at.

Renesmee felt her heart drop, thinking of when Tony didn't come home for three months for a solo mission. He didn't call, didn't text, Friday couldn't reach him, apparently, and nor could Karen. That had caused her to have nightmares for months. No one knew about this though, only Friday, Karen and Vision. Vision had found her during a panic attack and immediately went into 'protective older brother' mode which everyone found quite cute, especially Wanda.

"Boss will be home soon, Baby Stark. Don't worry." Friday comforted, sensing the start of the ten-year-old's panic. Not really. She just did an ananomous scan, like she usually did, and found that she was starting to panic which was not good. Karen wasn't here, she was with Peter and Harley - both with the Avengers on their mission -, Vision was also on the mission and Friday didn't want to show her form in case Pepper walked in and panicked when she saw a random woman sat with her daughter. Yeah, that would not go down well.

"Okay," Esme whispered, eyelids starting to get weighed down by the threat of sleep. Pepper, after walking in to the room to hearing her daughter's soft whisper, walked over to her daughter and sat next to her. A hand running through her hair softly was what made Esme give in to the call of sleep. "I love you, mommy."

Pepper was shocked at first. Esme had never called her 'mommy'. It had always been 'mom' or 'Pep' or simply 'Pepper'. Shaking off the shock, Pepper felt a soft smile tug at her lips. "I love you too, sweetheart." An hour later, a blanket was covering the child and an Iron Man plush was snuggled into her arms.

CHAPTER 10

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'Always remember who you REALLY arealways FOLLOW your HEART and NEVER lose your PERSONALITY and who YOU ARE.' - Mackenzie Foy

When the Avengers returned home, none of them were expecting to see Renesmee where they did. Tony's heart, after seeing what plush she was holding and what blanket was covering her, broke almost immediately. His daughter was scared that he wouldn't come home, like he did for those horrid three months for that one solo mission. Once Tony had returned home from that said mission, Friday had shown him the clips of what had occured whilst he was away. After watching it, he and Pepper had agreed to get Nessa the stuffed Iron Man build-a-bear that would say "I'll be with you, forever and always" in his voice. It gave Nessa a sense of comfort after not hearing from her father for a while.

"How long has she been asleep, Fri?" Harley asked softly, not taking his eyes off his little, unofficial, sister. As they waited for a reply, Peter, Harley and Tony made their way over to the youngest member of their human side of their massive family, meaning it didn't include the AIs that Tony made a lot... a worrying amount, honestly.

"For thirteen hours. The longest she has slept with the whole team away. I believe the blanket and the Iron Man build-a-bear have done their job." The AI replied. That made the three of them slip into a sense of ease, knowing they could go on long missions and Esme would be alright and she wouldn't freak out. That was good.

"Who is that?!" The other girl, Rosalice, exclaimed after Friday had spoken. The loud voice had woken Renesmee up and, in a panic, she hugged the bear closer to her.

"Nessa, it's alright. It's just me, Mr Stark and Harley." Peter comforted. Even after a year of knowing the man, he didn't call him 'dad' or 'Tony'. By now, Tony believed the kid does it just to annoy him and, if he was, he was succeeding in it. Nessa seemed to calm down at this, but still hugged the bear close to her.

"Come here, sweetheart," Tony cooed as he gently picked up the small girl. He couldn't get over how cute she was or how small and light she was. Holding her close to his chest made him realise that, and seeing the other girl's face also made him realise something. "Well shit...!"

"Shit!" The ten-year-old in the man's arms giggled quietly, looking at her father with a small smile and beautiful hazel doe eyes. Most of the team had to try to stifle their laughter, seeing Peter and Haley's eyes widen comically as they tried to hide their laughter.

"No, we don't say that word. That's Mommys word. She coined it, it's hers." Tony scolded, shifting Nessa in his arms so that she sat on his hip a little bit more comfortably. Esme simply smiled a toothy grin at him before resting her head on his shoulder. Tony, in turn, pressed a kiss to the child's temple. Keeping his face there, he simply whispered "What am I going to do with you, missy?" against her temple to which he got a small shrug in response.

"I don't know, Daddy, I don't know." The tired, yet slightly hungry, child mumbled into her father's shoulder. Tony nodded slightly, hugging the child close to him again. Who knew the billionaire, genius, ex-playboy, philanthropist had a heart and could be a good father? Who knew? Definitley not the team of superheroes known as the Avengers. "But... shit!"

