Chapter 1
Chapter One- Zabini Family
Blaise Zabini-Black looked at his youngest, the eleven year old, who was going to a magic school in America instead of Hogwarts because Hogwarts didn’t have the special classes that Aries needed. It had come as a shock when Aries had been born deaf he had never heard of a wizard being born deaf before. It made him even more protective of his youngest child so much that he hadn’t allowed his son to step foot out of the manor until he was nine years old and the only reason he allowed it was because he had tutor’s to teach him defense and spells for his protection. His son was also like Harry a bearer; it was rare for wizards to be able to have children; they had their other kids tested and they weren’t bearer’s. Harry had demanded Blaise to let Aries go to Ilvermorny so he could make friends so here he was at a muggle airport trying to talk Harry into Homeschooling Aries.
Harry crossed his arms and hissed ‘’No Blaise he’s going to go to America he can come home on holidays and breaks he needs this he needs to be a kid.’’ Blaise looked at his son and he was staring at him with green eyes watching. Blaise signed ‘’Are you sure you want to go’’ Aries grinned and nodded and signed back ‘’Yes Papa I am sure’’ Blaise looked at Harry and said ‘’But what if he…’’ Harry said ‘’Blaise if you try to talk me or him out of this again I will leave you.’’ Blaise sighed and looked at his baby he sighed and Aries grinned and Blaise signed ‘’Alright be careful mirror us when you get there.’’ Aries grinned and nodded and stood on his tippy toes and kissed his cheek and hugged him and looked at his Daddy and grinned and kissed him too and hurried to the check in counter. Harry said ‘’We are doing the right thing we can’t keep him locked up anymore we can’t lose him.’’ The two adults watched Aries sign to the attendant and her eyes widened and she signed messy but she did an okay job. Aries turned and waved at them and the two waved back and watched him disappear.
Blaise bolted up from his desk. He kept having the same dream over and over again. He shouldn't have let their son go to America. Inferi had begun to attack two months later. He looked at the mirror he had seen his son one time since everything has started. He had made it to Atlanta when the airports had shut down. He was trying to get a portkey from the ministry to go to America but they were stone walling them even with Harry’s Order of Merlin status. He growled and he looked up and Harry walked in with their eldest 18 year old Orion Severus Zabini put a book in front of him on the desk he grinned and said ‘’I found a spell in the Black Family Library. Lux and Cas suggested it.’’ Their twin sons were in their lab most likely coming up with different spells and trying them out when they were 16 years old and where just like their godfather’s Fred and George Weasly instead of pranks they created spells for pranks and improved old spells. Blaise looked at his son and smiled at him and Harry said ‘’My family has a manor in America as well we can go there and stay while we look for Aries I went to Gringotts.’’
With Aries
Aries stared at the people in the bar and he covered his mouth when the man with a beard shot the two men. He wanted to go home, he wanted his dad's. He felt something rub against his legs. It was his Snow Leopard mixed with a tiger. He had found the animal in a Menagerie with a bunch of other animals, other hybrids and magical animals that had been abandoned by the wizard who ran the place. He had put the animal’s in his trunk with his other creatures until he could check on them. He had cleaned out the stores that had supplies left. He rubbed Winter’s head and he held onto the hybrid and rocked. He hid underneath the staircase. Winter growled softly when a person came down the stairs. The person froze on a squeaky step then hurried down the stairs looking around quickly. Winter watched him and Aries saw the door knob turn on the back door and then the glass shattered. The man turned and said something Aries gripped Winter and Aries could feel Winter growling softly.
Glenn looked when he heard something it was a growl like a wild animal not a walker growl, he backed up when he saw a huge tiger or what looked like a tiger instead of yellow fur it had white with spots and lines on it’s fur and a long fluffy tail. The tiger growled and came out from under the stairs. Glenn raised his gun and a child shouted ‘’No!’’ the kid jumpped in front of the tiger and covered it’s huge body with his. Glenn’s eyes widened and said ‘’Hey kid be careful’’ the kid didn’t seem to hear him because he tried to tuck the tiger under his body to protect it. Hershel and Rick ran into the back room and saw the kid protecting a tiger.
The tiger licked the boy’s cheek and started purring and Glenn walked closer and the tiger’s eyes went to him and he growled and showed his teeth. Glenn said ‘’That’s amazing.’’ Rick said ‘’We need to leave now’’ he looked at the tiger and the tiger growled and then came from underneath the kid and then laid down and the kid looked at him and said ‘’Going’’ the tiger made a sound and then the kid got onto the animal’s back. Rick said ‘’Your coming with us kid’’ the kid looked at him and stared and then wrapped his arms around the tiger’s neck holding on. Rick said ‘’Alright head to the car I’ll cover you guys’’ Glenn nodded and looked at the kid and he had his face in the tiger’s fur.
