Chapter 9
Poe, Finn and Rose walked through Hogsmead with surprise. The buildings were unlike anything they had ever seen. Even some of the people. "Where are we?" Rose asked.
"We must still be in that place called England" Poe said. "Come on. We must be close."
"We are" Finn said. "I can sense Rey ahead."
"Let's get her and get home" Poe said as he took the lead.
Rey and Ben were walking back to the tower with Harry when Rey came to a stop. "They are here" she whispered.
"Do you sense any trouble from them?" Harry asked.
"Only from Poe" she said. "Maybe Finn and Rose, but mostly Poe. No telling what he will do."
Ben gripped Rey's hand. "What do you want to do?"
"I will have to see them, and maybe try to explain but I can't do it alone."
"I knew it" another voice said causing the three to jump. "Rey, get away from Kylo Ren" Poe hissed.
"Kylo Ren is dead" she said. "This is Ben Solo."
Finn rolled his eyes and tried to grab Rey, but she pulled back. Harry had his wand out and pointed at the three just as Hermione and Ron appeared. Hermione frowned but Ron knew that if Harry had his wand out it was for a good reason.
"She doesn't belong here" Rose said. "She belongs with us."
"No" Rey said. "I am meant to stay here. The force sent me here along with Ben to start over."
"The force wouldn't do that" Poe and Finn said together.
"How would you know?" Snape said as he also appeared.
"Because we would" Finn shouted. "I am also force sensitive and I would know more about these things than you would."
"Well, you're wrong" Snape said. "This may sound crazy, but I sent for them. I knew Luke Skywalker years ago and I had reached out to him. He talked it over with the others and they agreed to send not just Ben Solo, but also Rey."
Rose was the first to notice the new weapons in Rey and Ben's hands and she frowned. "Rey, where is your lightsaber?"
"I no longer have it" she said. "Now that we live here, we don't need them."
"I don't know how you three came here" Ben said; "but you need to go home."
"Not without Rey" Finn said. "You can stay here for all we care, but Rey comes back with us."
Rey shook her head as she made to walk forward, but both Harry and Ben stopped her. "I'm staying here" she said. "1. Because I am away from everything that had caused me pain back in the other place and 2. Because Ben and I are training to be Aurors. With our knowledge of the force we can help better in that way."
"Three" Ben spoke up. "Rey and I are bound. Not just by the force, but by marriage as well."
Rey nodded. "We are."
"You forced her" Poe shouted reaching for his blaster, but with one flick of Harry's wand, the blaster flew into his hand. "No he didn't and it's time you three leave. Ron, go get McGonagall and Kingsley."
Hermione and Harry then shot ropes around the three arrivals to hold them. "You two can go back to the tower" Harry said. "We will be there soon."
Three hours passed and Rey was starting to get a little worried. Ben kept telling her that everything was going to be alright, but she said that until Harry, Ron and Hermione came back, she wouldn't relax.
Just then the door opened and the three walked in. "They're gone" Hermione said.
"Will they be able to come back?" Ben asked.
Ron shook his head. "Not unless they are sent here by Luke Skywalker or Yoda. By the way, Yoda is batty."
Ben chuckled as did Rey. "I'm sure that's only because of living on Dagabah" Ben said.
"Finn did give us a message for you Rey" Harry said. "He wanted you to know that he will find a way to get you back."
"He won't be able to" McGonagall said coming into the room. "Luke and Yoda took care of it. They erased their memories of Rey and Ben."
That night as they prepared for bed, Ben looked at Rey. "Rey, I know it's our wedding night, but I don't feel like we should consummate until we leave."
"I agree" she said. "Plus, I am tired. It's been a long day."
"Plus we will be back in London soon and we will be living in our house that Molly Weasley fixed up while we were away."
After they laid down, Ben pulled Rey into his arms and she tested her head on his chest. "I love you, Ben Solo."
"I love you, Rey Solo."
As they fell asleep, they both had smiles on their faces.
In another galaxy, Poe, Finn and Rose woke up. Rose was so confused as she made her way to the mess hall. Why did she have a not on her head?
Poe also was out of it, but Finn was shaking in anger. "We need to do something" he whispered.
"About what?" Rose asked.
"Rey."
Rose and Poe looked at each other in confusion. "Whose Rey?" Poe asked.
"The woman you love" Finn said.
Poe shook his head. "I don't know a Rey, buddy. Also, the only woman I have loved is Kaydel Connix."
"I think you bumped your head when you fell out of our bed last night" Rose said. "Don't worry, babe. We will get it checked."
"I'm telling you that there is a Rey" Finn shouted. "And I will prove it." With that he stormed out of the mess hall leaving Poe and Rose confused in his wake.
I thought you erased their memories of Rey?" Luke asked Yoda.
"I did" Yoda replied. "Meditate I will on why it not work on Finn."
"It's because he is force sensitive " Master Windu said as he appeared next to the two. "Shielded his mind he did."
"I have a bad feeling about this" Luke said.
And the bad feeling grew worse the next day when the base woke up and Finn was no where to be seen.
