Little Cat (Bill Weasley X Reader)
"Hide me" quickly spoke (Y/N) as you ran through the kitchen of the Burrow. Molly as usual was busying herself, the washing up was doing itself as she stood over the stove to check on the family dinner. Bill was sat at the table reading the newspaper as he usually did. He'd found his days were far quieter now he wasn't doing his normal job of breaking curses in Egypt. Molly merely pointed over to pantry, ensuring her voice wasn't heard, you of course had quickly run in to the pantry closing the door behind you as you hair changed to (f/C) from your normal (H/C).
The oldest Weasley could only look to his mother with a raised eye brow, curious what the sudden rush was about, although he wasn't complaining. The excitement it brought being welcome, plus it had been a while since he'd last seen you, years even. No more than two minutes later Harry came storming down shortly followed by Ron, both teenage boys looking a little flustered and red cheeked. Scanning the kitchen as if they were looking for some sort of dangerous object.
"Mum you haven't seen (Y/N), Ginny or Hermione have you?" asked Ron, looking to his loving mother over by the stove, Harry on the other hand continued to scan the kitchen as if looking for hiding places just in case something else happened. Both boys waving to Bill, as if just spotting the oldest Weasley was there. The curse-breaker could only nod back as he quickly glanced to the pantry door before returning to the Daily prophet.
(Y/N) could only hold a hand over her mouth to prevent a laugh escaping her, especially as the memory of what happened popped back to mind. How Ginny had slipped a laughing potion into Ron's drink, only for Harry to try it as well. The pair of them had laugh uncontrollably about the slightest thing and eventually ended up wetting themselves. Percy having broke them out of the mess of giggles by shouting something about cauldron thickness.
"Haven't seen a sole dear. Besides your brothers of course" sweetly responded Molly, a motherly smile on her lips, even more so as she noticed Charlie had once again appeared. All be it confused on what was going on and why both Harry and Ron looked rather red in the face. The pair of them soon left with a little huff. Harry commenting he seen a flash of red hair in the garden, yet he couldn't be sure if that was Ginny or one of the twins. "You can come out now dear" called Molly, being sure her voice didn't carry to the two teenagers looking outside for Ginny and Hermione. Although the mother of three could admit she'd seen all three girls since their prank and knew all about it from Fred and George.
(Y/N) soon peered around the pantry door, looking to see if the coast was clear, Charlie watching closely as in amusement. A small chuckle escaping his lips, even more to think the family home hadn't gotten any less manic since he and Bill had left home. Yet soon enough (Y/N) had ventured out of the dark pantry completely, sneaking over to Molly to thank her.
"What happened?" asked Charlie as he sat next to his older brother. Bill soon put down the paper, seeming just as intrigued while also shrugging his shoulders to suggest he didn't know. "I've seen Ron on the war path before, but this is a whole new level. I asked Ginny earlier when I hid her but never got an answer" added the dragon tamer, admitting he'd hidden his younger sister when Harry and Ron had first started their crusade to find the three teenage girls wondering around the family home. Although he hadn't seen Hermione apart from when she ran into the orchards and shouted in a thanks to Percy.
"Slipped Ron laughing potion" replied (Y/N) as she sat down at the table opposite both older Weasley brothers. Bill could only chuckle, knowing you were worse than the twins for mischief. "Harry drank some as well. We kind of tricked them into thinking it was a love potion. They snapped out of the laughter when Percy yelled at them" you continue, looking around every now and again and listening for the slightest sound to signal the pair returning. "The pair ended up wetting themselves with laughter" (Y/N) admitted. Grinning wildly at the memory, knowing compared to your previous pranks it was a rather calm one.
"Reminds me of some of Tonks antics" commented Charlie, almost surprised when you dived under the table. Both he and Bill looking down to you as you snuggled between them, yet still they helped you by acting as normally as possible, chatting amongst themselves when Harry and Ron reappeared, seeming suspicious. It being clear they had heard you're voice or had be close by, closer than you'd originally thought.
"You two dried yourself off from that love potion now?" asked Bill with a smirk, a chuckle threatening to break free at the look both threw in his direction. Yet they didn't say a word as they looked around the room more carefully. Ron even going to investigate the pantry where (Y/N) had previously been hidden. Yet your response was snuggle tighter to the two older Weasley's as if hoping they could offer you the same protection as an invisibility cloak. Mainly due to Harry appearing behind the oldest Weasley brothers, less than a foot from where you'd hidden. If he looked down he would have seen you, especially with your hair once again turning (F/C) to signal you mischievous mood.
"We must have been hearing things" uttered Harry as he stepped away from the table, seemingly oblivious of (Y/N) literally being right under his nose. "(Y/N)'s not here unless she using her abilities again" added the famous wizard, pulling Ron out the kitchen moments later. Both boys stood in the living room for what felt like forever before going in different directions. One cautiously climbing the stairs, almost as if being careful not to wake the sleeping beast most now knew to be Percy. The other disappeared back outside the door to go on the hunt, yet with a shout of Hermione's name the teenager disappeared in a flurry of a run.
(Y/N) come out of hiding mere seconds later. An echo of laughter and amusement on her lips. To which she ran around the table to Molly offering a hug for helping her stay hidden from the boys in question. At which point she returned to the two oldest Weasley brothers. Placing a quick kiss on Charlie's cheek, chuckling when he went as red as his hair.
"Oi, where's mine?" asked Bill, as (Y/N) looked out the window to ensure the coast was clear, knowing she couldn't return to upstairs with one of the two prowling around up there. "Jealous?" questioned (Y/N), seeing how his cheeks began to heat up. "Was me practically hugging your junk not good enough?" asked (Y/N) as your hair turned a deeper shade of (F/C). Molly could only chuckle to your comments, even more so when she seen how red Bill had gone in embarrassment. Charlie on the other hand stuffed his knuckles in his mouth in a desperate attempt to stifle his laughter.
"You Weasley boys are so easy to wind up" commented (Y/N) before returning to where Bill and Charlie sat. Placing a quick kiss on Bill's redden cheek before disappearing out the door. Quickly using your Metamorphic abilities to turn yourself into a bird, thrust going unnoticed Ron running out the orchid in an attempt to catch Hermione. Harry on the other hand soon yelled Ginny's name, a thunderous amount of steps coming down the steps were heard, shortly followed by the bellowing yells of Percy.
"SERIOUSLY (Y/N)"
"Huh, she's right we are easy to wind up" commented Charlie, knowing (Y/N) had out witted Fred and George and roped Luna into helping. Every now and again you would join them singing words to a specific song knowing it would wind them up. Bill on the other hand merely looked up, even more so when he heard Percy continue to yell (Y/N)'s name. With the added bonus of footsteps coming down the stairs.
"She's a Metamorphmagi?" questioned Bill to his mother, seeing her nod in confirmation, even more so when he noticed a black cat appear on the table with Percy's cauldron report clasped in its mouth. "Looks like I owe you a date little cat" spoke the oldest Weasley, opting to fussy the black cat behind the ears, as did Charlie. "I bet she wouldn't be able to surprise me" elaborated Bill, revealing why he owed (Y/N) a date. Yet he didn't mind that much, as it suddenly hit him why she was so mischievous and clumsy compared to others.
