Boom Boi and Icyhot are cousins.
Bakugo and Todoroki are cousins.
Mitsuki was the rebellious daughter with the weak Quirk that was sent away so she didn't shame them, found her own match and had a son with a strong Quirk that the grandfather is Quite Interested in 'guiding' even if it is NOTHING like the tradtional Quirk their family was renowned for.
She'd sooner turn Katsuki's care over to Inko than she would the rest of her family.
Katsuki low-key adored and hero-worshipped Touya and when he was 'thrown to the side' and 'died' took it badly.
He blamed Shouto.
And also Izuku because Izuku didn't have a Quirk. Victim blaming is a thing.
He hates Shouto and takes it out on Izuku who tried to suicide.
Which he still blames Izuku for because he shouldn't be that weak.
Shouto scarred his face in the confrontation though it was Katsuki who attacked first.
The whole thing was recorded and put up online.
Endeavour sued of course and it was taken down but it smacked Mitsuki in the face that her boy needed more help than she could give and he wasn't going to get it with either side of their family.
Fortunately, Masaru had a cousin in a little town with a high number of Quirkless people but a good reputation nonetheless.
Katsuki had a choice, Juvie and kissing his chance for the Hero Course goodbye, or Namimori, therapy and getting control of himself. U.A. was already out of his reach but he could, possibly, attend Ketsubetsu which had a Villain/ Troubled Teen reform program...
Unfortunately, Katsuki blames the other boys for that too and resents it, roundly.
Shouto panicked and ran and picks up two strays.
One is someone who looks like an ordinary salary man but is very afraid.
He shoves the baby, almost a toddler, into Shouto's arms and kept running. His pursuers ran straight by them.
The second is a young boy with a large, leather book and some sort of prediction Quirk.
He suggests they got to somewhere called 'Namimori' which is a neutral zone and a sanctuary town... whatever that means.
'Nana' knows Tsuna isn't hers, just like she knows that this isn't her life. It's true. Tsuna was born to her twin who died in childbirth.
One looks just like the other though and the actual Nana was a sky-struck, decently powerful, Mist.
Since her 'husband' wasn't there for it, Nana latched onto her sister in her dying desperation and pretty much laid a Mist Geis on her to take Nana's roll... ALL of it. Iemitsu should know better but he wasn't around Nana for long and her twin was also a Mist, just not as powerful and no longer stable without her twin. The Geis is accepted fully and Koko became Nana as fully as she could.
Even so, she is a somewhat lack a daisical parent.
Little Tsuna has almost been removed from her several times.
Then he brings back an older boy, a younger boy and 'gasp', a LITTLE GIRL.
The girl is doted on. The rest are baggage.
Things are STILL better for Tsuna with them there because Shouto doesn't stand bullies.
Shouto, secretly, is in touch with his 'dead' brother and regularly sends him money from his father's credit card. He transfers a lump sum to said brother before he left.
He knows Touya resents him even if Shouto never asked for this either and he warns the other boy (He's not even fifteen yet) that he's had to run because of Katsuki being a shit.
He's headed for Namimori if Touya wants to meet him there.
In order to run, Shouto took out the max amount he could from several different self-serves in the supermarkets. He knew that trick thanks to Izuku's babbling of random facts.
He'd left Izuku a text apologizing but he couldn't stay. He didn't know what his father would do to him if he did.
Izuku got it. He KNOWS how bad That Man can get. He's NOT a Hero. He's NOT. No matter WHAT the poles say...
He'll miss Shouto though... so, SO much.
It's all his fault!
Both are shipped to the Sanctuary town of Namimori.
Hisashi has connections there. Izuku finds himself living with the Irie family who are borderline neglectful but soon he and Shoichi have bonded over creating things, even if Shoichi's focus is on robotics and engineering and Izuku still loves Quirks. Izuku attends the same school Shoichi does and likes it better there.
They egg each other on... and then Shouto learns his cousin's favorite victim is also there.
Tsuna actually reminds him a LOT of Izuku except he seems to have some sort of Intuitive based Quirk.
Masaru has a cousin in Namimori who has a daughter. They have a small craft and sewing shop there. Katsuki WILL learn manners and customer service there because Masaru isn't going to provide anything beyond basic food and board. If Katsuki wants more money, he'll have to WORK for it.
Katsuki finds, for once in his life, that he ISN'T the best. Hibari can beat him with one hand behind his back, fancy Quirk or not and he can't keep up with either of the Sasagawa sibling's energy. What the HELL!
Katsuki, unwillingly, finds himself inducted into the Disciplinary Corps.
Touya turns up and Hibari doesn't care about his scars OR his Quirk. He too is beaten, literally, into shape... though he's more rebellious.
At least Hibari ensures all of his minions have a place to live and food to eat... and that attend school.
Shouto and Tsuna are pulled into the Nerd Squad. The idea of being able to actually become a giant robot (or be in one) is exciting enough for Tsuna the be willing to try.
Shouto isn't naturally a nerd but he's willing to try because his friends (he has those now) are.
The boy with the book who gave his name as Futa de la Stella and Tsuna bonded over their psychic leanings.
Izuku and Shoichi helped him set up a business using his predictions online. Shouto and Tsuna helped him vett clients so he didn't end up helping bad people.
Izuku set up an Analysis business doing similar stuff with Tsuna and Shouto vetting things there. They and Shoichi got a small cut of the earnings from it.
The little girl with the white hair and the horn stub was doing well enough.
Futa did a prediction on what her name most likely was and came up with Eri so, Eri it was. Her Quirk was going to be dangerous so she was getting used to wearing little rubber gloves. Her horn growing and sparking is a good warning sign and Izuku keeps giving her apple cores to rewind and it keeps her horn from growing too big.
It was also how Tsuna learned that his Mama wasn't actually his Mama. It was an accident.
Mama is actually his aunty but Mama made her stay because Papa is a BUTT and left Mama to have Tsuna all alone.
Tsuna didn't like his Papa. Not at all. He didn't like some things Sho kun is learning about his Papa either.
If Papa shows up, Tsuna is leaving...
With what they're earning, Futa and Tsuna are able to hire tutors and work hard to get into the same school as Sho kun and Izu kun.
Shouto does the same.
Nan/Ko is happy to tend Eri chan by herself.
The group are even happier when their online friends, Keys and Booms, Spanner and Scales have gotten scholarships.
No one cares if Keys is bastard-born, Spanner is English and Scales has a full lizard mutation and is a few years older.
Keys, or Hayato Gokudera, is able to tell them how Tsuna's gift works.
Spanner and Shoichi also have the potential to do it.
