This isn't foreboding at all.
Hermione woke up at the same time as usual. Unlike her usual schedule however, she soon after waking up bolted to the nearest bathroom, just barely making it to the toilet before she started puking. Once she had finally come to a stop she shifted so she was sitting down at the side of the toilet instead of kneeling in front of it. 'Merlin she felt bad. Why did she feel so bad? Was it morning sickness? It had been about a month since Harry's birthday. But it normally took way more times to get pregnant. No, she was being over dramatic it was probably just a stomach bug that would go away in a day or two.' And for what was probably the first time in history Hermione was wrong.
It was a week later when Hermione hadn't started feeling better and so the couple decided to take a trip to Saint Mungos. They hadn't been sitting in Hermione's room for long before the doctor arrived. After doing the standard tests and asking the basic questions the doctor asked what they had been waiting for.
"Is there any chance your pregnant?"
The two looked at each other for a moment before Hermione chose to take the initiative and answer herself.
"It's not very likely, but yes there is a small chance."
"Alright then, I'm just going to perform the typical spell to check for pregnancy, then tell you the results." The healer said before performing said spell. (A/N: I know people normally make up a spell at this point but that would take a long time and honestly I just don't wan to. So, I'm not gonna.) A few seconds later a sheet of parchment appeared in the healers hand.
Looking down she smiled before saying "Congratulations! Your having twins, a boy and a girl. You two are the parents and their due date is June 1st!"
"Twins" the ravenette said eventually to the healers amused nod.
"Well looking on the bight side" Hermione said "That's one less birth we have to go threw." Then smirking she added "two if we have another set of twins after this."
"No. No way, every other pregnancy is going to be one kid, I can't handle more than that."
"Will see." Hermione said silently agreeing with him but still wanting to tease her future husband.
