Outfit from yesterday
* A few days later *
~ Arabella POV ~
I turned to the other side trying to block out the sun, but I knew that slowly I had to gather myself. I'm half packed but that didn't bother me knowing that a greater likelihood of forgetting something would happen if I packed today.
Surprisingly I managed to catch more than 10 hours of sleep because I went to bed a few minutes after 10pm and it's already 8:54am.
I rose gently clasping the Pandora out of me before rubbing my eyes trying to wake up fully. I lay down the second race feeling my head start to spin before I closed my eyes for a moment.
When I opened them again my foreheads felt better, I don't know why if I sleep more than 11 hours or less than 5 hours I feel like I've been hit by a bus.
My thoughts took me back to Will and what we said about his situation yesterday. I have a feeling that something is wrong with him. I know about his crush on his psychiatrist but I have a feeling it's more than that.
His involvement in criminal cases we didn't like and we think his Superior Jack Crawford over uses his power too much to force Will to help him.
We are all concerned about his emotional state as well as his mental state knowing that at any moment he could break down and do something he will regret.
I know that if this is true I will help him with the rest to the best of our abilities. We will bring hell on anyone who causes our family harm.
I was sitting between Apen and Stella in our favorite restaurant. Alexa was telling us about the strange behavior of her latest patient.
She told us that he was asking her strange questions as well as trying every now and then to change the subject more to her person than about his problems. Shivers ran through me while I hoped we didn't have another Vees on our hands.
I wiped my mouth with a cloth after taking a drink. I was our driver so I was the only one drinking non-alcoholic beverages but I didn't mind because I'm not fond of drinking. Not after a drunk driver took the rest of my family out for good
'' So Belle you and Hadrian are flying lutro to Will to help him '' said Stella suddenly
'' Yes, we have a flight at 10 pm tomorrow so we have to be so at 8 pm at the airport. There is no telling how many people will be there in line and all these protocols will take '' I replied
'' Can you still manage to get us there Stella? '' I asked
'' No problem '' she replied
'' They are talking about Will, How is he? '' asked Aspen
'' I don't know myself, I think his boss is forcing him to work in the field when he doesn't even have all the tests passed. Have you heard anything about Hannibal Lecter? Willy told me that Crawford put him under Dr. Lecter's care '' I replied
'' I have heard of him and from what I know he is very good at his job as, he also worked in medical treatment before focusing on psychology. If you want I can ask more about him? '' said suggesting Alexa.
I nodded wanting to know if WilI was safe and well taken care of
'' Do that better so that we have all the news we can about him '' said Stella
'' By the way we will check Alana Bloom and Frederic Chalton. I have a feeling Chalton is not as good as he portrays himself '' said Aspen
'' If Jack Crawford is as toxic as we think we will have to report him higher ups. There is no telling how many people he has baited over to have his chance. I can Will say that my and your offers still stand. I can still see him as a dog trainer or my helper for errands and checking haunted buildings '' I said
'' Jack Crawford will not be so untouchable when we are done with him if he treats our Will badly '' said Stella
'' Maybe you two will end up together eventually '' said Alexa looking at me

'' Dibs on Maid of honor '' said Stella
'' Stella! '' I said feeling myself blushing
'' Maybe she'll end up with two than one '' said Hadrien testing
'' I hate you guys '' I said covering my face while they laughed
I got out of bed slowly before grabbing my clothes for today. I knew we had a long trip ahead of us. So I knew I had to pack underwear for the disappearance and clothes for the next day. I wiped my face before heading.
I made my way to the bathroom hoping that a warm shower would improve my self-esteem. I was right because the residual tension I had in my muscles disappeared into them not long after the water hit them.
After a few minutes of pleasant showering, I turned off the water before catching a warm fluffy towel.
I decided to tie my hair in a braid. That way I'll have nice curls after I let it down again. I rubbed my eyes before going downstairs with my pets following at my heels.
Although food for them would be in the first clan I knew I had to prepare something for them for the trip as well.
I walked carefully into the guest room where Hadrian was sleeping. We knew it was better if Stella picked us up from one place to take us to the airport.
She's the only one with a morning shift where she started at 8:00 a.m. and finished at 5:00 p.m. so she'd be the easiest to drive.
I opened the door carefully to see if she was still asleep and to my not-too-big surprise she was still asleep as if killed. I headed downstairs to make us all breakfast as well as prepare something for a quick and easy dinner.
I always prefer what is not tightly sealed and has a long expiration date to use because half the time I don't know how long I will be away.
I opened the refrigerator to make my pets their breakfast which they immediately took when I put the bowls in their places. I hummed softly to the music that was playing from the radio while I prepared our food

'' You know with that voice you could be a great singer '' said a male voice suddenly
'' I'm sorry if I woke you up Hadrian '' I said turning to look at him
'' The smell of food woke me up first '' he replied sitting down on a stool

'' You know it would be hard with my empathy. Too many strong emotions in one place '' I replied while starting to eat my breakfast
'' That's why no one in my family was completely disappointed with my career decisions knowing that my ''gifts'' have a big impact on my life '' I added before looking at my phone and smiling.
I quickly wrote Will back to his message along with what time our flight was and what time we should land
'' Will? '' he asked
'' Yes, he wanted to know exactly what time our flight is '' I replied
'' You're worried about him '' he said with furrowed brows at me
'' I'm not the only one. Will has been our friend for years and I know everyone is worried about him. He shouldn't be in the field but teaching new recruits '' I replied seriously
'' I have a bad feeling about his boss, Hadrian and it's not my powers that tell me so '' answer
'' Do you think we'll have to report this to Higher ups? '' he asked seriously
'' Possibly, after let's observe the whole situation for a few days before we decide to do something serious and involve the higher ups '' I replied just as seriously
