Harry sat up and looked around and saw it was Platform 9 and ¾, but it looked different, turning he saw someone familiar and paused.
“Sirius” Breathed Harry
“Welcome to the afterlife” Stated Sirius Black
“I … “Started Harry as he went and hugged him
“I am so sorry” Started Harry
“It was my time, Harry. I had a good run, pup. And it wasn’t your fault, it was Bellatrix” Explained Sirius
“But … “Started Harry
“Not buts” Demanded Sirius
“Ok” Stated Harry
“Good, now I know you died but you have a choice. You can go back or stay here” Revealed Sirius
“Why?” asked Harry
“Voldemort had made another Horcrux, you.” Revealed Sirius
“Me” Whispered Harry horrified
“Hey, it’s okay. It is gone now.” Reassured Sirius
“Ok” Stated Harry
“So, you can pass on or go back” Offered Sirius
“And I pass on?” asked Harry
“Then you will meet your parents and it will be over. Voldemort will eventually be defeated, not without casualties” Shared Sirius as Harry thought about what he had back home, and he didn’t want to give that up.
“I want to go back” Declared Harry as Sirius smiled
“Now, I got some message from your parents. Your mom says that you better not come back until you live a full life, and your dad says that you a true maurder” Revealed Sirius
“Maybe I should get a nickname” Joked Harry
“We have plenty of time for that in the afterlife. I know that you aren’t my son, but I love you like you were mine” Stated Sirius
“You too” Stated Harry
“Harry, trust your feelings” Stated Sirius
“Feelings?” asked Harry confused, not knowing where Sirius was going with that
“You will now” Stated Sirius cryptically
“I guess this is goodbye” Stated Harry as he stared at the train
“For now, Harry. For now,” Stated Sirius
(12 Grimmauld Place – a day later)
Harry gasped for breath as he sat up and heard a gasp next to him, he turned to see Tracey, Draco and Astoria looking at him in shock.
“Harry … Harry is that you?” asked Astoria shocked
“Yeah, it is me” Replied Harry as she hugged him
“How” Stated Tracey shocked
“I was a horcrux …. Well, my scar was. Don’t worry it is gone now.” Shared Harry
“You cheated death twice” Whispered Draco
“I guess I did” admitted Harry
“Master Harry, yous be alive” Stated a hysteric House elf as two pops were heard in the room
“Yeah, I am Dobby” Stated Harry as he turned to Dobby and Kreacher
“Should Kreacher follow the plan now?” asked Kreacher
“Go ahead” Stated Draco as they sat down
“I hope this works” Stated Tracey
“So do I” Stated Draco
(12 Grimmauld Place – two weeks earlier)
The group was working on the Cup, trying to figure out how to track the last horcrux when they heard a pop and saw Kreacher stare at the Cup.
“Kreacher don’t touch it” Ordered Harry
“This is dark magic.” Stated Kreacher
“We are trying to find the other one” Explained Harry
“Are you going to destroy it” asked Kreacher hopefully
“Once we find the last one” admitted Harry as Kreacher popped away before returning with a locket
“Is this what you are looking for?” asked Kreacher as Astoria and Tracey took it and studied it
“It is” Stated Tracey awed
“Where did you get this?” demanded Draco
“Master Regulus gave it to humble kreacher to destroy but I failed” admitted Kreacher
“I can destroy it, if you promise to obey me” Stated Harry
“Of course” Stated Kreacher with a nod
“Wait” Stated Tracey as Kreacher turned at her and glared
“We are going to destroy it, I promise. But we don’t want the Dark Lord to go in hiding once he finds out all his horcruxes are destroyed. I say we make two fakes, the locket and the cup.” Stated Tracey
“Wouldn’t he find it suspicious if we just give him one?” asked Harry
“Not if a rebellious house elf trades him something for it … my mother” Shared Draco
“If we can create effective enough fakes then we can do it” Stated Harry
“Let me get sketches of the locket then we destroy it, I promise” Promised Harry
“Kreacher will follow promise of master” Stated Kreacher
(Malfoy Manor: meeting room - present)
Voldemort came stamping into the meeting room when Bellatrix came and told him he had a visitor that could get one of his Horcruxes back.
“How do we get it back?” demanded Voldemort as it was only him, Lucius, and Bellatrix in the meeting room
“The old Black Family Elf. Apparently, Dumbledore and Potter have been using a black home as a base of operations, he can’t bring them to us or us to them, but he has a deal” Shared Lucius
“What kind of deal” Demanded Voldemort
“He can retrieve one in exchange for Narcissa Malfoy” admitted Lucius
“Why would he want your wife?” demanded Voldemort
“The elf is clear mad; he served a portrait of my aunt-in-law and says he wants a new mistress to serve since the portrait was destroyed” Admitted Lucius
“Bring your wife and summon the elf” Ordered Voldemort as Lucius departed as Bellatrix summoned the elf
“Yous be calling, Kreacher” Stated Kreacher
“Yes, Elf we did summon you. We want the Horcrux” Demanded Voldemort as he pointed the wand at the elf as Lucius came in with Narcissa
“The Cup for Mistress Cissy” Stated Kreacher
“I will kill her” Threatened Voldemort
“Then no cup for you” Retorted Kreacher
“Fine, take her but I want the cup now” Demanded Voldemort as Kreacher turned to Bellatrix
“Do it now” Stated Bellatrix as Kreacher popped away with Narcissa and a cup appeared a minute later, and Voldemort quickly studied it.
“It is the genuine article; Bellatrix prepare the force we will invade Hogwarts as soon as we can” Ordered Voldemort
“Of course, my lord” Stated Bellatrix
(12 Grimmauld Place)
When Narcissa got her bearing, she realized she was in 12 Grimmauld Place and looked around seeing Kreacher as well as Potter.
“I told you I would get you out soon” Stated Harry
“That wasn’t kreacher acting on his own?” asked Narcissa surprised
“No, he wasn’t” admitted Harry
“Then you are a fool” Stated Narcissa
“The Cup was a fake “Stated Harry with a smirk
“What?” Stated Narcissa surprised
“Mother” Stated Draco as he ran into the room
“Draco” Whispered Narcissa
“I feared the worst” Whispered Narcissa as they hugged
“Harry removed the mark; I have been helping him” admitted Draco
“I am so proud of you” admitted Narcissa as Tracey came into the room
“There is someone I want you to meet, mother. Mother this is Tracey Davis … My girlfriend. Tracey this is my mother, Narcissa” Introduced Draco
“It is nice to meet you, Ms. Malfoy” Stated Tracey
“And you, you can call me Narcissa dear” Stated Narcissa with a smile
“Alright, Narcissa” Stated Tracey with a smile
“Thank you, Harry” Stated Draco
