Game of Thrones X Genshin Impact II
CAPITOL, KING'S LANDING
King Robert and Queen Cersei had a total of five children together in the short time they had together. The firstborn was a girl, and is named the First Princess of the Realm. Jeanne Baratheon, who looked like a blue-eyed and golden curled Cersei reborn again. The second child was the Crown Prince, the Late Prince Joffrey, for only seven years before he perished from greyscales. The third child was born two years after the First Prince, and was named Barbara, whom Lord Stannis and the King Robert both agreed on looking very similar to a Renly-look-alike if he was a girl with blonde curls. The fourth and fifth, were born three years after the Second Princess was born, and both were named Prince Tommen and Princess Myrcella, and the twins were the come again Jaime and Cersei versions.
When Jeanne had turned nine, her brother Joffrey died from a worse variant of Greyscale that he had succumbed into after a few months of having it. A few months had passed, and she was named the Crown Heir to the Iron Throne all because her Lord Grandfather had named the price for the debt of the Crown to the Lannisters, and his price would be her only brother left, Prince Tommen. He needed an heir, and heir he will have because the Old Lion refused to have his Imp son as his heir. After much time of arguing, fighting and debating, Tywin Lannister had his heir and a princess as his ward, while the Crown had it's heir until the King and Queen could produce another son again.
Jeanne did her duty, temporary it might be, which impressed and changed some people's minds about their opinions on her. Uncle Stannis especially, became one of her vocal supporters.
"You are a Baratheon child, but you have all three of us brothers in you. You know the importance of your duties and you do your responsibilities, you are charming and socially-abled like Renly, and most of all, you have your Father's passion and fierceness in your eyes. If you become the next ruler, I have faith that you will be a good ruler that we all need."
But it wasn't temporary at all because someone had schemed to replace her mother and place whatever child the new queen would have, as the next ruler of Westeros. The next thing Jeanne knew, her mother who had turned skittish and obsessively paranoid, was gone all because someone poisoned her. There was a riot when news got out and her King Father and some lords pointed at the Tyrells. There were no evidences and so no punishment will come for them, but her King Father decided to no longer remarry and that the fixed and permanent Crowned Heir will be his eldest, and that would be Jeanne.
Jeanne knows something and someone was pulling the strings in the shadows, and she may have a guess to who it was but she was not sure, and so she didn't say anything.
She did what she needed to do, and so she did what she needed to do.
Her father had rarely appeared in public and court after the announce that she was his heir, as he decided he was tired of all the political schemes and pressures of trying to convince him to remarry and change his mind of her.
"I am not the greatest father, heck, not even a good man for you guys to have as a father, but I cherish you kids, and I've seen you at your best and worst, Jeanne." A proud smile on his face "I don't think you can do anything worse than I did, so..."
Show the rest of the world of your antlers and your fury, my doe.
Show them that they are to bow to you.
And Jeanne does that.
She is excelling her lessons as a lady and princess. She is also excelling her princely and crowned heir lessons. Her duties as the Crowned Heir of the realm she delivered perfectly, as best as she could with the help of uncles and her grandfather, whilst the absence of the King and the disapproving Hand lingers on as time passed by. Her worth and capability is questioned over and over, despite also excelling her lessons in combat training, battle tactics and strategies, and politicking lessons.
Her people question and doubt her at every turn, all because she was born with no cock in between her legs. But Jeanne does not get affected. She cares for her people, but they are merely her duties and responsibilities. It was already a heavy burden in wearing a crown and becoming the ruler your people needed, she didn't need to repeat her last mistake and carry everyone in her heart as well. Jeanne is loved and she is well cared, and in turn, she returns the care and love and respect to those she treasures.
Her dearest sister Barbara, who is reborn with her in this new life. She is both glad that she is not alone and her sister is with her, but at the same time, she fears for Barbara who was still as kindhearted and soft as she had been in their last life. The world with the Gods alive and active and watching over them always. That world's worst depravities is not even the norm of in this world. This world with fake gods, sleeping gods, sinister foreign gods, have made a cruel and harsh world. The first time she heard of what happened to the Martell Princess and her baby dragons, she threw up and had to be held back by Ser Barristan from screaming at her King Father. It was horrifying to learn that it was easy for men and women here to be as wicked and cruel as one could be. Jeanne plans to change that.
Lord Barbatos ensured not only freedom for his people, but ensured that there is goodness in people's heart and those who are wicked will be condemned by the Wind. Their God ensured they stay safe and protected throughout many years.
Jeanne wants to provide freedom to thrive to her people of this world, both the poor and the rich, to be whatever they want to be. She wants to instill goodness and moral ethics in their soul. She wants everyone who is wicked and cruel to face justice and get their deserved punishment. She wants protection for all her people, both good and bad, from all kinds of bad things. Cruel things. Justice is swift and fair and sound. Revenge is falling into a hole you can never get out of.
