, please tell us about the quest Hekate” Will said trying to hold back his laughter. 

Even Hekate the goddess herself was holding back a sniffle,  “Well, like Leo said  there is still someone missing, Someone who has great knowledge of love,” 

“So that's this dove figure in the prophecy huh?” 

“Yes, and I advise you to take your dear friend Piper with you”  

“I don't think she’ll want that,”

Hekate frowned “Why not?”

“She doesn't do demigod business anymore, I doubt I can convince her to come” Leo  sounded sad.

 It felt like he didn’t just lose Jason that day but also his friendship and connection with Piper. Sure, they still got along pretty well and didn’t hate each other, but there was an empty hole that they couldn’t fill in. It was weird because Piper and Leo had been great friends before they met Jason, but now it was all gone.

“I still strongly advise to make her the dove in your mission, she is the best fit for this” 

“I’ll try my best,” Leo said determined.
