The brats they brought back.

Each of the Arco’s ends up bringing a brat back with them.

Reborn bring’s Tsuna who he was contracted to kill.
When he touched the kid who tried to defend his mother (who was pregnant) he senses the Seals. Mother and son both are Sealed and so, rather than kill them, he turns on and kills the instigator of this.
Reborn is strong enough to get away with it.
The Seal on Nana can’t be taken off without disrupting her pregnancy but leaving it on will kill her. She chooses to leave it on anyway but asks that Reborn remove both her husband, who is responsible for she and Tsuna both’s condition and find a safe place for her kids.
If possible, she’d like help for Tsuna too.
Reborn places the infant girl who, born under the influence of a Seal, will likely never awaken her Flames, with a connection of his who wants a child but can’t have one.
He’ll check back on her from time to time.
Cinnamon Roll Tsuna he takes with him back to the Arco mansion. The boy is barely five.
He lived with them up until Nana gave birth so Tsuna knows him a bit. He’s a squishy little plush toy and Reborn enjoys poking him.
Besides, the expressions on the others faces will be hilarious and Tsuna, although a gentle soul, likes pranking people and making them have funny expressions.
Reborn APPROVES.

Next, is to the bemusement of all, Verde who comes in with a shy crybaby of a boy with freckles, green black curls and green eyes. The relation is very obvious.
While Verde would never bother with off spring himself, he does have several cousins.
Even if none of them acknowledge him and he’s faked his own death long ago.
He had the misfortune to have cause to pay the Bovino a visit personally and go caught in the fall out of one of their reckless experiments.
One of their lesser valued children, a female toddler who, while an Heiress, wasn’t a wanted one, disappeared, leaving this child in their place.
The child has slightly sharper canines and a reflective layer in his eyes. He’s also very, VERY intelligent but not treated well. He’s five and a half and treated badly by most because he doesn’t have some super power… or some such.
Verde wishes to study him more and takes the boy with him as partial compensation for the inconvenience. He can’t take his usual approach though as, if treated kindly, the boy is a babbling fount of knowledge and a few encouraging or kind words have the little one looking at him like he hung the moon… despite his toddler body.
The boy has simply accepted that he’s a grown up whose had something unfortunate happen. The society he’s from has similar instances all the time though none as late as his manifest. That it was done to seven others as well… The boy is up graded from information source/ experimental subject to protege and thriving… unfortunately, Verde can’t put this meeting off. The boy has to come with him.
Then they find Reborn has a brat there as well. Excellent. The two can entertain each other.

Fon was simply forced into babysitting the forceful little terror that is his nephew while his sister and husband were otherwise occupied. His opinion was neither sought nor taken into account. He WOULD be caring for his nephew… Fon acquiesced easily. He enjoyed caring for the boy even if little Kouya was as temperamental and violent as any Cloud. Worse, a MISTY Cloud. Oh dear.
He came with lightning attendant in tow.

Skulls was a bit of surprise. They’re fully accustomed to weird shit happening to him but he returned with a gaggle of brats.
An explosive little blond, literally, who tore into Verde’s brat for disappearing and scaring them all until the toddler sized scientist snapped and shocked him unconscious.
Yay, new subject, from his boy’s home time/ dimension to examine and, even better, the boy has copious notes on him.
Of his other three, one has terrible burns from his own ability and is barely alive.
His younger look alike has a circle of burns, in the shape of hands, around his throat and acts terrified of the other boy even if he looks at him longingly. His hair is perfectly split, white and red, down the middle and he has full heterochromia matching his hair colours. Blue on one side and grey on the other.
The third child has purple hair that stands straight up, bags under his eyes and, despite being barely four, is already wary of everyone.
He’s also brought back the Bovino girl who is already a very powerful baby lightning… and a cry baby too.

Colonello has slightly feral kid with blue white hair and red eyes.
He was guarding a little girl of four or five who looked sort of like him but has a small horn on one side of her head. Their eyes are very similar too.
They’ve obviously got some sort of powers so he bought them here for Viper to look at and give her opinion on.
(It wasn’t hard to get the story out of the little girl later.
The blue haired kid had been a lot older and she’d run into him on the street, trying to escape the man who hurt her. She’d just wanted help/ protection.
She’d ended up accidentally rewinding the other boy to his current age. He was upset and confused and used his Quirk on the men chasing her. He killed them. All of them.
And it was her fault. And then they were here and he was protecting her.)

Lal brought in a feral little kitty who keeps trying to stab her and gets high as a kite and easy to handle off her blood.
She wants Verde to have a look and see whose fucking around with genetics or whatever. It’s not Estraneo work. No Flames involved and it’s not Verde’s either.

An irritable Viper comes in with whatever relative the granddaughter of a cousin is.
Worse yet, the recently orphaned child (a set of lights fell on set, killing the mother and the girl’s father is recently dead of possibly less than natural causes.) has no other relatives.
Viper would have left it be except for the odd things happening around the girl.
Well, well, quite the strong little Mist that one. Hmmm. She’s also resonating with a child being tortured in Flame Experiments… to them, if it isn’t Verde doing it, that says Estraneo.
They may have to pay call.

