Minato was done with this crap. He hated this- He always wanted to become hokage but he didn’t know it would be this stressful…
These past two years since taking on the position as the Hokage has been stressful, I mean he literally became Hokage after a full on war. First, his female student gets kidnapped, had the literal Sanbi get sealed inside of her and then commits suicide on his youngest students Chidori. Then his supposed-to-be-dead Uchiha student, who ‘died’ at the Kannabi Bridge mission turns out to be alive!? Obito literally walked in, blood all over him, with Rin’s dead body and an unconscious Hatake. Minato and everyone else was fucking speachless. I mean someone who was said to be dead for the last couple of months shows up in the gates of Konohagakure with his comrade’s (girlfriend) dead body. (She had a hole in her chest that looks like it can only be placed by Kakashi’s Chidori.)
So naturally they took both Obito and Kakashi to the T&I.
Then came ROOT, and oh Kami, as much as he wanted to kill that old bastard, he knew he couldn’t without being questioned (even though he was Hokage). So he made Kakashi become a member of ROOT as a spy for Minato.

“Hokage-sama, you summoned me?” Kakashi asked
“Yes, I need you to do something for me. It is very important, are you up for it?” The Yellow Flash asked
“Hai”
“Have you heard of ROOT?” Minato asked, and got a nod in response. “Well I want you to join ROOT as a spy for me, I need proof of Danzo’s actions. I chose you because it is very clear that Danzo has taken an interest in you. From my experience in ROOT, everyone is emotionless and they will not hesitate to kill a comrade. If you disobey an order from Danzo it will result in physical punishment… Are you still up for it?” The blonde stated.
“Hokage-sama? You were a member of ROOT?” The silver-haired ANBU asked, confused.
“...Yes, I was confused. I just recently lost my parents and one of my teammates, and Danzo, seeing my talent, manipulated me to join ROOT. I stayed there for a couple of months until Jiraiya-sensei found out and told me that Danzo is wrong. Jiraiya-sensei told Sandaime-sama but he just ignored what sensei said. After that I got promoted to Jonin and became your sensei.” Minato said with an unreadable expression.
“.. I see. I’ll join ROOT for you sensei.” Kakashi told his former sensei.
“Thanks! I honestly don't have a plan but let’s hope Danzo approaches you!” Minato exclaimed.
Kakashi just looked at Minato like he was crazy.
“Sensei… you're joking right..?” Kakashi mumbled
“Nope~!” The blonde chuckled.
Kakashi looked at his Hokage with a look that says ‘Your-fucking-kidding-me’.

Then Kushina got pregnant (Minato remembers Obito and Kakashi walking in on them making love. He laughs as he remembers their traumatized looks on their already traumatized faces.) and holy-crap, Kushina’s scream of pain that night was so terrifying. He never, never ever in his life heard her scream like that. Oh! And the Kyuubi almost came out, lovely isn’t it? Now he has one hell of a one-year-old kid at home with his terrifying wife.
But right now he wanted to defenestrate himself.
What- Why- How- Wha-
Okay he needed to calm down.
Nevermind- He can’t stay calm right now.
He has seen the weirdest things but this? It makes Minato confused, he knows he should be panicking but he just.. can’t?
Soooo… the Hidden Nations are very sealed off from the rest of the world, and nobody knows about the outside world but the Five Kages (they only know it exists but they have never been there, well aside from Minato). So can someone please explain why on Kami is there rumors of missing-nin escaping the borders and forming an alliance with a certain guy with no nose.
He’s done with this crap- He read the letter from the Hogwarts Headmaster for the millionth time today.

I heard some things that you will not like. Recently there have been some sightings of missing-nin from the Hidden Nations. I think they may have formed an alliance with You-know-who. While I’m not entirely sure why they would gather together, I’m giving you an offer. I know that you’ll want to investigate.
Last year we found out that one of the Dark Lord’s followers had managed to come into Hogwarts. This school year we are hosting the Triwizard Tournament and I’m afraid that something may happen at this Tournament. I would like you to send over some shinobi to watch over the school at the same time investigating the rumors? What do you say? The information is in the envelope below.

Hello Albus, I am doing fine. Being the Hokage is stressful but I’m managing. Master Jiraiya is doing fine, he came back to the village a couple months ago and he is currently peeking into the women’s bathhouses.
I’ll take up your offer Albus. Those rumors make me uncomfortable because nobody but us Five Kages know about the Outside World. I’ll be sending Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, Might Gai, Asuma Sarutobi, and Kurenai Yuuhei.
They are capable shinobi of guarding Hogwarts and investigating those rumors.
