Regulus does end up taking Caelum for the summer and then begins to slowly lose his mind because why are there always weasleys at his house now
also mistakenly believes that Leo is a Weasley. the freckles really sell it. Leo thinks it's hilarious and goes out of his way to support this suspicion. Eleni doesn't ask why he wants the dye.
Regulus is only tipped off on this one Weasel bc he's seeing him running about the alleys, and what's that you've got there?

Tonks and Charlie meet. there are numerous explosions. (also Tonks is genderfluid and Charlie is ace, don’t fight me/us on this, we’re right) [side bar on this, Tonks uses any pronouns, but will usually prefer to use pronouns that match w their presentation that day, Charlie makes Tonks a bracelet to help w displaying preferred pronouns]
unfortunately for both Severus and Regulus, George and Fred have now been roped into this whole, 'let's adopt the Strange boy' scheme, and wow, can all 9yos be that loud and yet so quiet? (They are actually following Ron's strategy of deploying their secret weapon: Ginevra)
Fred and George call him 'the Strange boy' instead of his name at least 50% of the time. in really ridiculous fake pretentious voices. Ginny, precociously 5, decides to call Tonks 'Stonks'. this is why Aldon continues to be Caelum's favorite (note: aldon not introduced yet - move scene later in story - maybe this is why Percy is Caelum's favourite?)