"No, we don't say that word, missy. Mommy coined it, it's hers."

"Then why do you say it, Daddy?" The tired voice of the adopted daughter of Stark mumbled, hair falling in her face slightly. Tony simply shrugged his shoulders slightly, smiling softly as he felt the slight pressure of the build-a-bear version of his alter ego, Iron Man, press against his side as Renesmee hugged it closer to her small body.

"I don't know, sweetheart. I don't say it around Mommy because she coined it, so she doesn't like it when anyone but her and a select few others say it." The fatherless superhero-turned-father admitted to his mutated daughter. The man had to admit, his heart did swell with joy and fatherly pride for his little girl. "You still tired, munchkin?"

"Mhm," the girl hummed, hand attempting to push back her long hair only for it to fall back into her face. Peter chuckled slightly, moving some hair from his baby sister's face and tucking it behind her ear.

"How about Harls and I take you to our bedroom, hey, Nessa? That way Dad and the others can debrief themselves on the mission. How about that, hm?" Peter asked, already taking Renesmee out of their father's arms. Renesmee simply nodded, far too tired to talk. With that being said, the three siblings left the room, headed towards the elevator and allowed it to take the siblings to their shared floor. Once there, they went to their shared bedroom and placed Renesmee down on her bed, tucking her in, and leaving her be so she could sleep. The gods knew she needed it after everything she had been through.

CHAPTER 11

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'Life isn't about WAITING for the storm to PASSit's about LEARNING how to DANCE in the rain.' - Elle Fanning

After setting Renesmee down in her bed and tucking her in, the two older siblings desided to head back up to the main floor which everyone just called 'the common floor'. It made sense. I mean, it was where most people congregated to spend time together if it wasn't for coupley deeds.

Anyway, the two were just sitting down on the couch when an explosion could be heard from downstairs on their floor. "Shit." Harley swore before he, Peter, Tony, Steve and Bucky raced down the stairs to the floor below. All the while, all of them wishing the same thing; 'please don't take the/our kid/sister'. Who knew how right they were? Bursting through the door, all of them froze in place at the scene they saw.

The scene was one of horror. Everything was broken, disorganised, a mess. It looked chaotic and it looked as if there had been some type of struggle before whoever was struggling just gave up and allowed the people to take them. Just when they thought that nothing else could go wrong, they heard three screams. Two males, one female. Who screamed? Who was hurt?

"Fri, who screamed?" Tony asked, not taking note of the fact that his two sons had disappeared from behind Steve, Bucky and him until it was too late. He turned, expecting to come face-to-face with the blue and brown orbs he had become so used to seeing in so many different ways, only to come face-to-face with nothing but his reflection in the iron doors of the elevator. What?

"It seems to have come from Peter, Harley and Ms. Orion. I am unable to detect their location at the current moment in time." If an AI could have a form - little did they know the truth -, Friday would probably be panicking like a new mother losing one of her cubs right about now.

"Who took them?" Steve questioned the AI camly in his 'I-am-Captain-America-and-I-am-America's-ass' voice... Or maybe just his 'I-am-a-patriotic-dick-and-you-will-listen-to-me!' voice... maybe.

The AI seemed to hesitate before making a sound that could be classed as a sigh. "I am sorry, Captain. It seems I-"

"Who. Took. Them. Friday?" The worried father of three, or more, asked forcefully. He was not prepared to play these ridiculous mind games with his AI that would call the three of his adopted kids her siblings, mainly Nessa.

Friday seemed to hesitate again. What was taking the AI so long? Wasn't it important to- They were cut off from their thoughts by one simple word that broke them. One word, that seemed to send panic into their hearts and allow it to etch itself deep into it like a piece of food getting stuck between your teeth. The very name of the organisation tiself made Tony want to bring up all he had eaten in the past ten minutes at the thought of what they would do to his kids.

"HYDRA." That's when they noticed it.

There, in the middle of the room, was the HYDRA symbol. The red octopus seemed to be glaring at them from where it was positioned on the far wall to the right, as if they had done something wrong by simply just arriving.

CHAPTER 12

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'Don't ever GIVE UPDon't see the OBSTACLESjust the way AROUND themFor me, of course it looked IMPROBABLEbut not IMPOSSIBLESo as long as there was a way, I would not be DISCOURAGED.' - Evanna Lynch

It was Renesmee's first day of school and she was so excited! All together, it had been about three months since Tony and Pepper had adopted the little girl and they were a little anxious about allowing her to go back to school. They didn't know what would trigger her and what wouldn't trigger her, plus they didn't know how smart she actually was.