Rick looked at the kid stuck on the fence post and growled softly he was just shooting at them why did he want to help him. He looked around for the other kid and saw him on the tiger’s back at the truck, innocent green eyes staring at him silently asking him if he was going to leave someone to be eaten by walker’s or not. Rick looked at Hershel and Glenn said ‘’Can’t we just cut the leg off?’’ Rick looked at Glenn and Glenn was looking at the kid too and Rick nodded he pulled out a pocket knife and said ‘’Will this cut through the bone?’’ he looked at the boy and he laid his head on the tiger’s head he sighed in relief. The tiger growled and he looked around and saw walker’s everywhere. He growled ‘’Damn it they are everywhere.’’ Hershel hissed ‘’We need to go now or that kid’s going to die.’’ Rick looked at the kid stuck to the fence and then grabbed his leg and pushed it up and off the iron fence and he screamed bloody murder. He looked at Glenn and Glenn was running to the car and opened the back of the truck and the tiger immediately jumped into the back with the kid still attached to it. Glenn shut the trunk and got into the back and helped RIck get the now passed out one into the back seat. Rick said ‘’Hey kid you okay back there?’’ the kid was peaking at them from behind his pet. Glenn said ‘’So cool tiger’’ Rick chuckled and the kid was staring at Glenn’s lips the whole time. Glenn said ‘’Maybe he’s shy’’ Hershel nodded. The kid laid his head back on his pet and yawned softly.
Aries woke up and the sun was coming up and he noticed that the car had stopped he peaked out and saw a group of people. Aries whispered to Winter ‘’Scared Winter.’’ His brother’s had taught him how to talk on his own by putting his hands on their throats and mouths as they spoke words and sounds. He hugged Winter and Winter purred and licked him. The trunk opened and the man with the beard was there Winter roared and growled. The man backed up with his hands up Winter growled and stood and growled at the people the man looked and said something and then said it again.
The group jumped at the roar they heard and Rick backed up and he said ‘’Carl come here’’ Lori said ‘’What Rick no.’’ Rick said ‘’It’s a kid maybe having another kid will calm them both down.’’ Rick looked at Carl and said ‘’It’s alright Carl’’ Carl walked over to his father slowly. He looked and saw a kid with long hair and green eyes behind a huge tiger Carl said ‘’Cool’’ the kid looked at him and stared and Carl said ‘’My names Carl that’s my dad’’ the boy stared at his lips and then said ‘’Aries’’ he pointed at himself and then the tiger ‘’Winter.’’ Carl grinned and said ‘’You can get out if you want to. It’s safe’’ The newly named Aries said ‘’Slowly can’t read quick’’ Rick’s eyes widened and he said ‘’Your deaf’’ the boy stared at him and nodded and said ‘’Deaf.’’ Rick nodded and Carl said ‘’He can’t hear’’ Rick shook his head and said ‘’This is going to be difficult.’’
Carl grinned when the boy got out of the car finally Winter followed and paced behind him and Aries ran his finger’s through his fur. Carl waited until Aries looked at him and said ‘’Do you have parents?’’ Aries nodded and said ‘’Dad’s they are in England’’ Carl said ‘’Oh sorry why are you here?’’ Aries made a thinking face and said ‘’School.’’ Carl nodded and Winter was staring at them sitting between them Carl said ‘’Can I pet him?’’ Aries nodded and looked at Winter and said ‘’Be good’’ Carl slowly reached out and Winter watched him and allowed the kid to pet him. Carl said ‘’Cool’’ Aries grinned and gave Winter a kiss on his head. Winter purred and leaned his whole body onto the human kid. Aries squeaked and fell and Winter laid on top of him and Aries yelped ‘’Off’’ Winter didn’t listen and Aries giggled.
Rick looked when Carl ran into the house with Aries and Winter following. Rick smiled at them and Carl said ‘’He said his parents are in England he’s here for school.’’ Rick looked at the kid Aries was watching him. Rick said ‘’Your family isn’t here’’ the boy shook his head and Rick said ‘’You can stay with us kid.’’ Aries blinked and then nodded and said softly ‘’Thank you’’ Rick walked over slowly and rubbed the boy’s head and Winter was staring at him the entire time. Rick said ‘’Go get something to eat alright’’ the two kids nodded and Carl grabbed onto Aries’s hand and dragged him off. Rick looked and saw the other’s watching him Daryl grunted and nodded and walked away Shane said ‘’How on earth are we supposed to take care of a deaf kid at the end of the world Rick.’’ Rick said ‘’What do you want to do kill a deaf child’’ Shane said ‘’No of course not the kid can’t hear the dead how is he going to survive that’s all.’’ Rick said ‘’He won’t die not on my watch.’’ Rick walked outside and the group went to do their own things.
A week later
Aries looked at his piece of chicken and started eating Winter was eating the uneaten parts of the chicken and squirrel guts that Daryl had saved up for him. Aries fed Winter when they were alone and inside the trunk so he wasn’t starving like the resident archer thought he would be. Aries told him Winter went hunting on his own and that was fine with the archer. Winter liked Daryl when he wasn’t keeping an eye on Aries he could be found at Daryl’s camp site. Winter liked Glenn too he was warming up to Rick. Aries’s eyes went to the shed where the group was keeping the prisoner. He saw Shane rush into the shed and came out dragging Carl outside. Winter growled and rushed over he stood in front of Carl and Shane let Carl run off Winter eyed Shane and growled and ran back to Aries. Aries ran his fingers through his fur to calm him down he said ‘’Calm it’s okay Calm.’’ Winter went back to eating his lunch.
