Chapter Five: Task Of Honor

Raven woke up and looked over at Severus who was still asleep in his bed. She played with his hair gently as she looked at him, watching him sleep. She carefully went into the bathroom and turned the shower head on. She then got undressed, got into the shower and began singing Welcome to Wonderland by Anson Seabra. "Welcome to Wonderland, we've got it all. Potions and pastries that make you grow tall. Forests and cottages, castles and cards that can talk." She sang as she began washing and cleaning her hair out. "Welcome to Wonderland, look where you're at. Maddest of hatters, the Cheshire Cat. Magical cabins and lovely white rabbits with clocks. Dancing through a dream underneath the stars. Laughing 'til the morning comes. Everyone that leaves has a heavy heart, oh, Wonderland I love." She sang softly and beautifully as she washed her face and her body. "Welcome to Wonderland, I'll be your guide. Holding your hand under sapphire skies. Let's go exploring or we could just go for a walk. Welcome to Wonderland, where should we go. There's a tea party along down the road." She sang as she turned off the water and got out. She took a towel and dried herself off. "Make an appearance and maybe they'll sing us a song. Dancing through a dream underneath the stars. Laughing 'til the morning comes. Everyone that leaves has a heavy heart oh, Wonderland I love." She sang as she plugged in a hair dryer and drying her hair quickly on a low setting, trying not to wake anyone up. She then brushed her hair and made it all soft and fluffy. She put her bathroom supplies away. "Nothing around here is quite as it seems. Not sure if anything's real or a dream. And the only thing sure from the start is the song that's inside of your heart, Don't let it leave. If this was a dream, then at least I've got. Memories for when morning comes. Now that I must leave with a heavy heart oh, Wonderland I love."  She finished singing softly. She got dressed into some new clothes. She put on a small pink bra with a matching spaghetti strap tank-top shirt. She put on some matching panties and shorts. She then put her other clothes in the dirty laundry basket. She went over and climbed back into the bed. Raven wrapped her arms around Severus and cuddled up with him. She closed her eyes and went back to bed next to him.

The Next Week... Raven, Jenny, and Kimmie were all in Raven's bedroom on top of her bed thinking of ideas for the Operation: Dare to Fall in love. She looked at the notebook and sighed softly as she looked at the two girls that was with her. "I had sex with Professor Snape." Raven said looking at them. "I'm actually in love with him." She added looking at her two friends. "Tell us everything!" Jenny said excitedly. "Yes, I am so curious." Kimmie exclaimed. "Well, I wrote to him and invited him to meet me in the hidden spot in the courtyard, near the fountain at 9pm on the night of the Yule Ball. I went and I waited for a while before he finally showed up. We took off our masks and revealed ourselves to each other. He kissed me and when we kissed, it was like fireworks exploding inside of me. The. I lead him inside and we dance with each other for a little bit before we went back to his room and had the most amazing sex of my life." Raven said excitedly. "That is amazing, Raven." Jenny said looking at Raven. "Yeah, We are so happy for you." Kimmie said looking at her. Raven smiled and hugged them both. "Raven, do you still wanna do Operation: Dare to Fall In love?" Jenny asked looking at Raven. "Yes! Of course I do. It's fun." Raven said looking at them. "Okay, good." Kimmie said looking at Raven. "Okay, so what should the next task be?" Kimmie asked looking at Raven and Jenny. Kimmie looked at Raven. "Do you have any ideas?" Kimmie asked. "Maybe I should defend them from someone else or something else." Raven said looking at Jenny and Kimmie. "Maybe Raven should defend his honor. But where should it happen?" Kimmie questioned. "Oh, maybe Raven could defend his honor in the hallway outside of the Potions Classroom in the dungeons." Jenny said looking at them. "Who should she defend his honor from?" Kimmie asked. "Tya Parks." Jenny said looking at Kimmie. "Yes, that is a great idea, Jenny." Kimmie said looking at Raven who was staring down into her notebook. "What do you think, Raven?" Jenny asked her. She looked up and smiled. "I love this idea, I think that it is one our best ones yet." Raven said looking at them as she closed her notebook. "So, what were you looking at inside of your notebook?" Kimmie asked as they made eye contact. "Just some of my sketches." She said looking at them. Kimmie nodded and looked away breaking the eye contact. She looked over at her clock, it was a small red and black clock sitting on her bedside table. The clock read '12:54 am'. She looked at her friends smiling softly. "We better get to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." Raven said looking at them. "Okay. Good night, Raven." Kimmie said as she got up off her bed. "Sweet Dreams, Raven." Jenny said as she got up as well. They both gathered up their stuff and left the room. Jenny shut the door behind her. Raven changed into her pajamas, put her hair in a small loose bun, and brushed her teeth. When she was finished she went back into her room, cleaned up her bed and out her things away. She blew out the candle and shut off the lights. She went over to her bed, laid down, covered up, closed her eyes and finally fell asleep.

