The Burrow Part 1
Crystalline stumbled out of the fire place.
"What in the world. Crystalline, is that you, what's going on", Mrs Weasley began, when she was suddenly engulfed in a hug.
"What in the world Cat, what're you doing here", Ron said, as he made his way down the stairs.
"Dearie, what is the matter", Mrs Weasley gently asked as Crystal was crying in her arms.
"C-can I stay with you all for th-the summer, please", she hiccuped.
"Of course you can sweetie", Mrs Weasley said, as Ginny came down to see what was going on.
"Hello, you must be Ginny. Ron told me, Harry and Hermione about you", she spoke to the younger girl, letting go of Mrs Weasley and wiping her tears.
"Hello, you must be Crystalline. Ron hasn't shut up about you, Hermione Granger and Harry Potter this entire summer", Ginny smiled.
"Mum- what in the world is-, oh hello Gray, what are you doing here", Percy asked as he came down for breakfast.
"Right, lo' there Weasley. I'm staying here for the summer, in case you wanted to know."
"Oh, alright", Percy shrugged.
"Ginny, Crystalline will be staying with you. Do show her where her room is", Mrs Weasley said.
"Come on, this way", Ginny guided Crystalline to her room.
It was small, but bright.
There was a large poster of the Wizarding band the Weird Sisters on one wall, and a picture of Gwenog Jones, Captain of the all-witch Quidditch team the Holyhead Harpies, on the other.
A desk stood facing the open window, which looked out over the orchard.
Well, this was to be her living area from now on.
It may not be as big as her room at her house, but it was warmer, nicer and homier, better than the cold, elegant but barren space she had resided in before.
