I walked into the Livingroom It's 10:30 on a Friday. Harry's playing with cars on the floor, Teddy was playing with his toy's beside him. Lily stood leaned against the counter coffee cup in hand. Her phone was in her other hand playing some music. But the song seemed extremely familiar. I raced to my back pack which sat beside the front door. Throwing a few things out of it before finally turning it over and just dumping it out. Where is it? Where's my notebook? I raced back to my bedroom and started throwing things around.
"Remus what's going on? What are you looking for" She asked.
"Looking for my notebook," I replied.
"Well listen to this James and the band put out a song. They got a record deal a few weeks ago and they released a small part of this song. This is going to be their first song," She said playing the song again. Not Just a song my song the one I wrote in my notebook.

"Lily I wrote that song in my notebook," I said "Where the fuck is it?" I wrote this during my hoe stage a couple months ago after one of my flings said I was an emotionless monster.
"Where's the last place you had it," she asked.
"I was writing in it earlier this week when your friend Severus was here," I told her.
"Harry do you know where uncle Rems Notebook is," She yelled Harry came in holding Teddy's hand as he walks. He was also holding my notebook. "Look at him go Teddy you are getting so big," Lily picked him up.
"I have it right here," I turned to the page that it was on and handed it to her.
"That's your song how did they," she said.
"Sev had it yesterday," Harry said.
"Severus was here yesterday morning," She said "but they got their record deal from that song a few weeks ago."
"He could have taken it at anytime lil's you know he's here all the time. He fucking stole my song," I said.
"We have to tell them that they can't sing that song," she said "and we should tell them in person."
"How," I asked.
"They have a show tonight," she said "we should go and show them that they can't just take your songs because there hot."
"But who's going to watch the kids," he asked.
"We could ask Andromeda you know she's always asking to see Teddy and she love's Harry," she said "No if and's or but's I'm calling."
Lily left the room while I called a co-worker who owed me a favor. I begged her to work for me that night and she agreed. I then left my room picking Teddy up. I danced him around the room and back out to the Livingroom where Harry was singing the theme for Mickey Mouse Club House.
"She said yes," Lily said.
"We're really doing this," I asked.
"You bet your sweet ass we are," she said.
I was later that evening we arrived at the show. It was in a small bar about an hour away. We got into the bar and immediately started to look for Snivellus. I've decided to call him that now it seemed fitting. But apparently we arrived a little bit late because they were already on. They were playing on of my songs how dare they I wrote that for my wife.

"That was Check Yes Juliet by our drummer Severus Snape," James said.
"I can't believe they're stealing your songs," Lily exclaimed "that's not like them, and Sev taking all the credit like that."
"What's the plan here lil's," I asked.
"We confront him call him out," she said.
We listened to them play there set. Another one of the songs which made three stolen songs. I had steadily gotten angrier I work hard on these they we're mine. We made or way to the back of the bar where we were told about a service door. Lily could be really convincing when she wanted to. We walked up on the four of them fighting.
"If you hadn't wrote the hit song that got us the deal we would have kicked you out by now," James shouted.
"Guy's stop someone's coming this way," The bass player shouted they all stopped watching as we got closer.
"Lily you came," Severus said then he noticed me "Oh you brought that man."
"That man, fuck you Severus," she shouted "I trusted you."
"What's going on back here," Said a woman walking out of the door.
"We honestly for once have no idea," the bass man said.
"We would you do that to him Sev," she shouted she was basically in his face "I trusted you. I can't believe you would do that and though that you could get away with it."
"I have loved you for years now," he shouted grabbing her on the shoulders "I should have wrote those songs about you it was my right."
"Get you hands off me," She shouted.
"Look back off mate," I said putting my arm between him and lily "Just stop using them no harm no foul."
"Don't mate me," he said letting go of lily turning towards me "I loved her first."
"That's all cool but you don't get to just take what's mine you have no right to that," I said "Just stop using them."
"Make me," he said giving me a small shove.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you," I said.
"Or what," he said shoving me again this time lily stepped in between us.
"You stole his music Severus and claimed it as yours that's not right," Lily said her voice shaking "Then you stand here acting as if you did nothing wrong. Who even are you? Because I don't know this man and I don't want to."
"Lily," He said "you have to understand." He grabbed her arms I saw her slightly flinch.
"Let go Severus your hurting me," She said.
Trying to back up but he pulled her forwards again her flinching. I grabbed his wrist tightly which seemed to surprise him enough to let go. Lily I watched as lily smacked him. The stupid Idiot then swung to hit lily with his hand that wasn't in my hand. But it was as if it was in slow motion, and I was prepared for it. I caught it, Pushing him backwards.
"I hate you Sev never come near me again," she said "come on Rem we'll just sue them. Destroy there chances before they even started." She grabbed my hand and we started to walk away.
"This is your fault," Severus shouted then I felt something hit me in the back of the head.
"The fuck," I shouted turning around to be met with a punch. I started throwing punches until I was pulled off of him.
"Calm down mate," The voice said in my ear James grabbed Severus.
"Get the fuck off of me," I said my heart started to beat faster. I felt like I was dying like someone was choking me.
"Sirius let him go," Lily shouted I felt myself immediately drop bringing my knee's up to my chest.
"Is he okay," Sirius asked.
"Hey Rem look at me it's okay your safe Remus," she said "No ones going to hurt you. I'm so sorry I should have stopped I'm sorry" She pulled me into a hug.
"Is he okay," James said after tell the other person to take Severus home.
"Just give him a bit these happen from time to time," She said "Just leave I'll get him home."
