Severus
I was strolling through the park with Teddy and Harry. Harry was extremely excited to go play. As I reached the bench I let Harry go play with the promise to stay close. I made Teddy a little play area with all his toys spread out beside him. I sat down on the blanket which was under a tree. I pulled out my notebook which I use to write lyric's in. I use to play with a band when I was younger with Tonks and a few other girls. Writing Lyrics was just something that I loved to do and made me happy.
"Remus," a voice said I looked up to see Lily pulling along the drummer from Three days ago.
"Hey Lil's," I said giving her a hug. She gave me a small kiss on my cheek.
"This is Severus Snape we went to high school together. He was like my best friend when we were younger."
"Nice to meet you my names Remus Lupin," I said reaching out to shake his hand.
"Mommy ," Harry's small voice came as we heard tiny little feet racing over. He jumped up in her arms she gave him little kisses on his face.
"Hi there baby," she said giving him little kisses "what are you three up to?"
"You said you were meeting a friend so we came to the park," I said.
"We don't have to go yet do we mommy," Harry asked "I'm Having fun, I was playing with my friends and I went down the slide."
"That's great baby you mind keeping him for another hour Remmy," Lily said.
"Of course love, go have fun with your friends Harry," I said Teddy was giving off little noises. Lily went over picking him up giving him kisses on his chubby little cheeks.
"Oh I can't forget about you love I love you too Teddy," She said she handed him back to me "I'll see you back at the house Rem," she bent down kissing Harry on the forehead "Bye love."
"No Mommy don't go," He said.
"Why don't you hang out here with me for a little bit Harry," I said "I sure could use a helping hand with the Diaper bag. It's sooo heavy you know I can't do it by myself. But if you want to go with your mom I'll understand."
"No I'll help you I'm so strong," he said doing that thing that most guy's doing when flexing but it just look's cute.
"Your silly," I said bending down kissing his cheek multiple times.
"Stap," he said.
"I Love you baby I'll see you later," she said "Love you Rem see you later." Giving both him and I a kiss on the cheek.
"Go play kiddo a little bit longer and were going to the library then Ice cream," I said.
"Yes Ice cream," He yelled running off.
"You spoil him," she said.
"Shush go have fun with your friend," I said.
We had an extremely fun day playing at the park, then the Library, Ice cream, and Lastly sitting down watching a movie. Lily came home at some point during the movie. Cuddling up on the couch with Harry and I as I read a book. After it was all over we put Harry to bed and then we cuddled back up together.
"So tell me about Severus," I said
"Oh we use to be friends back in high school and college. I saw him a few days ago we talked for a while and I don't know it was just. I had missed talking to him so much but he's so different. I don't know it's weird," she said.
"People change should I expect more date's," I asked.
"No date's just friends," she said "besides he really thinks that we're married."
"Really," I started laughing.
"Yes," She laugh's too.
"He's in a band you know," I said.
"Wait really how do you know that," she said.
"He played at the bar a couple night's ago," I said "they said their Instagram let's look them up."
"Yes let's do it," she said I pulled out my phone which is a very old smart phone that use to be lily's. Showing her a picture that they had recently posted then I showed her a video of some music they put out.
"Oh my god Remus," She said Loudly.
"What," I asked her.
"I know all these guy's I went to school with them," She said "that's James."
"James," I questioned.
"Potter. Harry's dad," she said.
"I wished I would have punched his lights out that night," I said.
"He didn't know we broke up in college," she said "I found out I was pregnant month or so after I decided to keep it to myself and left."
"Still want to hit him," I said.
"Think about the kids," She said "We wouldn't know what we would do without you."
"I know love that's why I wouldn't do it," I said.
