The Prophecy
Wet licks were felt on her cheek and a loud meow came from a furball that kept jumping its front paws on her shoulder.
Aurora whines in her sleep not wanting to wake up just yet.
A loud meow is heard right on her left ear as a small wet button nose sniffs on her cheek.
She furrows her brows stubbornly until she remembers that her first day of school began in a few more hours. Sighing she reluctantly opened her eyes seeing Umbra happily dance on the bed now that she was awake.
Aurora giggles petting Umbra's fur, "Good morning to you, my minx."
Umbra purrs under her touch and moves out of the way, allowing Aurora to get off the bed and get dressed for the day. Once fully clothed she stood in front of a floor mirror making sure she looked perfect, adding the last touch of the green leaf pin on her blue robes.
Smoothing out all the small wrinkles, she grabs her bag and places it in her diary and other items. She then turns to the bed and opens her palm out to Umbra.
"Will you be coming with me today?"
Umbra, still in her kitten form, meows in response, jumping onto her palm and making her way just like yesterday on her shoulder.
They walk to the Great Hall and Aurora gives pieces of food that Umbra wanted to eat. From there a senior from her house helped Aurora make their way to her classes.
Charms
Potions Brewery
Herbology (Aurora's favorite)
History of Magic
Transfiguration
(You get the jests right basically what Harry went through in the films. Alright now back to the story ^-^!)
The young heiress fell deeper in love with the world she is now in. A world where the impossible is possible.
Where there is no such thing as dark or light. Only balance and control.
Allowing the magic inside one to become an extended form of oneself. From being isolated away in the tower of her father's mansion, she has come to love being in the wonders of learning.
As well as being able to discover who she is as a person.
Currently, now Aurora is in her free time and had just finished writing a few pages in her diary. Umbra was inside her shirt only having her small head out since the room in the library is cold. It's her soft fur and light purring that slowly calmed Aurora's unsettle nerves as if something is wrong.
With them were two other girls from the other houses.
One of the girls there, Bethany a brown-haired girl with tanned skin and light brown eyes was from the House Papillonlisse (purple butterflies). While Sophia, a red-haired girl with pale skin and silver eyes, was from the House Ombrelune (sinister moon).
They were all chatting, talking about their favorite or least favorite classes, but it wasn't until Sophia mentioned her father that Aurora's smile slipped.
'Father...'
Aurora looked away, her fingers smoothed on the design of her diary.
'I wonder if he is fine...'
'Maybe when I come back...he will be okay with seeing me.'
Aurora sighs sadly.
"Aurora are you alright?" Bethany asked worriedly.
Sophia stops speaking and looks toward her wondering the same but before Aurora had the chance to respond the librarian approaches them.
"Miss Aurora, you are needed urgently please follow me quickly."
She says in a rush walking back in the direction she came. Her friends were whispering wondering why but Aurora quickly excused herself. She grabs onto her bag hastily stuffing her diary back inside.
The feeling of unease intensified ten-fold with the look of fear and worry the librarian had on her face. As if confirming that Aurora's thoughts of anxiety were true.
Aurora pushed her thoughts away and prayed nothing terrible had happened. While Umbra meows worried sensing the emotional distress her owner is feeling, she puts her body closer to her chest where Aurora's heart is at.
But of course, life is cruel and shows no mercy to others.

A few hours prior
In the Headmistress's Office, Olivia was signing papers from the endless stacks of scrolls on her desk that never seemed to end. A knock on the door is heard, Olivia shouts for them to come in and the door opened revealing a smirking Trinity.
"Are you regretting being a Headmistress now?"
Olivia laughs.
"Almost."
Trinity chuckles as she walks across the room to seat down on a cushion sofa in front of Olivia's desk. She watches for a moment on Olivia signing papers and sealing them with wax before speaking the thoughts that have been in her mind for years.
"She is their kid, right?"
'Please talk to me.'
Olivia pauses, side-glances her friend, sighs, and continues with her work.
