Chapter 2

Kara flew into the DEO, the boy in her arms seeming to immediately catch a lot of agents attention.

"Over here Supergirl." Kara heard the familiar of Alex call out to her.

She turned towards her sister and walked towards the med bay where she sat the boy down on the hospital bed, turning towards Alex with a helpless look on her face as she heard the boy whimper as she sat him down.

"Don't worry, we'll help him." Alex reassured her sister, before stopping as she saw the house of El crest that was on the boy's suit.

Alex and Kara took a minute to see just what the boy was wearing, he was in a full body suit, similar to Clark's Superman suit, except his body suit was different.

He had the main color of blue as the base of his suit.

But his crest was Kryptonite green, outlined with the familiar red that both Kara and Clark proudly sported.

He had a Kryptonite green belt with red patches that seemed to hold first aid supplies.

His boots were mainly green, but the soles of the shoes were red.

And then he had the familiar long red cape that both Clark and Kara wore.

The colors complimented each other well and seemed to bring out the best in the other colors.

His cape wasn't hooked on his shoulders like Kara's or Clark's was. The clasps were actually on his upper chest, and was held together by a round clasp that had two Kryptonite green K's back to back.

Another insignia? Alex wondered as she tried to find the zipper on his suit, but she only found a small almost invisible button on his double K insignia.

She tapped it, and watched in fascination as the suit seemed to slowly disappear and reform into a pair of black lead lined glasses, almost completely identical to Kara and Clark's.

"Woah." Kara mumbled as she watched the suit disappear.

"We'll have to ask him where he got this technology later on. That would actually be really helpful for you instead of wearing your suit under your clothes." Alex said.

Kara nodded and then winced as Alex lifted the boy's shirt up only to see a giant purple looking bruise with green Kryptonite lines expanding out of the wound.

"We need to get him under some sun lamps." Alex said and then ordered a nurse to push the boy's bed towards the sun room.

...

About two hours later, an alarm beeped signalling that the mysterious Kryptonian was starting to wake up.

Alex and Kara immediately headed towards the sun room, curious about the mysterious young boy who showed up through a breach, wondering where he came from.

Kara walked into the room just in time to see the boy slowly blinks his eyes open.

He looked to be slightly confused and in a slight daze, and Alex noted that it was similar to how Kara woke up every time she was under the sun lamps.

Dazzling and familiar green eyes caught Kara's own blue ones, the boy seemed to light up upon seeing her for some curious reason.

"Ieiu! You find me." The boy said with a beautiful smile, one that was once again, eerily similar to Kara's own sunshine smile.

Kara's eyes widened in shock as she heard the word that she never thought that she would hear in her life.

Her brain immediately translated the Kryptonian word to English. 'mom.'

The boy shot into her arms and hugged her tightly, tight enough that Kara could actually feel it, but not as tight as one of Clark's hugs.

Kara immediately hugged back, as it was an automatic response, but she looked at Alex with pure confusion in her eyes.

Alex seemed to look just as confused.

"Hey buddy. Can we talk for a minute?" Kara said as she kneeled down and held the boy's chin in her hands.

It was then that Lorcan really got a look at his ieiu. But she seemed different somehow.

For one, that wasn't the super suit that he was used to.

Where were her pants? He'd only seen the skirt suit in old pictures.

Also, she didn't have her usual bangs, the ones his aunt Alex liked to tease her about all the time.

"Ieiu, where are your bangs? Why are you in your old suit? Where's mom?" Lorcan asked as he looked around. "Where are we? We've never been here before. But it looks like the old DEO base you told me about. Why aren't we in the Lighthouse? Is Ruby around? She's probably blaming herself for me getting hurt and her being at the mall but Ieiu, it wasn't her fault! She just wanted to have fun and I could take on Portal by myself I swear. I just didn't think he'd have a Kryptonite gun. But the sun lamps fixed me up. What's for supper, do you think we can guilt trip mom to get pop stickers because I got hurt?" Lorcan asked in one long rant.

