Hogsmeade

Today was our first trip to Hogsmeade, which I've been looking forward to since forever because it's the only escape from this place.

"I love the cold so much." I said, as Amelia, Draco, Miles, and I were all walking around Hogsmeade.

"Really? I find it rather annoying." Draco replied with an annoyed face.

"Of course you do."

"Okay, where to first?" Amelia asked, looking around all the different places we could go to.

"Maybe we can go to Honeydukes, I'm in the mood for some candy." Miles replied.

"Sure, why not." I said, as we made our way towards the candy store.

We all entered one by one and the place was filled with a whole variety of candy from Chocoballs to Sugarquills and even Fizzing Whizbees.

"Look, it looks just like you." I told Draco, pointing to one of the Jelly Slugs.

"Very funny." Draco replied, rolling his eyes.

We eventually got all of the candy we wanted and then headed out of the store.

"Maybe we can go to Zonko's next." Amelia suggested, while Miles nodded.

"You guys can go, I'll wait out here." Draco said.

"Same here, I'm not really in the mood." I said, as they both walked off together.

"So, how's your arm?" I asked Draco, sarcastically.

"You know I actually hurt it. It would've never happened if we had a different teacher instead of the old Hag."

"Hey, Hagrid's a great teacher. You just weren't paying attention."

"Whatever."

"Hey, why don't we go get some butterbeer." I suggested, pointing towards the Three Broomsticks.

"Sure." So we made our way over there.

Once we entered, the whole place was full and we were barely able to get a table so we decided to just leave instead. But, right as we were leaving I had opened the door and accidentally bumped into someone.

"Oh, I'm so sorry." The boy said.

"Watch where you're going mate." Draco said.

"Are you okay?" The boy asked me, offering to help me up.

"Im alright, thank you." I replied, thanking him for his hand.

"I'm Thomas." He said, while looking up at me.

"I'm Y/N, nice to meet you." I replied, smiling.

"You too, again, I'm so sorry." He said, looking embarrassed.

"It's okay, it was also my fault. I should probably watch out before slamming the door on someone."

"Well, as long as you're okay." He said, nodding. "Maybe we could grab something to eat?"

"Sure, I'd love that." I replied, but I could feel Draco nudging me so I turned around so Thomas couldn't hear us.

"What?" I whispered.

"You can't go with him." He stated.

"Oh, I'm going. You can go find someone else to bother." I scoffed, and turned around.

"Shall we, Thomas?" I said, and we both walked off.

"So, you're just gonna leave me?" Draco called out.

"Yep." I replied, leaving before he could say anything else.

"Where's Y/N?" Miles asked, as they walked up from behind him.

"Being a dumbass." He said, rolling his eyes.

Thomas had decided to go to Florean Fortescue's for some ice cream.

We both picked the flavors we wanted and sat down.

"So, what house are you in?" I asked him.

"Hufflepuff." He replied, pointing to the badger on his Hufflepuff sweater.

"I didn't even see that, that's so embarrassing."

"It's fine, what about you?"

"Slytherin, happiest house there is." I said, sarcastically.

"Well, I know a few people who might disagree." He said, as we both laughed.

"What were you doing out here by yourself, if you don't mind me asking."

"All of my friends wanted to go to Zonko's but I was in the mood for a butter beer. Now that I realize it, they are probably wondering where I am."

"Oh, do you need to leave now?"

"No that's fine, I'd rather be here." He said, smiling at me.

I smiled at him, then took another scoop out of my ice cream when all of a sudden I heard someone calling my name.

"Y/N!"

I turned around and saw Ron and Hermione, Harry's friends, come up to me frantically.

"Yes?" I asked them, confused.

"Do you know where Harry is, we were just with him a minute ago and then he wandered off somewhere." Ron said to me.

"No, why would I know where he is."

"Because you're his twin sister, you know, maybe you could do twin telepathy or something like that." He said, while I could see Hermione rolling her eyes.

"You really need to stop watching those muggle movies." I told him. "No, I haven't seen Harry."

"Thank you, anyways." Hermione said, as they started to walk off.

"Are they on a date?" "Harry's not gonna like that." I could hear them say as they walked off.

"Sorry about that." I told him, obviously embarrassed.

"No, it's fine, though I didn't know you had a twin."

"Yeah, you've probably heard of him, his name's Harry Potter."

"No way, you're Harry Potter's sister?" He joked.

"Wow, you're probably the first person I've met that doesn't know who he is."

"I've probably heard of him somewhere. I'm half muggle, so I'm not too into the whole magic world."

"Oh, well it's nice to finally have a normal conversation with someone then." I said, smiling at him.

He smiled back and we talked for the rest of the evening.

Eventually, we both finished our ice creams and walked around Hogsmeade. It started getting dark so we decided to head back to the castle.

"It's so cold." I said, as we were walking up the hill towards Hogwarts.

"Here, take my sweater." He said, while taking off his sweater and putting it around my shoulders.

"Thank you. Normally I love the cold but I guess not today." I laughed.

"I had fun today." He said, while we entered the castle.

"Me too, I normally don't go on dates with people who run into me."

"Again, sorry about that." He said, looking embarrassed.

"I should probably go back to my dorm now." I said, not wanting to leave.

"Yeah, maybe we'll do this again sometime?" He offered.

"I would love that." I smiled, then went to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Bye Thomas." I said, then headed off towards the Slytherin common room.

"Pure blood." I muttered towards the door and it opened. When I entered, I could see most of the Slytherin students talking in their own groups. Draco, Amelia, Miles, and Blaise were all sitting near the fireplace when I walked towards them.

"Hey Y/N, where were you?" Amelia asked.

"Oh right, I forgot to tell you. I was with Thomas back at Hogsmeade." I replied, sitting down next to her.

"Thomas?" She asked.

"Yeah, he's a boy I met at Hogsmeade, he's a Hufflepuff." I admitted, and I could hear Draco scoff next to me.

"Well, did you have fun?" She asked, knowing I would tell her more later.

"Yeah, he's super nice."

"Is that his sweater?" She questioned, noticing it was a Hufflepuff sweater.

"Oh shoot, I forgot to give it back to him. He gave it to me because I was freezing."

"Sounds like an idiot." Draco muttered under his breath, which made Blaise and him start laughing.

All I did was glare at Draco while I took off the sweater.

"You can give it back to him tomorrow, maybe then I can meet him." She suggested.