Trinity remains quiet. Analyzing the change of behavior the topic is causing to her friend who is now rushing with the signatures. She attempts to pressure on with the conversation since she feels that Olivia is sealing herself away....again.
'Don't shut me out.'
"She looks just like them. Has their personalities according to some of the professors." Trinity pressures on slowly.
"Yeah...she does...", Olivia whispers.
Silence covers the room.
'Let me help you heal.'
"How did Arthur find you? You went missing for nine years. None of us could find you. Hell Arthur quit the ministry twice to search for you and gave up those times."
Trinity leans forward.
'I wanna help, but you have to let me in first.'
Her eyes glisten in tears.
"Where were you, Olivia?"
Olivia finally puts her quill down sighing as she leans back into her chair. She looks down at the paper preparing herself mentally for this conversation coming up.
"Hogwarts." She says bluntly her eyes darkened as the unpleasant memories resurface again like many times before.
"I was in Hogwarts for a few years and then traveled to America to visit some companions. It was said companion that gave my location away and that's how Arthur finally managed to get a hold of me."
"Who was it?", Trinity curiously asked.
"Alastor Moody", Olivia muttered annoyed now looking up to Trinity's torn face.
"I was having a drink with him in a bar," she explained.
"Told him I was thinking of dropping out as Headmistress. He told me to drink my choice of poison before ending the night. I blocked out completely that day and he took me to my apartment. Guess he wrote to Arthur giving him my address since the next day I woke up to a pounding on the window from his bird, a hammering headache, and an invitation to celebrate Aurora's tenth birthday."
Trinity wiped away her tears hastily.
"I'm sorry for your loss. For the pain, you had to go through."
Olivia smiled warmly at her though her eyes did not carry that same light, "It's alright."
Then right after the last word left her lips a harsh sting came to her head. The force came so hard that Olivia fell off her chair.
She hunches over, her left hand pressed tightly to her closed eyes while her other hand tries to maintain strength to not let her upper body fall to the ground. She hears a scream but before she can tell who it is visions course through her.
Moon's light will land upon the raven child,
The key to the future king will slumber for many years
The Dark Ages will come.
The Battle between light and dark will begin.
The balance of power will be tested.
Olivia's left-hand fingers clench as if she holding a ball. The vibrated purple eyes now glowed brighter than ever before. Olivia screamed in anguish as the prophecy shows no mercy to the celestial witch.
A dance between memories the raven will suffer through
Find the truth she must seek.
To awaken the great dragon lord, she must sacrifice willingly.
The Darkest Hour will fall upon us.
Pride between siblings will clash.
Death's kiss she will have to master.
The Wizarding World's fate lies in the raven's hand.
Olivia chokes, feeling the lack of oxygen in her body.
She scratches the wooden floors harshly, deep with her fingernail.
Her eyes roll all the way back.
Her vision is growing dark rapidly.
But she somehow can she see -
Who is that in the distance?
Marie...
And Arthur?
What?
What does that mean?
Trinity shouts to her, grasping tightly at her body.
But Olivia couldn't feel her.
Gravity is pulling her down harshly.
As her body fights a seizure that she feels helpless against. Trinity shouts more tears of fear and worry streamed down her cheek. Her screams attracted the attention of some professors nearby who contacted the ambulance.
Olivia's body stops shaking and she remains still as only her eyes were able to move.
Trinity smoothing hummed to her as noises of whimper come out of Olivia's lips.
Wiping away the tears that fall she whispers to her reassuring.
"It's okay Olivia. You're safe. Help is coming. Stay with me okay."
But the dark was pulling Olivia in.
Voices familiar to her were calling for her.
'I am so tired. I wanna sleep.'
She flutters her eyes close.
"Olivia stay with me!?"
'So tired. Darkness takes me away please.'
Olivia's eyes close completely. She breathes slowly as her body goes limp in Trinity's grasp.
"Olivia!!"
"OLIVIA!!?"
