What?

"How has he escaped!" Aquila yelled with a voice not hers. A tall man with messy brown hair and deep seated brown eyes whimpered before speaking, "We have no idea my Lord. Wormtail was in charge of him." Aquila turned her glare to a stout looking mesh between a rat and a man. His front two teeth protruded out slightly as he shook, "Narcissa my Lord. She said she was taking over and you had ordered her too take post as guard till he bled to death."

Aquila sighed and hissed at the group seated at the dining table. Aquila recognised them to be the top rank Death Eaters of Voldemort's inner circle. "We are going to Hogwarts tomorrow. I'm going to remind you one last time. We are kidnap that Albus boy-"

"My Lord they've escaped," Rodolphus said, his head down low. "What!?" Aquila yelled, "I had informed Delphini about it! She was to keep him there!" "The Dark Ladys and Draco have taken the boy and his cousins with them somewhere. I couldn't find any of them at school," Rodolphus spoke hurriedly. Aquila felt ranging anger rush through her. "She betrayed us. They betrayed us!" Aquila hissed, "Where have they gone?" Rodolphus whimpered slightly before answering, "I haven't got a clue, My Lord." "Crucio," Aquila yelled with rage and Rodolphus's scream echoed through the hall.

Aquila shot up, the thin fabric of her shirt clinging onto her from her sweat. She noticed her roommates asleep and considerable dark lighting. She grabbed her wand from under her pillow and cast a quick tempus. It was thirty minutes past three in the morning. She tried gulping but with no success. She needed water. She cast a wordless charm to clean her mouth before she hurriedly stepped down to the kitchen. She paused when she saw Harry, clutching his hair with one hand and holding Albus's hand with the other. His head was on Ginny's shoulder and his eyes held a terrified gaze. Albus noticed Aquila in a similar state as his own father, quickly reached for her and sat her down (ignoring the butterflies in his stomach) before handing her a glass of water.

Aquila smiled sweetly and took the glass from his hands, making sure to intimately touch his fingers. She loved how the boy became stiff and sat down beside her, blood rushing to his face. Aquila took several gulps of the water before placing the glass down. She laid her head on his shoulder dragging her fingers across his tense muscles. She had no clue when she became this bold with him. "D-do you, uhm, do you want to talk about it?" Albus whispered whilst stammering. Aquila giggled quietly which only made Albus's heart beat faster. Aquila shook her head, "He knows." Albus nodded confirming he heard it. "You sh-should head to bed then," Albus stammered again. "I don't wanna sleep alone," Aquila pouted. Ginny and Harry seemed to be in their own world at the moment. "Stay with me?" Aquila asked, not putting the pout away. Albus's heart started beating at an unhealthy pace as he nodded, blush rising up his cheek.

Albus led her to his and James's room. Aquila quickly climbed onto Albus's bed and pulled the covers over her. She could here Scorpius's light snores. Albus climbed next to her, making sure to leave some space. Aquila chuckled lightly as Albus drifted to sleep. He wasn't exactly good at hiding a crush. Albus's stammering when he was with her or his uncontrollable blushing. Aquila hadn't seen Albus interacting like that with another girl or boy. But did she like him too? Sure he was cute and charming. She loved the way his oversized Christmas sweater would slightly hand off his shoulder whenever he wore it. Or how his nails were always in perfect shape. Aquila turned over at these thoughts. She had never loved someone before. Maybe she did now.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aquila had managed to get up before anyone else two hours later. The family would usually be up by seven and it was almost six. Aquila quickly had a shower and took out her book bag from her trunk. She searched the bag and pulled out 'The Art of Horcruxes' again and began reading Chapter 2 then Chapter 3, until she found something interesting. 'Horcruxes can be destroyed when only the object they are held in is destroyed beyond repair. From Basilisk venom. But in the light of new information, I have discovered that the Sword of Gryffindor too could be used. I am severely ill and are sure to die soon. Something strange happened tonight that I still ponder on,' the writing changed from a black to a silver ink as Aquila seemed to be pulled into it.

Dumbledore (Aquila recognised him from a painting) sat down on a staircase with a weary and sorrow look in his eyes. He seemed shocked but upset at the same time. Another figure, who looked a quite like Albus but with round glassed and an all to familiar scar was present too. The scene shifted slightly and the two (+Aquila) were in an office Aquila recognised. "Tom Riddle's dairy?" the boy said. "It's a horcrux yes," the old man spoke with a destroyed book in his hand confusing Aquila, "Four years ago when you saved Ginny Weasley's life in the Chamber of Secrets, you brought me this. I knew then that this was a very different kind of magic. Very rare, very dark, very powerful and until tonight I had no idea just how powerful."

"And the ring?" the teen asked. Aquila only then noticed a familiar ring sitting on the table. It was dark green. "It belonged to Voldemort's mother," Dumbledore answered, "you could find that it would be even more difficult to destroy it." The boy's eyes showed a sense of panic as he spoke, "But if you could find them all, if you could destroy each horcrux-"

Dumbledore interrupted him, "one destroys Voldemort."

"How do you find them? He could've hidden them anywhere, couldn't he?"

Dumbledore looked at the boy and spoke hurriedly, "Let me tell you that magic, especially Dark Magic," he was interrupted by an ominous scream as the ring spun around wildly. Once it stopped clinking Dumbledore looked at the boy as his eyes glossed over, "leaves traces," he finished. Aquila's breath got held in her throat. Dumbledore's familiar voice spoke in the atmosphere but the voice did not come from the headmaster's mouth. "I knew that day that my worst fear was in fact true. Harry Potter was a Horcrux and if he interacted with another, he would feel his scar hurt-" The scene began to spin as Aquila was suddenly thrown out of the book. Aquila panted in her bed as Rose began to shift in her sleep. Aquila quickly closed the book and hid it.

She pulled her knees to her chest buried her face in them. 'Two Horcruxes interacted with each other and the side effects are unexplainable,' Aquila thought. Her head hurt every time she went near Harry or had a conversation with him. Heck, even when he shook her hand, a sign of welcome, a 'scar' pinched and she somehow knew his did too. Dark Magic leaves traces. What if Harry had a 'trace' of dark magic from being a Horcrux still inside him. Aquila feared for the worst as crazy ideas popped into her head. What if she was a Horcrux?