No one had expected little Aria to bring in some brats either.
One clearly has Soave blood, though he goes by Hayato Gokudera while the other is the Gesso Heir who very clearly does NOT want to go back. At the moment, he’s a Lightning with Sky ish leanings. The Soave kid is a Sky close to shattering. He’s seven to the Gesso Heir’s nine and yet they managed to run, making their way to Aria chan looking for shelter and protection.
She SAW bringing them here… so she did.

The only one of them who wants to go home is the volatile blond.
He’s NOT used to NOT being the center of attention or being called to account for his actions or for adults to influence him or use their ‘Quirks’ so openly and easily… even if he is a little big admiring of Reborn… just a TINY bit. He’s bad arse. Not that he’d ever say.
A lot of these people would be counted as Villainous back home… except for Skull.
ALL of the others are part of the Mafia, organised crime. Japan of his time has Yakuza still but they are mostly toothless dogs, mostly decorative. It’s a shock to realise that organised crime here was powerful and in full swing and that each and every one of the adults had KILLED and were lethal and dangerous in their own right.
It was SCARY… except, no one else seemed to think so. It was weird that HE was the most civilian out of the lot. Even the soft brown haired boy who cried even more than Deku did.

It was weird to be looking to DEKU for reassurance… but Deku was DETERMINED to get him at least home.
Deku would be staying though. He was actually valued here. Uncle Verde wanted to teach him all about everything science and Deku… Deku wanted to LEARN.
He still liked Heroes but no Heroes had saved him where Uncle Verde had.
He knows Kacchan wants to be a Hero though so… he’s gonna do his best to help uncle Verde get Kacchan and anyone else who wants to go, home again. Maybe Deku’s Mama could come here? It would be lots easier for her since no one would care if her son had a Quirk or not.

The jr greenette was an even happier sunshine child than Tsuna was and he had enough enthusiasm to sweep ALL of them up if they let him… AND he was completely comfortable with Quirks and discussing them. His little phone had SO much information on it. Verde was practically salivating with glee. This would take him in SO many new directions.
The kid also acted as a morality chain. He didn’t believe in HURTING people to learn things. It wasn’t needed!... and no one could change his mind on that.
He managed to help tame the feral kids down easily enough because he was so GENUINELY interested and invested in them all… for themselves.

Tsuna happily let him take the lead. Even after a few months here, he was still shy and used to being picked on. That a whole bunch of people seemed to be able to shrug off whatever influence with minimum effort… It was a dream come true. A whole new life and he LOVED it.

They hadn’t expected an Asari father and son to be directed their way because the son was fretting that his Sky was out of sight though.
He and Tsuna had, apparently, been regular playmates at daycare and then something had been done to Tsuna and the tiny Rain had gone near feral. He desperately wanted to go to Tsuna but his father kept him home until there wouldn’t be an active body count for his son before he hit double digits.
Then, miss Nana was dead and Tsuna was just GONE. He hadn’t reacted well.

No one is quite sure who brought in the scarred and feral Sky who was roughly of age with the blue haired feral or his very, very loud second but he joined the chaos easily enough.

Then, most of their toddler sized ‘carers’ disappeared for a bit and they came strolling back with a male clone of Nagi chan in tow and a bunch of other badly hurt and traumatised, near feral, mostly Flame Active kids. Three Suns (MM, Ken, Sho), two Lightnings (Spanner, civi), a pair of Rains - twins actually(Chikusa and twin), their very traumatised Mist lead and a literal baby Mist (Mukuro, Flan), a red haired Storm teen who was a few years older than the feral Sky Xanxus and had a fascination with Swords and a young Storm/ Rain Invert who Tsuna sort of recognised (His family had to leave Namimori hastily and were easily snapped up. Parents dead, child taken. Fortunately, he didn’t know that it was Tsuna related so Tsuna wasn’t blamed.) and a baby girl they were pretty sure was Cloudy. The thing was they were pretty sure she’d been literally created by splicing a bunch of stolen ‘samples’ together so it’s possible she wasn’t ‘just’ a Cloud…
What a MESS.

It’s chaos… but sort of fun as well.
Byua kun has a few more to find but most of Tsu kun’s are here. He doesn’t recognise these others very well. They’re from a different world or a different point in time from this world.
He sort of recognises Deku kun and the Explosive kid. The half/ half kid too.
They were all strong and major players nearly everyone else…

Oh… the little unicorn was UTTERLY fascinating. The Estraneo would have LOVED to get their hand on her. The Bovino too. Literal time rewinding on anything organic!
Once they trained her up, she’d be able to fix Tsu kun’s problem easily. A year and some isn’t too much to rewind.

He mentions it to Deku kun who immediately jumps on it.
Rewinding an injury out of a body is a suggestion that makes the little girl very hopeful.
She can HELP people and not just hurt them.
It’s a bit too dangerous to use on the Estraneo rescuees though. Who knows for how long they’ve been tinkered with.

