so idk if anyone one of y'all saw the TR 263 SPOILERS but apparently Mikey got mad sanzu was crying when he cut up his face and said he hates weak people but then in the same vein befriends TAKEMITCHI???? like we know that our boy Michi is strong at heart but he not the poster boy of strength like taiju or south, so I riddle you this:

Sanzu watching his childhood friends leave him behind to create a new era with him at the side lines constantly running and trying to catch up.
As y'all know, haru was canonically a soft boy caring about senju and there was a leaked panel of haru smiling with baji some time after the incident so I imagine that sanzu starts to internalize some type of hatred for himself/weakness but admiration for Mikey (which is undoubtedly one sided).
THIS IS ENFORCED MORE BECAUSE MIKEY MAKES A NEW FRIEND DRAKEN WHO IS INDEED THE POSTER BOY OF WHAT SANZU ENVISIONS WHAT MIKEY THINKS OF STRENGTH. Sanzu starts to change from that sweet boy to the feral one we know now (so feral that most division captains can't even contain him and gets stuck with mucho lol)but it lowkey weirds everyone out so the division between the childhood friends increases even more.
Time goes by and he's basically friendless (but fashionable cause the piercings??? the hair??? like I imagine that to be a hobby of his) and the situation with takeomi and senju gats worse so he Strats to turn to drugs more (so he's now that pretty, fashionable and high cliche)
Sanzu starts seeing Take around and absolutely DESPISES him but stays quiet out of respect for mikey
