The end of the day.
The six people ended up in Severus's rooms. Once there he ordered them a meal from a house elf and explained the rules to them. At around 7:30 all of that ended.
"Okay, now. I can assure you, you will be treated as you are. I will not allow you to be ostracized or mistreated because you're not cis. You obviously have my, and Madame Pomphrey's support. But, I'm sure you also have other peoples. If you ever have any problems with any staff member or student tell one of us, or someone else who you know will support you. Okay?"
"Okay." Alex replied while the others nodded.
"Good. Now, Alexandria, Blaise, you two will have your own rooms as all Slytherins do. Katalina most Ravenclaws have one roommate, however if you want, or if you can't find a roommate, Professor Flitwick does allow students to choose to have their own rooms. You're in the same boat Gracie. Professor Sprout prefers all students to have one or two roommates, however I'm sure she would be wiling to make an exception. She has in the past. I'm not sure if she has for any trans students, but I know she has in general. Damian, the Gryffindors have it were all boys in one year sleep together. And all girls in one year sleep together. Exceptions are never made. That being said, if you really want to. Or if you really feel uncomfortable sleeping in the same room as your fellow male classmates, I will make sure you are put alone."
"I want to stay in the boys room for now. But, I may change later."
"Okay."
"I want a roommate." Kat said and Gracie nodded in agreement.
"I can set that up."
Severus looked at the list of students and their room placements(The room where each student stayed appeared as they were sorted. The list existed to make it easier for teachers to find students in the case of emergency. All of the staff members had one.) for a couple minute before telling the two were they would be.
"Gracie, I'm going to put you in with Hannah Abbot and Susan Bones. They are both very accepting girls from what I've heard. I can always switch you later though if necessary. Does that sound okay?"
"Yes, sir. That is fine." The girl replied half excited half nervous to meet her new roommates.
"Now, Katalina" Severus began before begin cut off.
"You can call me Kat."
"Okay, Kat. I'm going to put you with Mandy Brockslurt. I don't know much about her, so tell me if something happens. Is this placement fine. Or would you perhaps want to be with a boy?"
"No, I'm fine with Mandy."
"Alright, then."
The five pre-teens stayed in Severus's office for a little while longer talking before the man took them to find their dorm rooms.