Luckily, she was as smart as Peter and Harley which meant that she could go into their grade. Thank the gods for their family's smarts. It also helped with the fact that Peter and Harley, along with their family, had been tutoring the young girl in everthing she had missed over the course of the nine years she had been alive. It was a lucky thing that the family that had found her were superheroes.

"You ready for your first day, sweetheart?" Her father, Tony Stark, asked with a raised eyebrow as he watched his girl skip into the kitchen on the common floor with her two older brothers following behind eher tiredly.

"Yep!" The girl giggled in response, looking around for something or someone. She titlted her head to the side before walking over to her father. She shyly held her hand out to which Tony simply knelt down in front of her to get on her height and guided her hand to his left cheek and tilted his head into it. "Where's Mommy?"

Once Nessa's hand pulled away from Tony's cheek, he smiled softly at his youngest, human, daughter. "She's just getting you an outfit ready. Don't worry, she'll be here any minute now, alright?" Tony repleid to his daughter's question.

"Okay, Daddy."

About ten minutes later, Pepper arrived with an outfit in her arms with Renesmee's 'Gryffindor' backpack. "Hey sweetie!" Pepper greeted as she hugged her child closer to her. Pepper had become awfully attatched after she found out that the girl didn't remember anything from the age of two onwards.

The CEO didn't want to coddle the petite girl necessarily but she just couldn't help it! This little girl, who had become her daughter as much as Peter and Harley had become her sons, had such a rough life and Pepper always wished she could just take it away. She was just happy that Peter and Harley were prepared incase anything went wrong.

Gingerly placing her right hand on her mother's left cheek, Renesmee kept eye contact as she asked her question. "What am I wearing today?" It always confused everyone as to why Renesmee was so shy to place her hand on someone's cheek. That was until they found it out. Whenever she did use this certain ability, she sometimes got hit because of it. They didn't know how to tell the child that they would never hit her so they just allowed her to do it, even if they were in the middle of a conversation.

Opening her arms, the mother of three - or more - showed her daughter what she would be wearing. A simple blue dress with a bow in the middle, white ballet tights and black slip-on shoes. Sophisticated, yet casual. Doing her hair, Pepper put it into two space buns with flowers to tie it as well as two small plaits. To clip her bangs, the mother used a galaxy bow hair clip.

"Thank you, Mommy!" The girl giggled before going over to her brother's who were smiling happily as they ate. "Morning, Petey! Harwey!" Peter and Harely smiled at their younger sister as they brought he in for a hug.

"You ready for today, Ness?" Harley asked as they pulled away. Nessa nodded before their father's voice sounded from the kitchen.

"You three best get going! You'll be late otherwise, Hap's already waiting for the three of you downstairs." He called, smiling softly towards them. The trio of secret Stark children nodded before they headed down stairs and went to the car waiting for them.

Once at school and after going to the main office, Peter and Harley guided their sister to where their friends were waiting at Peter's locker. "Hey, Peter! Harley!" Ned called but his eyes widend slightly when he saw the shy girl standing between the two brothers. "Who's this?"

"This is our younger sister, Renesmee Imani-Antonia Aku-Stark. The 'Stark' bit is still in the air for all three of us but, whatever." Harley said simply, shrugging. The other three, Ned, MJ, and Flash, all nodded.

"It's nice to meet you, Renesmee. I'm Michelle Jones, but you can call me MJ, this is Ned Leeds and this is Eugene 'Flash' Thompson, most people call him Flash." MJ introduced. Renesmee simply waved shyly, not really wanting to talk but wanting to simply place her hand on their cheek. Her uncle Steve and cousin Wanda had told her she couldn't unless it was people who already knew about Peter being Spider-Man so she had to refrain from doing so.

"Peter," the girl whispered, titling her hand slightly and curving it as if she was placing it on someone's cheek. Peter glanced at the three in front of them, looked around them before nodding looking pointedy at Harley who stood slightly closer to hide what Renesmee was about to do. "Can't reach."

"MJ, could you kneel on the ground quickly? Don't worry, Ness just wants to show you somethin'." Harley asked, hands on his sister's small shoulders. MJ, seeming bored, nodded and knelt down in front of the smaller girl. Gently placing her hand on MJ's cheek, she kept eye contact as she showed the girl, whom she had already grown a huge respect for, something the others didn't know.