Aries looked when Carl walked off after talking with Carol. Carl looked at him and then his father came over to him and they started talking. Aries tossed Winter his bones and then went to Daryl’s campsite. Daryl looked at him and Daryl spoke slowly ‘’Shouldn’t you be playing?’’ Aries shook his head and Daryl grunted and said ‘’Help me make some arrow’s then come on.’’ The kid followed behind him like a duckling.
With Harry and Blaise
Harry looked at the Portkey they had created; they had set it to the Potter family island. He looked and saw his sons packed and ready. He smiled at them and said ‘’Ready’’ Blaise nodded and Harry sighed and said ‘’Hopefully this works.’’ Blaise said ‘’I believe in you Amore’’ Harry smiled at him and their older kids looked at them grossed out. Blaise chuckled Harry cleared his throat and made sure everyone was touching it and he said ‘’Potter Island.’’ They disappeared with a pop and they appeared on a beach Harry looked around and he grinned and said ‘’We made it’’ he looked at his children and husband and Blaise was on the bottom of a human dog pile he groaned and said ‘’Can you guys get off me please?’’ Harry snickered at them. Once the boy’s were off of their father Blaise stood up and waved his wand and cleaned the sand off them. Blaise looked around and saw trees and then a path that was made up of sand and behind them was the pacific ocean that surrounded the whole island. A female house elf appeared instantly and it squeaked ‘’Lord Potter’’ she grinned and said ‘’You’s be’s here finally my names Tippy.’’
Harry grinned and said ‘’Hello Tippy could you please lead us to the family manor.’’ Tippy said ‘’Of course sir Tippy will lead Master Potter and little ones to the manor yes she will.’’ Harry said ‘’How many house elves are here Tippy?’’ The long eared house elf said ‘’There’s be’s 20 master Potter’’ Tippy was walking in front of them Harry said ‘’Have you seen what’s going on in the muggle world Tippy?’’ Tippy nodded and said ‘’I see’s it’s inferi like creatures yes they is but they don’t have magic so it’s not inferi the other elves made runs before it got too bad just in case master’s family came here. There’s be’s two magical greenhouses one for Magical plants one for muggle crops there’s be’s animal’s on the island from magical world and muggle too from when the Potter’s were named Peverell family.’’ Harry nodded and Tippy said ‘’Manor house has 20 bedrooms with bathrooms we’s updated when the years pass so the manor has working electricity and plumbing with three potion’s labs and medical wing there’s be four living area’s a large dining room and kitchen.’’ They finally arrived at the huge manor with a fountain with the Potter family crest on it. The twin’s said together ‘’Wicked’’ Orion nodded in agreement. Tippy said ‘’If you’s need me just call for me’s or another elf master’s she disappeared with a pop.
With Aries
Aries stared at Dale’s body and he looked at the walker that had attacked him. Winter was staring at it making sure that it was dead, really dead this time. He looked at Carl and he had his face buried into his mom’s stomach. Aries hated not being able to hear anything; sometimes he felt so alone. He jumped when Daryl walked over after he had put Dale out of his misery. Daryl said slowly ‘’Come on kid’’ Aries signed ‘’Can I sleep with you’’ Daryl said ‘’You can teach me how to sign later I don’t understand it yet.’’ Aries made a face and said slowly ‘’Can I sleep with you?’’ Daryl nodded and rubbed his head and said ‘’Yeah kid’’ Aries read his lips and grinned up at him. Daryl took Aries with him to his camp site and they went into the tent and Daryl watched the kid lay down on his cot and Daryl handed him a blanket Winter curled on the floor in front of the cot Daryl laid on the floor of his tent with his pillow and a blanket. He heard ‘’Good night Daryl’’ he listened to the boy as he fell asleep. Daryl closed his eyes and fell asleep as well.
Potter Island
Blaise walked into the study and Harry was looking at a map on the desk. Blaise walked over and Harry said ‘’Okay so Livermorny is on Mount Greylock in Massachusetts’’ he pointed to the area Blaise nodded and said ‘’So we go see if he’s there at Livermorny first Harry nodded and said ‘’Yes that’s where we should head we can come back here for supplies maybe have the twin’s stay here so they can send us things we need.’’ Blaise nodded and said ‘’Let’s go find our son’’ Harry looked at him and nodded and said ‘’Have you tried his mirror?’’ Blaise said ‘’It must be in his trunk because he isn’t answering.’’ Harry took out his pocket watch and turned the little dial to Aries’s name and it was on Sleeping Harry rubbed the watch and clutched it to his chest he had copied the wellbeing charm that Molly had for each one of his kids except instead of it being on a large clock it was a pocket watch with a dial for each one of the boys to check on them. Blaise stared at his husband and he hugged him and mumbled ‘’We will find him.’’ Harry smiled up at him and said ‘’We will’’ he put the watch away and called for one of the elves and a different elf appeared and Harry said ‘’Could you pack three packs with food and water and a tent enough for two weeks.’’ The elf squeaked ‘’Yes sirs’’ and was gone with a pop.