Izuku is totally on board for helping build Flame Tech as Support Gear is a known and accepted thing where he’s from.
It took a year and a half… but they managed a short term portal. It won’t stay open long and it can’t be used often.

Katsuki is dashing tears from his eyes. He’d stuck up a friendship with Takeshi and he’d even miss Deku who was actually HAPPY here…
He’d known the Nerd was smart but…

Aunty Inko, on learning that her son is waiting on her in a place where no one cares if he has a Quirk or not, she is only too happy to pack up and leave.
Apparently the Nerd had managed to get a message or two through and she was waiting.

The only reason she hadn’t left immediately was that she was housing Mitsuki’s boy until his parents could come for him. They’d moved from the area a little before Izuku’s first message got through.
He has adopted little sister now. That’s… sort of bemusing but he can roll with it.
After nearly two years in that house of chaos, it would feel too lonely going back to being an only child.

He was going to be THE best Hero. He was carrying his and the Nerd’s dreams both.
His mum is very clingy and much quieter than he remembers and his dad is slightly more assertive. His new little sister is a handful too.
Since he knows what the Nerd and the older Nerd are looking for he helps Aunty Inko prepare it before he’s picked up.
He also has a marker so the Nerds can contact him if they want or need too. He knows the jr Nerd will because that’s just how Deku is.

He hadn’t ever guessed he’d end up with fucking All Mights Quirk and dying because of it… let alone inheriting his enemy (who was quite, quite pissy they’d ‘stolen’ his pawn/ heir, that blue haired feral with the Disintergration Quirk.)

He called in ‘THEM’ support because All Might be a strong Hero but he was a super shit teacher.

The Arco’s were Cursed and unable to leave… but the brat brigade, consisting of Five Skies with full compliments, along with one Earth and Snow Guardian and their compliments, and the displaced brats who’d formed a solid team/ pack of their own and who were Active even if their Flames weren’t strong due to feeding into their Quirks… except for the Nerd, who was a fucking terrifying Lighting/Mist/Sun/Cloud Invert and extremely powerful with it.
Their little Unicorn was the closest thing they had to a Sky but it was Shiggy who was the leader and the Nerd who was their strategist and tech support.
They aren’t staying long and so don’t care if they’re being illegal or whatever.

They kick arse, kill the ancient arsehole (for the given value of kill… he’s brain dead anyway and that’s near enough), wipe out the Quirkest, extreme cult thing that rose again in it’s wake and prepare to leave for home again.

Katsuki gets Izuku tipsy and fucks a stock piling Quirk into him…
It’s a dirty trick but the thing was fucking killing him and Deku is a better fit for it anyway.
It was shitty leaving him a note explaining things but he’d probably never see the Nerd again… and he fucking HATED that. Even if the nerd was a bit… quirky, in the old sense.
(He doesn’t want to know why Izu spent a bit of time after relieving various Quirked corpses of their gentitals or why he developed a ‘sex change’ gun whose effects are temporary, lasting a day or two at most and shot all their female opponents with it. Really, really does NOT.)

Where as the Heroes and what not were gun shy about killing, these mafia raised teams are decidedly… not.
He sends a sample of his own spunk back with the Nerd. If he can’t be there, then that can be the Nerd’s memento of him. He’s got a sample of the Nerd’s baby batter too. When he’s got time, he’ll find someone to surrogate and make a baby with it to raise.

It had been fun cracking the underside of society wide open with the Arco raised brats.

The Hero Commission might have gotten a bit smashed on the way through as well… eheh. Oops but he honestly couldn’t bring himself to care.
It had been a blast.

Izu and crew took nearly a three thousand people back with them. Anyone who wanted to live in a society where having a weak Quirk or no Quirk didn’t matter and who was willing to cut ties or had no one left to cut ties with was asked to gather at a certain point.

The portal could be kept open for only two hours.

Anyone who didn’t make it through… well, too bad really.

They were set up in a former military base and housed barracks style.
Unrelated males and females were separated for the duration while they were being processed. The food was very, very basic as were bathing conditions and wash room facilities but it was not worse than some homeless shelters and it wouldn’t be for long… they hoped.

A town is set up slowly up in the mountains where they can use their Quirks freely, so long as it isn’t harmful to others or in self defence.
It’s set up as a sanctuary under the Five Skys, nominally in Hibari territory.

It’s being used as a Sanctuary so only those who are Flame Active or know of it can find it or enter and then petition to stay.

The Feral Cloudlette left Namimori to his equally Cloudy younger sister who is full Cloud to his Mist Cloud. It’s a family Territory and he’s found something far more interesting to Claim… He has five Skies he can slide between and one more who he’s courting.

(The young Cavalone is flattered, bemused and a little afraid… but not in the least bit resistant.)

(His sister has already picked up a weak Sky, a Mist, a Sun, a Storm, a Lightning and an Inverted Rain. They are still gelling but they look to be a strong enough set.)