Alex snorted. If she has any doubts that this boy was Kara's beforehand, she had zero doubts now.

For one, he got her rambling habit, and also apparently has her love of pop stickers too.

Also, he knew Ruby?

"Hey buddy, slow down there okay. Let's start with the simple questions. What Earth are we on, and what year is it?" Kara asked.

She got a confused look from the boy who called her mom in Kryptonese, but he shrugged and answered her question anyways.

"Well we're on Earth Prime and it's 2033." Lorcan answered honestly.

"Earth Prime?" Alex asked in confusion. Barry had never mentioned an Earth by that name before.

Lorcan gave his aunt a confused look at her question.

"Yeah, you know, the combination of Earth 38 and Earth 1. Are you okay aunt Alex?" Lorcan asked with a raised eyebrow.

A raised eyebrow that was completely identical to one Lena Luthor's own eyebrow raise. Kara should know, she's only seen it about a thousand times.

"Buddy, it's 2015 and this is Earth 38." Kara answered the boy slowly.

He seemed to turn ashen with shock as he stared at her with wide green eyes, seemingly trying to digest what she had just told him.

"Oh." Lorcan said in shock.

"I know it's a bit of a shock buddy, but can you tell me your name and how old you are." Kara asked.

Lorcan nodded, understanding that he wasn't born yet, and therefore she wouldn't know his name.

He tried to ignore the pang of pain that shot through his heart at learning that his ieiu didn't know him.

But then again, it was 2015. Wait a second, does that mean his ieiu and his mom aren't together yet?

That once again shot a pang of pain through his heart.

His ieiu and his mom were so in love that they found it to be unbearable to be apart for even a day. So to learn that his was in a time where they weren't quite together yet hurt the young Luthor-Danvers boy.

"Right. My name is Lorcan Luthor-Danvers. I'm 13 years old, and my Kryptonian name is Lor-El." Lorcan answered.

Kara stared at the boy with shock on her face.

She tried to backtrack to when he was rambling and recalled that he had asked where his mom was. His mom was in Kara married and had a child with another female.

Not that, that wasn't Kara had thought about before. All Kryptonians were programmed to be pansexual in the birthing matrix, seeing as they were matched based on capability with whoever seemed to be the right fit for them based on another machine who decided the best matches.

Gender didn't matter to Kryptonians.

But Kara hasn't dated many females since she's gotten to Earth, well to be honest she hasn't dated a lot of people to be honest.

But to learn that she ended up with her best friend of all people, well to be honest, Kara wasn't opposed to it.

"Alex, call Lena. She should be here for this." Kara said.

Alex nodded and left the room.

Lorcan sat on the hospital bed sighing sadly. "I miss my ieiu, no offense, but she'd give me the best advice on what to do right now." Lorcan said with a sigh.

Kara sighed as she pulled him into a warm hug. "I know buddy, but we'll get your mom here, and then you can tell us what happened and how you got here. Then we'll try to find a way to get you home. I'm sure that both your mom and I are probably freaking out in the future." Kara said trying to comfort her son.

And wasn't that just a weird thing to think. She had a son in the future! And Lena was going to be her wife.

That was just mind blowing to Kara if she was being honest with herself.

"So, what's your hero name?" Kara asked her son who had just put his glasses on.

"Well, I chose a hero name that's a play on words. My name is Krypton Knight, K-n-i-g-h-t. Kinda like Kryptonite. I figured that by choosing a weakness as my hero name, that it would give me the strength to preserve in any fight that I faced." Lorcan told his younger ieiu.

Kara smiled at just how passionate her son seemed to be about his hero name. Kara's not going to lie, the name was quite catchy.

"That's a good name Lorcan." Kara said with a proud smile on her face.

Lorcan puffed up his chest with pride clear in his eyes. "That's what you said when I told you about it!" Lorcan was glad that her response hadn't changed a single bit from her future self's answer.

The sound of clicking heels caught both of their attention as they looked towards the door, both anticipating the first meeting and reaction of Lorcan's other mother.
