Chapter 37
Beth was towel-drying her hair, still warm from the shower, as she shuffled around the room, getting dressed for dinner. The villa had been filled with the quiet rustling of clothes, the occasional soft sound of fabric against skin as they got ready. The day had been long, but good—relaxing in the sun, swimming, kissing, laughing. Now, they had agreed to go out for dinner, explore a bit, enjoy the night.
Beth had thrown on a simple top and some denim shorts, nothing fancy, but she wasn’t really thinking about herself. Not when Viv was across the room, buttoning up the short-sleeve shirt she had packed, rolling up the sleeves slightly, adjusting the fit.
Beth could pretend she wasn’t watching, but that would be a lie.
She had known Viv looked good in just about anything, but something about this? The shirt, the way it hung on her, the way it moved when she did—it was driving Beth a little insane. Or maybe it wasn’t just the shirt. Maybe it was how Viv had been acting all day. A little more confident, a little more possessive. A little more… in control.
Beth swallowed, pushing down the way her body responded to just the thought of it, and stepped forward, closing the distance between them. Without thinking, her hands reached up, adjusting the collar of Viv’s shirt, smoothing the fabric out lightly. Her fingers brushed against the warm skin of her neck, lingering for just a second longer than necessary.
“This is nice,” Beth murmured, voice softer than she meant.
Viv watched her with a small, knowing smile. “You planning on fixing my entire outfit, or just finding reasons to touch me?”
Beth huffed a soft laugh, her fingers trailing down the front of Viv’s shirt before settling lightly at her ribs. “I mean… do you blame me?” Her eyes swept over Viv, taking in the way the short sleeves hugged her arms, how the open collar showed just a hint of golden skin. “The shirt, the tan, the way you’re standing here looking like that… It’s a lot.”
Viv exhaled a quiet laugh, shaking her head fondly before leaning in, pressing a slow, deliberate kiss to Beth’s jaw. “We need to go, love.”
Beth’s grip on her shirt tightened slightly, her body pressing instinctively closer. “Do we?” she murmured, tilting her head just enough to brush her lips against Viv’s skin.
Viv chuckled against her, fingers squeezing at Beth’s waist before she pulled back just enough to meet her gaze. “Yes.”
Beth sighed dramatically. “Fine. But only because you called me ‘love.’”
Viv smirked, letting her hands slip away, though not without one last teasing brush of her fingers against Beth’s hip. “I’ll keep that in mind.”
The restaurant was stunning, all warm lights and open air, with the sea stretching out in front of them, the sky still tinged with the last traces of sunset. Their table was on the terrace, close enough to hear the waves roll in but tucked into a cozy corner where it felt like just the two of them.
Beth was comfortable—more than comfortable. She had spent the last few minutes just watching Viv, who was sitting close to her, completely at ease. She was looking at the wine menu, fingers tapping lightly against the edge of the table as she read.
Viv glanced up after a moment, catching Beth staring. “You’re not even pretending to be subtle,” she said, lips curving into a knowing smirk.
Beth grinned, not even trying to deny it. “I like watching you.”
Viv’s smirk deepened, and then, as if it were nothing, she let her hand slide under the table, resting it warm and steady on Beth’s thigh. She squeezed lightly. “Wine, right?” she asked, like she hadn’t just set Beth’s whole body on fire.
Beth swallowed, nodding. “Yeah. Pick something good.”
Viv chuckled softly. “I will.”
Beth just shook her head, letting Viv order for them, her voice smooth and steady as she spoke to the waiter. It was a little unfair, Beth thought, how attractive she found it—Viv being so sure of herself, so in control. Normally, Viv was quieter, more reserved, not the first to speak up in situations like these. But tonight, she was relaxed, confident.
When the waiter left, Beth looked at her curiously. “You seem really comfortable with all this,” she said, tilting her head. “Ordering, talking, just… I don’t know. Usually, you get a little nervous.”
Viv hummed, running her thumb along the side of Beth’s thigh in slow circles. “I’m trying to be better about that,” she admitted, voice even. “Less anxious. Less nervous.”
Beth didn’t say much, just tugged Viv’s hand gently, squeezing it. It was a small thing, but Viv understood.