"You remind me of my Mommy. Pepper would really like you! You should come meet her one day, I think she would really like that!" Once the hand fell away from MJ's cheek, her eyes widened slightly.

"Yeah, she does it a lot. She can show memories and/or thoughts just through touch. It's quite funny when we can easily joke around and the others, minus Wanda, Friday, Karen and Vision, don't know what we're doing or saying. We love it."

"I would love to meet Pepper one day." MJ replied, not taking notice of what Harley had said. Nessa smiled before the bell went, making her jump. MJ chuckled slightly, putting her arm around the petite girl's shoulders. "Let's head to class." With that, the group of six made their way towards their first class, History.

CHAPTER 13

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'Even if the whole WORLD is telling you to MOVEit is your DUTY to PLANT yourself like a TREElook them in the EYE and say 'NO, YOU MOVE'' - Sharon Carter, Captain America: Civil War

Two groans penetrated the once tranquil silence of the crepuscular and gloaming room, all from different mortals. You could have heard a pin drop as the severity of the situation settled in. "Nessa? Harls?" Peter's broken voice called through the tenebrosity. Where were they? Who had taken them? Was he even with his siblings anymore?

His prayers to whatever gods were out there was finally answered when he heard the broken voice of his younger brother. "Pete? Is Nessa near you?"

"No," the strained teen responded, trying to break free of his restraints. He couldn't. It was impossible. Why? What had they done? Where was his baby sister? And where was that Rosalice girl? "No, she isn't. What do we do?"

"Can you break free? I can't."

"No. I've tried, trust me I've tried, but I just can't! I can't find Nessa anywhere, I can't see her or hear her breathing!" After a moment, something seemed to click in the young genius' brain. "I don't think she's in the same room as us, Harls."

"Don't say that, Pete! We need her to be safe!" Harley argued, not wanting to believe or hear what his older brother was saying. How could Peter lose hope in their sister so easily? He completely forgot about his brother's enhanced hering.

"You should listen to Subject 300, Subject 301." A voice sounded through the room, sounding closer than both boys were comfortable with. "Subject 200 isn't here. Nor is Subject 201. Subject 200 is with a division we here at HYDRA are very proud of. It created the Black Widow or, as you know her, your Aunt, Natasha Romanoff. Where as Subject 201 is currently being berated for leaving the Widowed. You'll see her soon, if you misbehave."

"Who are you?! Where is Renesmee?!" Peter shouted, anger replacing his fear. If they hurt her, if they so much as touched her differently, they would be six feet under, maybe more... Who knew?

"You mean Subject 200? She's with a division we here at HYDRA are very proud of. Your Aunt calls it Hell, we call it Heaven. She calls it the Devil's home, we call it a simpler name. The Red Room." The voice, or was it a man?, watched as his 'boys' faces morphed into ones of horror. "Oh yes. Your darling sister is currently training to become the better her, the better person. The more deadlier Black Widow, worse than Ms. Romanoff was and is. She will become the Winter Dragon you heard about, the Winter Dragon her mother was. The Winter Dragon she was born to be. She will become HYDRA's Winter Dragon."

With that, the boys felt shocks run through their bodies at trillions miles an hour. Just as they were on the brink of unconsciousness, it stopped. "W-Why? W-W-Why are y-y-you doing t-t-this?" Peter asked, voice weak and sounding more broken than it already was.

"Simple. I want revenge and the only way I'm going to achieve it? Using their own weapons against them. That's right, that's all you were to them; a weapon. Peter Parker? He was a nobody! But Spider-Man? Oh, he was magnificent! But do you know what would be more magnificent?"

"What?" Peter spat, not watching as the man stepped forward. Only when the man was right in front of him did he look up and he was shocked. Right in front of him, was the man he had felt guilty for killing only to find out he had killed himself. Lucifer Moonshine.

"The Winter Spider."

With those three simple words, Peter's world went black.

CHAPTER 14

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'If we can't PROTECT the world, you can be damn sure we'll AVENGE it!' - Tony Stark, Avengers

Scream after scream after scream penetrated the tranquil silence. The source of this shrill sound? A girl with hazel eyes and long brown hair stained red with the color of her own crimson red blood. The liquid was warm and sticky, the perfect concoction to make a piece of art with or so the Mistress insisted. The child didn't know how long she had been there for, she didn't know her own name anymore. All she knew herself as was a simple three words and a number.