The Next Morning... Raven woke up, went took a quick shower, brushed her teeth, brushed her hair and put it up into a small ponytail. She went to her room and got out an outfit. She quickly put on her bra, and her panties. She put on her socks then her pants. She then put on her shirt than her sweater. She put on her headband and then put on her shoes. Raven, Jenny, and Kimmie went down to the Great Hall, they sat together at the Slytherin Table. Raven took a small waffle, and a small glass of water. Jenny and Kimmie were eating everything. Raven wasn't that hungry, she ate her breakfast and looked at the two of her friends and smiled softly to herself. Soon the bell rang and it was time for the task and Potions class. Raven, Jenny and Kimmie got up and headed down to the dungeons. Professor Snape was outside of his classroom. Tya Banks was flirting with Snape.  Raven got jealous, angry went over, she grabbed Tya by her hair and pushed Tya away from Snape and onto the ground. People started to crowd around them now. "Back off, slut! He is mine." She said looking pissed off. Tya got up and punched Raven in the stomach. "It doesn't look like it, Dinas." Tya said looking at her. Raven looked at her dangerously. Half the school was now watching them. "I'll show you exactly how much he belongs to me." Raven said as she grabbed Tya by her hair and punched her in the face multiple times. Tya kicked her in the shin. Raven threw Tya to the ground and kicked her in the stomach.

Dumbledore, McGonagall and Lupin ran over and sent everyone else away. Jenny, Kimmie, and Snape ran over to Raven. "Oh my." Snape said as he looked at Raven. "You are mine, Severus." Raven said looking at him. "No, I am not." He said coldly but with a sad look in his eyes. "Take Tya to Madame Pomfrey." Dumbledore said. "Severus you take care of Ms. Dinas." He added. Snape nodded and picked Raven up gently. Hagrid went over and picked up Tya Banks. "Yes, sir." Snape said coldly looking at the injured girl. Once the pair had arrived at the Potions classroom, Snape instructed Raven to wait while he retrieved the potion. She leaned back against a desk, wishing he had let her follow him; she would have been very interested in the items of a Potions Master's storeroom. Snape returned, slowly approaching her. He then lead her to his personal chambers and sat her down on the couch. "Give me your hands." Snape said softly looking at her. Raven outstretched her bloody fists; Snape held her wrists as he siphoned the still-wet blood from the hands with his wand. Raven outstretched her hands as a frown marred his face for a moment before he flicked his wand, causing a rag to appear out of thin air. "Come closer." Snape said as he pulled her nearer to himself. Snape laid the cloth, which was damp with warm water, on Raven's hands. She watched her teacher's hands move to thread the cloth between his fingers, wrapping them in the warm rag. Snape used a cloth-covered digit to wipe the dried blood from between her fingers. When he had cleaned the blood from her hands, he reached into his cloak and took out a small bottle of blue liquid. He took the stopper from the vial then placed a few drops onto Raven's wounds; the potion didn't do anything immediately, and but it stung horrifically. After he sealed the bottle and returned it to his robes, Snape held under her wrist again, then spread the potion over her skin with his thumbs. The wound hurt to be touched, but the teacher made sure not to use any more pressure than was necessary; this stunned Raven. He rubbed the potion to every part of the etching in her skin.

The potion on the wounded began burning once again, and Raven winced in pain. "Ow!" She exclaimed. Snape looked at her as he pulled her close. Snape lifted Raven's injured hands close to his lips and began to lightly and gently blow on the searing skin. "Did that stop the stinging?" Snape asked looking at her. "Yes professor, it did." She said softly nodding at him. He nodded softly as took a small ointment container and opened it, he then began to carefully apply it to her hands. He summoned a few new bandages and wrapped them around her hands gently but tightly. Snape then released her hands, she leaned into him and closed her eyes gently. "Can we stay like this for a little while?" She asked gently looking at Snape. "I guess we can." He replied as she laid her head into his lap. He summoned a house elf with his wand. "How can Nixy help Master Snape?" The small female house elf said looking at Snape. "Can you clean up the house a little?" Snape asked the house elf politely. "Of course, Nixy can. Nixy will do whatever her master wants." Nixy said looking at him. Raven looked at the house elf and smiled softly. "Thank you, Nixy." Snape said to the house elf as she used magic to clean the house very quickly. "You are very welcome, Master Snape." Nixy said before disappearing. Snape began to slowly run his fingers through her hair gently and slowly. She smiled and purred gently like a kitten being pet. He looked at her smirking as he continued to stroke and play with her hair. She closed her eyes. She finally felt safe, loved and protected. She could ask for anything else. Snape grabbed a small, fuzzy blue blanket and covered them both up with it. She smiled more and snuggled with him gently. He chuckled at her behavior before smiling. "Get some rest." Snape said to her in a soft, calm and loving tone of voice. She nodded and closed her eyes. Snape continued playing with her hair as she fell asleep in his lap. Soon she was fully asleep and he just continued to play with her hair.