The dishes arrived a few minutes later, the scent of grilled seafood and rich spices filling the air between them. The presentation was stunning—perfectly plated, vibrant colors, everything looking just as good as it smelled.
Beth barely waited before taking her first bite, humming in approval. “Okay, this is incredible,” she muttered, already cutting off another piece.
Viv, focused on her own dish, glanced up at the sound, smiling. “Yeah?”
Beth picked up her fork, cutting a perfect bite of seafood, and turned to Viv with a small smile. “Here, try this.”
Viv instinctively reached for her own fork, but Beth shook her head, lifting the bite toward her instead. “Nope. Open up.”
Viv let out a soft breath, amused, but didn’t argue. She leaned in, lips parting as Beth fed her. Her lips brushed the fork lightly, and she held Beth’s gaze as she chewed. She swallowed, licking the corner of her lips before nodding.
“Okay, yeah. That’s really good,” she admitted, her voice a little lower than before.
Beth smirked, watching her reaction. “Told you.”
Viv tilted her head, reaching for her wine glass. “You just wanted to feed me, didn’t you?”
Beth hummed, taking a sip of her own. “Maybe.”
The wine kept flowing, their glasses refilling easily as the evening stretched on. The bottle they’d ordered was nearly empty now, and Beth could feel the warmth of it humming pleasantly in her chest. She wasn’t drunk, not really, but she was relaxed—loose in a way that made everything feel easier, softer. Viv looked the same, her usual sharp focus softened at the edges, a lazy, content expression on her face.
Beth tipped her glass toward Viv. “We drink well together,” she mused, voice lighter, looser.
Viv chuckled, mirroring the motion before taking another sip. “We do.”
Beth sighed contently, tilting her head back slightly as she took in the lingering warmth of the evening. The sky was painted in deep oranges and pinks, the last traces of the sunset stretching over the horizon. She glanced at her glass, then at Viv, who looked just as comfortable, her fingers still tracing slow circles against Beth’s thigh.
“This has been nice,” Beth murmured, swirling the remaining wine in her glass. “Should we order another? It’s still warm out, and the sunset’s stunning.”
Viv looked at her for a beat, then nodded. “Yeah,” she agreed easily, reaching for the wine menu. But instead of calling the waiter over right away, she leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to Beth’s hair. “Love you,” she whispered against her skin.
Beth felt the words settle in her chest, warm and sure. She turned her head slightly, catching Viv’s lips in a brief kiss before murmuring, “Love you too.”
Viv sat back, raising a hand to get the waiter’s attention. When he arrived, she pointed to the empty bottle with an easy confidence that made something flicker in Beth’s stomach. Viv was still so relaxed, so in control—it wasn’t something Beth had seen often, but she liked it. A lot.
The new bottle arrived quickly, the waiter pouring them both another generous glass before stepping away. Beth lifted hers slightly toward Viv. “To a perfect night?”
Viv hummed, tapping her glass against Beth’s before taking a sip, her hand never once leaving Beth’s thigh. “To us.”
Beth swirled the wine in her glass, watching how the light caught the deep red color before taking another slow sip. She was feeling warm, relaxed—completely at ease in the slow rhythm of the evening. Across from her, Viv leaned back slightly in her chair, one hand still resting on Beth’s thigh, the other twirling the stem of her glass between her fingers.
After another sip, Viv let out a small chuckle. “I think this second bottle is doing the trick,” she admitted, a teasing glint in her eyes. “I forgot how easily tipsy I get.”
Beth smirked, tilting her head as she watched Viv, who definitely looked a little softer around the edges now. “It’s okay,” she murmured, reaching for her own glass. “We’re on vacation, after all.”
Viv nodded in agreement, taking another sip before setting her glass down. Beth studied her for a second before speaking again.
“Do you think alcohol makes you more relaxed?”
Viv hummed, considering it. “Yeah,” she admitted after a moment. “I think it makes me overthink less, maybe.” She paused, tilting her head as she met Beth’s gaze. “You like it when I’m more like this, right?”
Beth raised a playful brow. “I don’t want you to become an alcoholic, if that’s what you’re asking.”
Viv laughed, shaking her head. “Yeah, I figured.”
Beth grinned, then leaned in just a little, her voice dropping softer. “But yeah… I like when you’re more relaxed.” She let her fingers trace absentmindedly over Viv’s wrist before adding, “And more in control.”