Subject 200; Winter Dragon

She was the test subject of any new serums they had created. This was all she knew. But, at the same time, she felt as if there was something outside of the Red Room's walls... right? There had to be... Unless...

What if it was all just an illusion? What if there was nothing outside of the Red Room? To be honest, Dragon wouldn't be surprised. "Young lady, we are ready for your assessment now."

Oh yeah, Dragon was said to have more assessments than what was deemd 'normal' for the Red Room. Why? Because it was HYDRA's orders. They had no choice, they couldn't go against their biggest helpers. "Yes, ma'am." The girl replied in her emotionless voice. She had learnt, after watching others and studying their actions, that you had to do the following things if you wanted to survive in this horrid place:

*Show no emotion
*Stand straight
*Call people either 'sir' or 'ma'am'
*Have an emotionless voice, they don't like individuality
*Show no fear towards these people, merely respect
*Have a good posture
*Catch onto things quickly
*Learn from others mistakes so you don't make them yourself

Yeah, Dragon had started to notice the amount of people who would come flooding in, and the amount of people who never made it through their first week. And if they did? Let's just say, they weren't ready. It was merely a fluke, they wouldn't be able to get through their second week, their third, fourth, fifth or sixth. The weeks just got harder and harder as you went on.

"Again." The Mistress ordered, watching with a trained eye as the girls shot at the dummy in front of them. Her trained eye skimmed over Dragon, knowing that the mutant already had it down. She needn't be scolded for something she could do so well.

"Ma'am?" A newer person from the candidates asked once everyone had finished shooting. Mistress turned her head, beady black eyes training on the one who had spoke making them gulp. "W-When do we know we've m-made it?"

"When you graduate." The venom that dripped from the vile woman's voice made most of the girls, minus a few, flinch slightly. "Now. We have visitors, so get cleaned up and go get ready for Class."

"Yes ma'am." All the girls chorused before heading towards the door to get ready for 'class'. You need to learn quickly that when the Mistress says 'Class', she means that if you can't get these Pointe techniques down, you're out the door. You're finished. Dead. Useless.

Another thing you need to learn quickly is that everyone is replaceable. Well, except her favorites. You can't replace those, no matter what. That, and you forget your family quickly here. Dragon couldn't remember if she had a mother, father, sister, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandparents... She just couldn't recall anything about them. She would ponder and ponder on the subject but always draw a blank. Whatever they did to make her forget her family, it worked. She couldn't remember anything at all.

What hurt the most about that? What hurt the most was the fact that she knew that she had a family out there, looking for her. Or... were they? Did they just give her up freely, or was it by force? Did they really care about her well-being, or was it all just an act? Were they famous, and she was an embarrassment to them? Or were they poor and didn't have enough money to feed her greedy mouth?

There's a lot of things you learn here at the Red Room. You learn technique, how to kill someone with a simple flick of the wrist, how to render someone useless by merely using your words. And that you are a simple pawn in HYDRA's plan. You can never escape HYDRA. You can always run from them, run from the enveitable, but you can never hide from them. For they will find you, and they will change you into what they want you to be. And if you don't fit into their 'perfect' mold? Well, they'll just beat you into shape.

This is HYDRA. Not SHIELD, not the Avengers, not the Guardians of the Galaxy. No. This was different. This was an organisation that wanted humanity wiped out, gone, vanished. They wanted to level the earth, kill every thing that was created by happiness and light and life and replace it with sadness and darkness and death. There was no running from the enevitable, this Monster knew. There was no point in running from what was to come. Like the saying says, 'if you can't beat them, join them'. And that's what Winter Dragon did.

WD joined HYDRA, willingly. Not by force, no. She did it by choice. She wanted to help HYDRA, no matter the cost.

If it costed her family? She wouldn't care.
If it costed her life? She wouldn't care.
If it costed her freedom? She wouldn't care.

Dragon could care less wheather this was for the 'greater good' or the 'greater evil', she just wanted to help the people who had saved her from herself. They had helped her for her whole life, gave her something to live for. She knew she was a mere pawn, but why should that stifle her respect for the people in charge? She had the upmost respect in her masters, and they had some respect in her. She knew they did, and that's why she gained so many assignments unlike so many candidates here. They knew they had successfully broken her, and they also knew she wouldn't betray them. They made sure of that when they created her.