And so Jeanne does her duties and her responsibilities as the Crown Heir for her people. Tourneys and parties and celebrations come and go, and she can go as a Princess in a dress, in a beautiful gown with her gold curls down, and jewelry on her body. And she can also go as a Prince, her gold curls tied tightly into a bun, with a blue silk wrapped on it, and dressed in a princely-attire, pants and all.
The first time she is questioned if she can even fight, she fights and wins the duel of one girl vs five grown men. Scandal Princess, they called her, for trying to fight grown men while being indecent and dirty. Only wearing a tank and pants and boots, and a sword in one hand.
Those who laughed and mocked her were silenced when she had soundly defeated five grown men with no difficulty.
Ser Barristan looked at her with pride.
Her sister Barbara loves and is proud of her, but is worried about the people who want to strike her down for being not what they wanted. Tommen and Myrcella visited from time to time, and both of them were sweet and kind. It was hard to believe such sweet children was born from her late mother who bedded their uncle, her twin brother.
When she was thirteen, her father threw a grand tourney for her and allowed her to have command. It was evident that she was going to grow into a beautiful woman in just a few years time. Despite how unlady-like she acted, going against the Doctrines of the Seven for becoming everything against the ideal woman they preach and teach, she was a lady, a princess and a girl full of elegance and grace. Beautiful girl, as well, while her hair was held up with a beautiful crown of yellow dandelions on her head, whilst wearing a gorgeous white-blue gown with gold trimmings and linings.
Her sisters and brother were all attending, looking both beautiful and handsome in their dashing outfits.
Her grandfather that she had greeted with a kiss on the cheek, and he looked at her with warmth and approval, and Jeanne knows with that one look that Kaeya had won the bet, and would not be making any moves against her or Kaeya.
Her father and uncles were in attendance, and along with her grandfather, dance with each one of them.
Her Father was a horrid man who still kept with his whores and booze, and it is this that Jeanne has failed miserably to stopped, but at her nameday celebration, he was clean and fresh and sober. He was jolly and loud and she giggled while they danced. She thanked him and helped him get back to his Kingsguard who in turn, aided him back to his throne.
The next one she danced with was her Uncle Stannis, as serious and stern as ever, but had greeted her warmly and congratulated her for all the successes she's done. Just before the song ended, he gave her a parting advice to keep her held up and high, and never mind the voices of people that would only hinder you.
And then came sweet and jolly Uncle Renly, who told her she looked amazing and beautiful, and Jeanne returned the praise, and after having fun with the dance, whispered to him that no matter whatever you choose, whoever you choose, she'd still love him and will always be her family. Her uncle teared up and she laughed.
The next one who she danced with was her uncle Jaime, who looked at her with warmth and love and fondness, but there was a sad look in his eyes. He told her that she looked like Mother. Not Jeanne's mother, but his and her late mother's.
Late Grandmother Joanna.
He told her that Cersei was the spitting image of their mother, but she held nothing of her warmth, kindness and gentleness. Jaime laughs, voice wet with tears pricking at the corner of his eyes. You have your father's blue eyes, and I see some of him in your face, in your behavior, but you look at people with warmth and give them that same kind smile my mother would do when she was alive. Her Uncle Jaime gives a soft kiss on her hand when they parted, and says to her you will be great, your betrothed said so many years ago. And you are.
The next and last one who would dance with her is Uncle Tyrion, who she had worried would not like her brother Tommen because he was taking away their Uncle's birthright.
She was wrong, and even if he did, he would never hate any of them. Uncle Tyrion says that their grandfather Tywin was loosing up on him gradually through the years, ensuring he was more responsible and stable before he was trusted with important tasks.
Tyrion earned respect and trust throughout those years, and was becoming an accomplished man on his own without the family name. He was a published writer, and wrote many books that became famous and dearly sought after by Lords and merchants and anyone who wanted to make a mark on this world.
A few of them were for children, and were children fairytales that she and Barbara helped him with. Stories and tales from the other world. Stories in Mondstadt, of Barbatos, and Venti the Bard, the Traveller, the Dark Knight Hero, the Outlander Traveller's Journey Across Teyvat, The Star Prince, The Dandelion Knight and the Saintess of Mondstadt, and etc. Uncle Tyrion asks her if she was happy, and Jeanne answered with a bright smile, yes I am Uncle. Tyrion laughed and grinned, that was all I needed to hear.
And then there was chaos.
A grim-looking Jon Arryn appeared with an entourage of knights and soldiers behind him. Their Father and uncles and grandfather were restrained by the Kingsguards, except for Barristan the Bold who was hovering protectively at the youngest children.
"Jon! What is the meaning of this?!" Robert Baratheon demanded.