Viv’s breath hitched slightly, and Beth didn’t miss the way her hand tightened on her thigh. Their gazes held for a beat longer, something unspoken passing between them. Then Viv smirked, lifting her glass again.
Viv took another slow sip of her wine before setting the glass down, rolling it between her fingers like she was weighing a thought in her mind. Beth watched her, amused, as Viv’s eyes flickered toward her, then back down again. There was something hesitant about the way she finally spoke.
“I don’t know if you remember,” Viv started, voice a little careful, “but once, when we were—” she lifted her hand, gesturing vaguely. “You know.”
Beth’s lips curled, already catching where this was going. “Mhm?” she hummed, tilting her head slightly.
Viv’s eyes met hers for a second before she looked away again, a small, amused exhale leaving her lips. “You said you liked when I—” She hesitated for just a beat, then finally let it out. “When I manhandled you.”
Beth felt heat creep up her neck instantly, her fingers tightening slightly around the stem of her glass. She looked down, shaking her head lightly before letting out a small laugh. “You don’t have to call it that,” she said, smiling.
Viv leaned in slightly, resting her chin on her hand, eyes sharp with interest. “But you did say it.”
Viv exhaled a soft chuckle, rolling her wine glass between her fingers before glancing back at Beth, something playful but intent in her gaze. “But do you actually like that?” she asked, voice low but steady. “Or was it just something you said because you were desperate and in the edge?”
Beth’s entire face went red, her fingers tightening on her glass as she let out a quiet groan. She avoided Viv’s eyes for a second, like looking at her would only make it worse. “Don’t say that so loud,” she muttered, glancing around. “There are people around us.”
Viv’s lips curled, her head tilting slightly as she glanced lazily around the terrace. “I don’t think they’ll care,” she said, amusement dripping from her voice.
Beth let out a small laugh despite herself, shaking her head at Viv before reaching out, her fingers brushing against her arm. Her voice was softer this time, more certain. “To your question… I do like it.”
Viv hummed, and Beth’s touch lingered before she let her hand slide down, her fingertips tracing over Viv’s bicep, squeezing slightly. She felt the way Viv’s muscles tensed under her touch, and it only made something twist low in her stomach. “Quite a lot, actually.”
Viv’s grip on Beth’s thigh tightened in response, her thumb pressing into the soft skin, teasing over it just slightly. Beth’s breath caught, but she didn’t move away. If anything, she leaned into it.
Beth smirked, looking up at her. “And I can see you like it too.”
Viv didn’t deny it. “What do you like me to do?” she asked, voice dropping slightly, testing.
Beth swallowed, her fingers now toying with the hem of Viv’s shirt, nails grazing just lightly over the fabric. She could feel how warm Viv’s skin was beneath it, could feel the slight tension in her shoulders. “So many things,” she admitted, breath hitching slightly. “Just… want you to do whatever you want.”
Viv studied her for a moment, gaze unwavering, the weight of it making Beth feel warm all over. Then, slowly, deliberately, she leaned in a fraction closer, her grip on Beth’s thigh tightening again. “So I can be aggressive?”
Beth nodded, lips slightly parted. “Mhm.”
Viv tilted her head, considering. “How aggressive?”
Beth licked her lips, feeling her pulse quicken. “As much as you want.”
Viv let out a low hum, fingers flexing against Beth’s thigh. “Good.”
Beth shivered at the way she said it, at the weight behind it. Viv let the moment stretch just a little longer before she added, teasing but unmistakably serious, “So… you wouldn’t mind if I pinned you down a little?”
Beth took another sip of her wine, trying to play it cool, but Viv didn’t miss the way her fingers curled tighter into the fabric of her sleeve. “No,” Beth admitted. “I wouldn’t mind at all.”
Viv smirked. “Good to know.”
Beth thought that was it, thought maybe they would leave it there, but then Viv’s fingers tightened just slightly on her thigh, grounding her, keeping her still.
Beth’s fingers trailed lazily over Viv’s shirt, teasing along the buttons but never actually undoing them. She was toying with Viv, but the sharpness in Viv’s eyes told her she wouldn’t be getting away with it for much longer.
Beth exhaled, voice softer now, more deliberate. “You know what I really want?”