Error after error after error after error, they had finally created her. They had finally created the perfect Winter Dragon, the perfect soldier, the perfect pawn. They had reached a success. All that was left now? To get the other two into shape. It was time to create the perfect team. The perfect team made up of the perfect soldiers. It was time, to create the perfect Winter Spider and the perfect Winter Wolf to join the perfect Winter Dragon.

CHAPTER 15

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'FOREVER and ALWAYSbambinoFOREVER and ALWAYS.' - Imani Stark, Source Unknown

His head was spinning, eyes strained as he watched the screens in front of him flash with three simple colors; red, black white. Why? What good would that do? Didn't they want to control him? If so, why make him sit in front of a screen showing three colors again and again and again? It was as if his questions were answered when someone walked into the room.

"Greetings, Subject. I am simply here to see how far away we are from succeeding greatness." The man, who sounded around the age of thirty-five, spoke in a slow voice that seemed to send a wave of calmness and security into his body making him relax more into the seat he was given, watching the screen with slightly droopy eyes. "What is your name, Subject?"

What was his name? He had three in his head, but which one was the truth? Winter Spider, Subject 300... or Peter Parker? Which name was his?

~

Eyes straining, world spinning as the boy was beaten again and again and again. Why was this boy getting beaten so mercilessly? Simple. He disobeyed. He spoke when he wasn't supposed to and so he was getting punished for it. "You understand why you are getting punished, yes, Subject?" The man in front of the boy asked, voice soft and calming. The voice itself sent a sense of freedom through the boy's veins, through his bloodstream and made his heart beat with trust and respect for him.

But, did he understand why he was being punished? All he did was ask for something to do, was that a crime now? He was a teenager for Thor's sake! Of course he would want to distract himself with something! His thoughts were cut off by a slap across the face, sending the boys face to the side.

"Do. You. Understand. Why. You. Are. Here, Subject?" The man hissed again, making him feel bad for disappointing him. I had disappointed him, how could I? He didn't deserve to be disappointed! I had to be better! The boy thought, a feeling of guilt surrounding his emotions.

Did he? Did he really know why he was here though?

"Yes."

"Good. Now, answer this for me, Subject. What is your name?"

What was his name? He had three in his head, but which one was the truth? Winter Wolf, Subject 301... or Harley Keener? Which name was his?

~

Punch. Worthless.

Kick. Mistake.

Smack. Nothing compared to Subject 200.

Punch. Nobody.

Kick. Always in Dragon's shadow.

Smack. Deserve to die.

Punchkicksmack. Don't deserve to live.

It was true. Everything was true. The girl in the chair, strapped to it with large leather straps, was always in the shadow of the great Subject 200, also known as the perfect Winter Dragon. Nothing could compare to the original, could it? Not even Subject 201 could compare to Subject 200, the perfect and number one Winter Dragon.

Subject 201 knew HYDRA didn't need her, she was just in the way of them achieving greatness. She was never on their side to begin with, always attempting to escape. That was why she was currently being beaten black and blue. They didn't need her, so they could take their anger out on her.

They had lost their precious Winter Dragon once, and had deemed it her fault. Therefore, beating her black and blue.

They had lost their precious Winter Spider once, and had deemed it her fault. Therefore, beating her blak and blue.

They had lost their precious Winter Wolf once, and had deemed it her fault. Therefore, beating her black and blue.

They had lost their precious Winter Soldier once, and had deemed it her fault. Therefore, beating her black and blue. They were planning on using the Winter Soldier in the perfect team of Winters. HYDRA's greatest team, originally, was going to be the Winter Dragon, the Winter Spider, the Winter Wolf and the Winter Soldier.

But then the Soldier escaped, leaving them with only three. Then the Winter Wolf escaped leaving them with only two - they had three if neccisary. If they had to, they would send Winter Hurrciane in last moment which they did need to when the Winter Spider left, leaving them with one. Then, which pushed them over the edge for revenge against the Avengers who had rescued all of the Winters, the Winter Dragon escaped.

You can see now, can't you? Everything that had caused Subject 201 so much pain was because of her other four Winter counterparts; the perfect soldier, the perfect wolf, the perfect spider, and the perfect dragon.

The top subject for the programme known as W.D.S, or 'Winter Dragon's Shadow', was broken from her thoughts when the door to her 'room - cell - opened to reveal the man she had despised from the beginning. Lucifer Moonshine.