And then behind Jon Arryn the Hand of King, was the High Septon with his fellow men of faith walking behind him.
Tywin Lannister cursed.
"Putting a woman on the throne is blasphemy!" The fat, pudgy man declared "Especially a woman that should be seen as heretic for not practicing the faith, of not praying forgiveness to the gods for being a mistake! I will put my life on the line as well, just so we can deliver justice by the Gods to the heretics and blasphemers who dared to manipulate you into this, your grace!"
"Jon!"
The old lord sighed, sadly.
"Someone had once told me... it was better to ask for forgiveness than asking for permission, and I have listened to the wisdom in that" there is a sad but determined look in the old Arryn eyes "you must have a son, Robert, and you must remarry to have that son. Your Crown Heir should be a son, not a daughter. If you will not remarry, the forgive me Robert, but you have forced my hand."
And then turns those old wise Arryn eyes that became stony cold on the confused and shocked blue eyes of Jeanne's "Kill the children."
"NO!" there were screams of fear and horror.
Swords and arrows wielded by hostile monstrous men were coming at the royal children, but their uncle Tyrion blocked the sword coming down on Jeanne whilst Grandfather Tywin gets shot by multiple arrows from protecting Barbara, who was protecting their younger siblings with Barristan on the ground, bleeding slowly to death.
And then Barbara clasped her hands together and prayed, whilst Jeanne let out all the fury and anguish in a cry.
There is a familiar warmth of embrace, the smell of dandelion wine and the soft faint giggle of a certain bard.
Everybody cried in shock as wind became visible to the eye and started to spin around the First Princess. The wind spins faster and much fiercer, and in just a blink of an eye, everybody but the High Septon and Lord Jon Arryn, were sliced and dismembered by blades of sharp winds casted by the Princess herself.
"Witch! Heretic! Heretic! Dark magic!" screamed the High Septon in fear.
There is another glow, and they all look to see the Second Princess, Princess Barbara, be enveloped in a glow and light. When the light died down, came a beautiful ornament that was the size of a palm. It was gold with staghorns with a bright swirling gem in it, the same color as the Baratheon blue eyes. The Second Princess stared only for a moment at the ornament that suddenly appeared in midair in front of her before she took it with her own hands and with teary, hopeful eyes, prays.
Lord Barbatos, hear my plea, I beg you of your help and help me aid the weak and the wounded. Let me heal those who need me.
And then everyone gasped, but this time in awe and wonder as wonder appeared in mid air and like a wave in the ocean, came down and swept everyone wounded in the floor. The water glowed and shined and lit up, and to their great amazement, those who were slowly dying had took a deep gasp of air, and sat up. The wounds were no longer to be seen, instead, was just unmarred soft flesh. Blood floated up and evaporated, and those who looked pale and weak, had color in their cheeks, eyes brightening with life, and gained vigor and strength.
"What- what is this use of dark magic?!" The High Septon was ignored, and was pushed down, and held captive in a tight whirl of wind.
"It's the Maiden! Maiden Come Again!" the people whispered as they look at Princess Barbara, who to their great shock, shook her head.
"It is not the Maiden who had aided me or my sister. None of the Seven had come to help me or my sister." Princess Barbara says, relieved to see her grandfather breathing "the one who has answered my calls for help is Lord Barbatos."
"B-Barbatos?" someone in the crowd muttered.
Princess Jeanne nodded and step forward "We worship not the Seven, but the Old Gods in the North, who were nameless." The Princess Jeanne says "Lord Barbatos bestowed his name, and with it, came gifts." And then she held out a similar but different looking ornament of the Second Princess. It was the same size and same color, but it was engraved and designed with Lions and dandelions, with the gem being a viridian green. "My sister is now a Saintess of the Healing Water Arts, tasked by Lord Barbatos himself to aid the people who were injured and wounded by these- these traitors."
"A-And you, my Princess?"
Princess Jeanne closed her eyes. Remembers Kaeya's advice for her when it comes to becoming the next ruler of this kingdoms. And turns around.
"I am Princess Jeanne Baratheon, Crown Princess of the Realm and the Seven Kingdoms, the Dandelion Knight and Future Golden Stag of Lord Barbatos, tasked to lead this country to prosperity and peace." She pointed her blade at the two traitors, wind becoming visible once again, whirling and turning around and around and around the blade of her sword "I am to become Queen, the future Ruler and the future Protector and Provider. The Gods gave me the gift of Wind to guide my people. And as the Crown Princess, I hereby declare that these two men in front of me, are hence forth traitors to the crown and to the royal family! If escaped and you found, deliver head, must be dead, bring me the head personally."
"I will no longer tolerate any doubts and disobedience and turning on me." Princess Jeanne looks to the frozen bystanders "I will turn this place upside down and destroy everything so I can rebuild."
Her eyes were cold.
"Traitors will no longer be tolerated."