Viv hummed, her grip tightening slightly on Beth’s thigh, fingers flexing just a little in anticipation. “Tell me.”
Beth bit her lip, eyes flickering between Viv’s lips and the dark, focused gaze that was locked on her. “I want to be edged.” Her voice was barely above a whisper, but she knew Viv heard it. “For hours.”
Viv’s fingers stilled for a second before pressing deeper into Beth’s thigh. “Yeah?”
Beth nodded, letting her nails graze along Viv’s collarbone before dragging them lower again. “I want to be tied up. Kept in place while you do whatever you want to me.”
Viv exhaled through her nose, slow and controlled, but Beth could see how her pupils dilated, how her jaw clenched just slightly. Viv wasn’t unaffected by this, not even close.
“I want to beg,” Beth continued, her voice laced with something sweeter now, something more open. “But I don’t want you to listen to me right away. I want you to make me wait for it.”
Viv’s grip on her tightened, nails slightly digging into Beth’s skin through the fabric of her shorts. “You don’t have to want anything, love,” she murmured, her voice steady. “I’m in charge.”
Beth’s breath hitched. Something about the way Viv said that made her feel like all the air had left the room. Her teasing dropped instantly, replaced with something softer, something more raw. She could already feel herself slipping into that space where she’d do whatever Viv wanted.
Viv smirked like she could feel it too. Her hand inched higher, warm and deliberate, fingers just barely brushing beneath the hem of Beth’s shorts.
Beth swallowed hard. “Baby, calm down,” she murmured, voice slightly shaky. “We’re still in public.”
Viv tilted her head, voice low and teasing, but with just enough authority behind it to make Beth’s stomach flip. “And who’s in charge again?”
Beth’s lips parted slightly, her body reacting before she could think.
Viv leaned in, pressing a slow kiss to Beth’s jaw, her fingers staying high, lingering. “That’s what I thought.”
Beth exhaled shakily, gripping Viv’s shirt just to keep herself grounded. “I—” she started, but Viv just raised an eyebrow, waiting.
Beth huffed, trying to regain a bit of composure. “I actually… brought something.”
Viv smirked, rubbing slow circles against Beth’s thigh. “Oh?”
Beth hesitated for just a beat before tilting her head up to meet Viv’s eyes again. “A new toy.”
Viv’s smirk deepened, interest sparking in her gaze. “And what kind of toy are we talking about?”
Beth played with the hem of Viv’s shirt, focusing on the fabric so she wouldn’t combust under Viv’s stare. “It’s… a new strap.”
That got Viv’s full attention.
Beth felt her face warm slightly, but she pushed through. “It… vibrates,” she admitted, voice quieter now. “For the person wearing it.”
Viv blinked once, exhaling through her nose. Her hand clenched slightly against Beth’s thigh, almost reflexively. “What?”
Beth nodded, biting her lip. “So the more you thrust, the more pleasure you get.”
Viv’s entire body shifted, the control in her posture faltering for the first time since this conversation started. She looked at Beth like she wasn’t sure if she wanted to kiss her or throw her over her shoulder and drag her back to the villa.
“When did you get that?” Viv’s voice was lower now, rougher around the edges.
Beth glanced away for a second before answering. “When I was at my parents’ house.”
Viv raised a slow, teasing brow. “You ordered a vibrating strap while staying with your parents?”
Beth groaned, covering her face with her hands before dropping them again. “I was lonely, okay? I missed you a lot.”
Viv chuckled, but there was something darker in the sound, something heavier. Her fingers slid just a little higher again.
“You could’ve told me,” Viv murmured, her breath warm against Beth’s cheek. “I would’ve helped.”
Beth swallowed, her entire body tuned into the way Viv was looking at her now. The way her touch was so intentional, so teasing. “That’s why I bought it.”
Viv’s lips barely brushed against Beth’s ear. “We’re gonna have a lot of fun with that, love.”
Beth shifted in her seat again, trying to ignore how warm she felt, how her skin tingled under Viv’s touch. But it was impossible. Viv’s hand was still high on her thigh, her grip firm, fingers brushing slow, teasing circles that sent heat pulsing through Beth’s veins.
Beth swallowed, exhaling slowly before tilting her head toward Viv. “Can we go back to the villa?” Her voice was soft, almost pleading.
