Decisions
Harry and Ilvymore sat in his room, watching a mortal movie called 'The Avengers' it was pretty good if they had to be honest. They had started watching the first Marvel movie related to this one a couple of hours ago and now they just couldn't stop.
"Damn," muttered Ilvymore as Loki got smashed into the ground, "that looked kinda painful."
Harry snickered "Kinda painful? The Hulk just fucking smashed him against the ground and you say 'kinda painful?'"
She shrugged, waving his words away. They continued to watch as both of them heard someone calling their names from downstairs.
They both turned as someone knocked on the door, "come in," both teens cried out at the same time.
Allie pocked her head in, a happy smile on her face, "Alastor's back!" she said excitedly.
Both teens eyes widened at the reptilian demons words and both scrambled to get off of the bed.
"We'll be right there!" Harry said as Ilvymore switched off the TV. Allie smiled and walked away. Both teens shared a small happy dance before making their way down the stairs. Both trying to look like they weren't actually quite interested to see what Alastor had found out.
When they got down to the lounge Alastor was sitting at the table, same large smile as always.
"Ah Harry, Ilvymore, how have you been?"
Harry frowned, "cut the chitchat Deer Pimp, I just wanna know what you found out, no funny business 'Kay?"
Alastor smile almost seemed to widen again. He handed the young demon a stack of papers, "here you go my dear boy! Inform me once you have finished!"
Harry looked at Ilvymore sadly, it was going to take quite a while to read through all of this and figure out what information he did and did not need.
"C'mon Harry, let's get back to your room and sort through this shit," said Ilvymore, grabbing half of the pile and starting to walk away towards the stairs once again. Harry sighed and followed, it's not like he'd be able to really oppose the idea. He wanted to know things too, and if he didn't go with Ilvymore there was a small possibility that she'd miss something that he might consider important.
--------------------------
It took a few hours, and by the time they were done it was bright outside and both teens figured out that they hadn't slept all night long.
On the bright side they had managed to sort out most of the information. Harry still wasn't sure about it though, he wanted to see the alive-human-mortal world, or whatever it was called and of course he wanted to know about his bio-parents from people who had known them personally. Oh not to mention the fact that there was a whole different type of magic he could learn (he was pretty curious about this) and he was allowed to bring Ilvymore, which would be good cause he didn't want to be all alone and she could also help of things got nasty up there in the human world.
Though he wasn't sure if he trusted this 'Dumbledore' fellow, he seemed to be hiding something and none of the rest of his acquaintances seemed to know what it was.
At least he was certain the 'Voldemort' or whatever his name was, wasn't dead. He seemed like the kind of guy who would end up in Hell, and considering the fact that lucifer had a giant book with every single one of Hell's residence within it and he'd never seen this so called 'Voldemort'.
"So, you made a decision yet?" asked Ilvymore. She threw an energy drink at him, Harry stared at it, had he been so lost in his mind that he hadn't even noticed that she had gone down to the kitchen and asked Nifty for energy drinks?
"Uh, no actually, I thought maybe I should ask everyone else before I make a decision like this," Harry responded.
"Well it's your life, though you are making it sound like you're about to do something that'll kill ya."
Harry frowned at her, he did not sound like that at all!... Ok maybe he did sound like that, but it was a big decision! He'd grown up in Hell! He didn't even know what was waiting for him up there!
"C'mon" he said, chugging the last drops of the energy drink and chucked it into a bin next to the door before getting up "let's go consult the others."
She shrugged and walked out of the room, following him like a lost puppy, still sipping at the energy drink, (or was that a new one? Where'd she get it from?).
They got down stairs and sat at the breakfast bar, Nifty handed both of them some soup, they weren't exactly sure what it had in it but it tasted pretty good.
"Soooo," Charlie said happily, "how's it going with the whole information thing?"
"We didn't sleep last night but we managed to organise everything so that's gotta count for something right?" Ilvymore answered. Harry glared at her and elbowed her quickly. Charlie hated when either of them didn't get enough sleep, let alone both of them.
"You know that that's really bad for you right hermano y hermana?" said Vaggie, an eyebrow raised.
"Yea... but we need to ask something!" Harry said quickly, trying to diverge their attention.
Harry explained the pros and cons of going to Hogwarts, what he thought he could find out and who he wasn't sure he could trust. He also explained the fact that he would indeed miss the strange staff that he'd come to see as friends.
Charlie and Vaggie nodded, "Y'know what, I think we will miss you but... This is a chance to find out so many things about yourself and others, and we both know that you want to know more about your parents." Charlie said calmly.
Vaggie smiled, "and having Ilvymore with you means that you won't be lonely or anything and it'll give you a chance to see the surface world! If you do go, taka a couple of pictures for us 'kay?" she said jokingly.
Harry smiled, letting out a soft chuckle. He thought over their points, setting a small glance at Ilvymore, who simply shrugged at the boy.
He took a deep breath and smiled, "All right, I've made my decision." He said confidently, "I'm going to go to Hogwarts!"
