The birth of the babies
It was an hour after she had given birth, that Hermione was laying in her hospital bed with Harry in the seat beside her, when a healer brought in the babies. They had to be taken to be cleaned and have a stat spell taken on them a few times but now the parents were free to spend time with them. The healer handed one baby to Hermione and the other to Harry before he started talking.
"Alright, we already have the rest of the information we need for their birth certificates down now we just need their names. Have you picked them yet or do you need more time?"
"No, we've picked them already." The now mother said. It hadn't been as hard as it could have been as they decided for their first kids at least to give them a mythology based first name, as that was a tradition in Hermione's family, and a plant based middle, to honor Harry's mom.
"Alright then Mr. Potter what would you like to name the baby in your hands?"
Harry looked down at his daughter and said "Calypso Rose Potter." (A/N they would also have to spell out the names but I don't want to type that out so just understand that.)
Hermione took the initiative before even being asked and said "And we're going to name him Zephyr Aloe Potter."
After he finished writing down the babies names the healer smiled at the new parents and said "I'll leave alone then."
After the healer left the first time parents sat holding their babies for a little while longer before falling asleep. (A/N they put the babies down in those lifted hospital bassinet things before they fell asleep I just didn't know how to add that to the story.)