"Have you come to an agreement, Subject?" The vile man's calming voice tried to penetrate her system, break down her defences, and she could feel herself starting to slip. How? How was this possible? She had built her defences so high that not even the best climber in the world could break them.

"Subject?" Subject 201 jumped at how close the man's voice sounded now. She turned her head towards the man, looking at him with broken eyes that seemed to be unable to mend. Lucifer Moonshine, however, knew they were mendable. He knew very well that they were. If they weren't? Well, he could easily get Subject 99 to hide it like she had done all these years, no? It was definitely possible.

"Yes, sir?" The girl replied, voice stoic and void of emotion.

"Tell me, what is your name?"

What was her name? She had three in her head, but which one was the truth? Winter Hurricane, Subject 201... or Rosalice Orion? Which name was hers?

A groan sounded through the room which was soon accompanied by the sound of skin-on-skin. Who was it, though? "Welcome home, Subject." A calming voice spoke. No. Nononon! He had tired so hard to get away from these people, he couldn't be back here. he had tried so hard!

"What do you want, Moonshine?" The man hissed, voice sounding forced. He was so tempted to just give in and allow this man to control him again. The man had made him feel safe and wanted, but so did Steve and the Avengers.

"Is that any way to speak to your director, Subject?" The man, Lucifer Moonshine, hissed at the man trapped in the horrid metal chair in front of him. He watched as the man's face contorted in pain. He knew he was getting somewhere with him. "You disappoint me, Subject."

"I'm sorry, sir! Allow me to make it up to you, please!" The man begged, eyes wide with worry and fear. It was done. He had broken down the man's walls simply by saying 'You disappoint me, Subject'. If one of them rebelled against him, that's all he had to say now. It was wonderful.

"To redeem yourself, answer this. What is your name, Subject?"

What was his name? He had three in his head, but which one was the truth? Winter Soldier, Subject 100... or Bucky Banres?

~

"My name is Winter Spider and I am ready to comply, sir."

~

"My name is Winter Wolf and I am ready to comply, sir."

~

"My name is Winter Hurricane and I am ready to comply, sir."

~

"My name is Winter Soldier and I am ready to comply, sir."

"And you? What is your name, Subject?"

"My name, sir?"

"Yes."

"My name is Winter Dragon and I am ready to comply, sir."

"Good."

HYDRA was successful. They had finally succeeded in gaining all of their Winter experiments. Now they had one more mission to accomplish. Connecting HYDRA's team of Winters. That was the last thing they had to do, then it was complete. Then, they would achieve the ability to bring SHIELD down. Once and for all.

EPILOGUE

BOOK ONE; WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HYDRA, LET'S GET STARTED

'I LOVE YOU 3000' - Morgan Stark & Tony Stark, Avengers: Endgame

Watching as each of the five Winters were strapped onto the table, Lucifer Moonshine wore a smile of satisfaction. He had finally done it. He had finally completed his half of the mission. All that was left now? Connect the Winters and allow them to do HYDRA's dirty work. Then, and only then, would he be able to rest peacefully knowing they were doing their job.

"Start the process." He ordered, walking to the screening room where he could watch. And he did.

Lucifer watched as needle after needle was inserted to his top five agents, or his soon to be top five agents. He was finally happy. He finally had his team, and he would be able to use this to his advantage. About an hour later, the process was complete. The Winters were all connected in the mind by a simple strand. It was finally complete.

"Wake them up!"

"Yes, sir!"

The Winters woke up, minds connected, and ready for their first mission. "Winters!" The man barked at them, the Winters' attention snapping to him immediately. "Are you ready to comply?"

"Yes, sir!" They replied, making Lucifer smile in satisfaction.

"Good. State your names!"

"My name is Winter Spider and I am ready to comply, sir."

"My name is Winter Wolf and I am ready to comply, sir."

"My name is Winter Hurricane and I am ready to comply, sir."

"My name is Winter Soldier and I am ready to comply, sir."

"And you? What is your name, Subject?"

"My name, sir?"

"Yes."

"My name is Winter Dragon and I am ready to comply, sir."

"Good."

"Welcome to the World of HYDRA, let's get started."

THE WORLD TURNED BLACK.

~

It was official. HYDRA had created its own team of assassins, deadlier than the Black Widow and the Winter Soldier would have been if they were to work together. With this team? The Avengers and SHIELD wouldn't know what hit them! It was perfect!

Finally, it was time.
