History of Magic
BOOM! I heard as I had been walking down the hall when suddenly Draco came up to me, "If anyone asks, you didn't see me, okay?" He said, then ran away.
"Mr. Malfoy!" Professor Mcgonagall called out, as she came out of her classroom.
"I think he went that way Professor." I said, pointing to the opposite direction of which he ran to.
"Thank you, Ms. Potter." She said, as she headed that way.
"What was that all about?" I asked Draco, as he came out from one of the cupboards.
"It was wicked, I created this huge explosion in class, but of course it didn't end so well for Mcgonagall." He said, as one of the other Slytherins came up to him and high fived him.
"Wow Draco, you are quite the rebel." I said sarcastically, as he rolled his eyes.
Our next class was History of Magic so I made my way over to the class. Once I entered the class, I saw him Thomas sitting at a table with his friends. He then saw me and waved for me to come over.
"Hey Thomas." I said, as I walked up to their table.
"Hey y/n, this is Leo, Owen, and Charlie." He said, pointing to all of them, while they all said hi. "This is y/n."
"Wait, this is y/n?" Owen asked, while Thomas nodded.
"You already know me?" I asked.
"Yeah, I mean Thomas talks about-" He started, but then Thomas cut him off.
"Nothing, I talk about nothing. Anyways you can sit with us if you want." He said, as he moved his books to a different table to make room for me.
"Sure, let me just go tell my friends." I said, as I headed over to their table.
"Hey, so-" I said, but Draco interrupted me.
"Why were you talking to him again?" He asked.
"Um, cause he's my friend. Look, all I wanted to say was I was gonna go sit with them, so you guys can join me if you want." I said, then Amelia got up and went with me.
"Do you guys mind if my friend joins me?" I asked, as we went back to Thomas' table.
"Su-" Thomas said, but was interrupted by Leo.
"Not at all." Leo said, while looking towards Amelia. He then signaled for Amelia to come sit next to him and Amelia, as oblivious as she is, sat down next to him, not realizing what he was doing.
A few minutes had gone by in the class, that we had already started to get bored.
"I don't know when, but if this guy keeps on talking I think I might just fall asleep." Charlie said, as he laid his face down on the table.
"You aren't the only one." I said, as I also laid my head down on the table.
Then, after a few more minutes, I had felt myself drifting off a little until I completely fell asleep. It felt like years but for some reason I couldn't seem to wake up. Until, I heard someone call my name really loudly, which would probably give me a headache later.
"Ms. Potter!" I heard and then I had immediately woken up.
"Yes?!" I said, then realized it was Professor Binns who had been calling my name.
"I asked you a question?" He said, and I was completely not in the mood for this.
"Yes, could you repeat it please?" I asked, while he just shook his head.
Then I felt something on my thigh and saw it was a piece of paper. I opened it up and it said "Question: What were the Goblin Rebellions, Answer: They were a series of rebellions in which the goblin population of the Wizarding World revolted against discrimination and prejudice toward their kind by witches and wizards."
I then saw that Thomas had given me that note and I quickly mouthed him a thank you, then I read it out loud.
"That is correct Ms. Potter, but if I ever see you sleeping in my class again, I will deduct house points." He said, as I sighed, wondering how long this class was gonna last.
After hours, maybe days, the class had finally ended and it was officially time for dinner.
"Hey, I'll meet you at the table, I have to give Thomas his jacket back." I told Amelia, as she nodded and headed towards the Great Hall with Leo.
"Thomas, hold on." I told him, grabbing his arm.
"Hey, what's up." He said, turning around.
"I forgot to give you you're sweater back." I said, grabbing it out of my bag.
"Oh, it's okay, you can keep it." He offered.
"Are you sure?" I questioned.
"Yeah of course." He smiled, then we both walked off towards the Great Hall.
We then entered and went to the Hufflepuff table where Amelia and all of Thomas' friends were sitting.
"How many times do I have to tell you. It's not Rose, it's Rosé." I heard Amelia say to Leo.
"I've never seen Leo talk that much with a girl before." Charlie said to me.
"Yeah, well I've never seen Amelia talk that much with a boy before." I said, as we both laughed.
"This is y/n Potter." Thomas told the rest of his friends.
"Hi, I'm Cedric, Cedric Diggory." His friend said.
"Nice to meet you." I said, as I sat down.
"You too." He said.
Then the rest of the night we talked with each other and overall it was a pretty good day. I had talked with Thomas and his friends and they were pretty fun to hang around. I was also starting to become better friends with Thomas. I also noticed that Amelia was becoming friends with Leo, which was gonna be pretty interesting.
