Lily’s pov
I watched as Lupin walked away “what in merlin’s name did snivellus do!?” black clenched his fists “Severus did nothing” I said walking over to black and potter “Evans! Looking beautiful as always” Potter smirked, “you have a child with my best friend in the future.” I cross my arms staring blankly at him, Potter stared at me shocked while black hid his laugh with a cough. “I watched everything. It seems Remus and Sev fancy each other, have for a while but because of you two Lupin had to befriend Severus in secret afraid his best friends would abandon him” I say with a slightly mocking tone at the end “what?! We’d never!” Potter furrowed his brows
“Well clearly the two of you have done something to make him feel that way,” I said in an uninterested tone “I suggest you two think about that. Now I’m only going to say this once, hurt sev or harry in ANY way I’ll have your heads on a spike.” I growl at them shoving them out of my way.
I catch up to lupin “if you're serious about staying by Sev's side then you better be ready to fight for him” “you say that like we’re going to war” lupin raises a brow “well we might. Potter and black are hellbent on Severus and all the Slytherins being evil creatures, most of the school seems to feel that way.” I rolled my eyes “James and Sirius were saying they thought of the ultimate prank to pull on the Slytherins.” Remus sighed “do you know what it is?” I ask “sadly no they were going to tell me just before professor Dumbledore came in with Harry” we both sigh “hopefully because of Harry they won't try or do anything” “well with the talk I just had with them they'd be more stupid than we originally thought” I smirk remembering their faces Remus looks at me amused “what? They had it coming” he chuckled “I suppose they did. Anyway, do you mind-” “- if you sit with Severus? go ahead” “thank you Lily” Remus smiled “just don’t make me regret giving you a chance got it?” we make it to potions class “Of course” we smiled at each other going our separate ways
“Hi Bella” I sit next to Bellatrix “Hello Lily joining me now are you? I’m honored” she smiles mockingly “oh shove off Bella Remus wanted to sit with Sev and Harry”
Sev’s pov
I watch as Lily sits with Bella ‘great that means-’ my thought is cut off when harry stands “Hi dad!” he starts waving as I turn and spot Lupin nearing “Hello Harry,” Lupin smiled now standing in front of us “can I-” “sit here? I’m assuming you already planned to, as Lily is sitting with Bellatrix” I roll my eyes “uh- sorry I figured asking lily would be easier” Lupin rubbed the back of his head sheepishly “YAY!” harry giggled. I couldn’t stop a small smile from forming.
“What” I scowl at Lupin “sorry sorry I just uh- your smile is r-really pretty” he stuttered out, ignoring the heat rising to my cheeks I roll my eyes at him “just sit down would you” Lupin sits in the chair immediately, “Dad psst-PSST-DAD” Harry once again ‘whispered’ “yes harry?” lupin whispered playing along “did you make mummy mad?” Harry pouted and glared “uh-yes yes I did harry” Lupin grimaced “then make mummy happy again!” harry crossed his arms “I’d love to but I don’t know how to Harry” ‘did they forget I am right here’ I rose an eyebrow in amusement
“Don’t worry dad! I will help you!” Harry said, “what do you suppose we should do?” Lupin asked seriously “well papa always bought mummy potion thingies, daddy always gets mummy new music stuffs or clothes and you always take mummy to a place with lots of creatures and you make food for mummy!.” Harry stated “huh…well alright I’ll gather some food and take him to the forest. Do you know mummies favorite foods?” Lupin planned ‘again I'm sitting right here’ “mhm! I will help you pack it, okay dad?” Harry looked determined “alright” Lupin chuckled. Just as I was about to remind them I could hear them, Slughorn strolled into the classroom “alright class!-”