Viv smirked against the rim of her wine glass before taking a slow sip. “We just ordered another bottle.”
Beth groaned, shifting even closer. “I know, but—” she inhaled sharply as Viv’s fingers squeezed slightly— “but that was before.”
Viv raised a brow, playing innocent. “Before what?”
Beth bit her lip, glancing around as if to make sure no one was listening before leaning in, voice barely above a whisper. “Before you started talking like that. Before you started touching me like this.”
Viv hummed, tracing slow, deliberate lines higher up Beth’s thigh. “So now you want to leave?”
Beth nodded quickly, her fingers gripping Viv’s wrist, trying to still her movements. “Yes. Please.”
Viv tilted her head, pretending to think. “I don’t know…” she murmured. “You were perfectly fine a few minutes ago. Said you liked stretching dinner out, enjoying the night.”
Beth let out a soft whimper, desperation creeping into her voice. “I did, but you—” She exhaled sharply as Viv’s thumb pressed into her thigh. “You’re not playing fair.”
Viv smirked, fingers pressing just a little firmer. “You love when I do this, though.”
Beth shuddered, her fingers gripping Viv’s arm. “I promise,” she whispered, eyes burning into Viv’s. “If you take me home now, I’ll be so good for you. Whatever you want, I swear.”
Viv’s eyes darkened, her smirk deepening. She took another slow sip of wine, deliberately drawing out the moment, making Beth squirm.
Beth tugged at her wrist again, her voice nearly a whimper. “Please, baby.”
Viv chuckled, shifting slightly so her lips were just beneath Beth’s ear. “You really want me that bad, huh?” she murmured, her voice thick with amusement.
Beth’s breath hitched, her body leaning into Viv instinctively. “Yes,” she exhaled. “Yes, I do.”
Viv let out a quiet hum before pulling back just enough to meet Beth’s gaze. “One more thing.”
Beth blinked, eyes wide. “Anything.”
Viv’s smirk turned teasing. “Say it again.”
Beth swallowed, cheeks burning, but she didn’t hesitate. “Please take me home.”
Viv hummed in satisfaction before finishing the last sip of her wine and setting the glass down. Then, as if she hadn’t just spent the last ten minutes making Beth completely lose her mind, she casually reached for her purse. “Alright, love,” she murmured, brushing a kiss over Beth’s jaw. “Let’s get you home.”
As soon as they stepped inside their villa, Beth barely had a second to close the door before Viv was on her, pushing her back against it, kissing her hard. Beth gasped into her mouth, her fingers gripping Viv’s arms for balance as their bodies pressed flush together. Viv’s hands were everywhere—her waist, her hips, gripping her like she was trying to memorize the feeling of Beth against her.
Beth let out a small, breathy laugh when Viv pulled back just enough to murmur against her lips, “You were in such a hurry to get back, weren’t you?”
Beth’s fingers curled into the fabric of Viv’s shirt, her breath uneven. “You weren’t exactly complaining.”
Viv smirked, kissing her again—slower this time, but still deep, still possessive. Then, without warning, she pulled away entirely, stepping back toward the bed. Beth whimpered at the loss of contact, but Viv just sat down, leaning back on her palms, looking at Beth with dark, expectant eyes.
“Undress,” Viv instructed, her voice calm but firm.
Beth swallowed, her breath catching slightly at the command. She could feel how much Viv was enjoying this—the way she sat back, watching her like she was about to be entertained.
Beth started with her top, slipping it off over her head and letting it drop to the floor. Viv’s eyes followed the movement, lingering on the exposed skin before flicking back up to Beth’s face.
“Slowly,” Viv added, voice lower now, more deliberate.
Beth smirked slightly but did as she was told, popping the button on her shorts, pulling the zipper down at an excruciating pace before finally pushing them over her hips. She stepped out of them, now standing in just her bra and panties.
Viv hummed, tilting her head. “Bra off.”
Beth reached behind her, unclasping it and letting the straps fall down her shoulders before tossing it aside. She could feel the weight of Viv’s gaze on her, making her pulse race.
“Panties too,” Viv added, leaning forward slightly now, resting her elbows on her knees. “Come here.”
Beth obeyed, slipping her underwear down, stepping out of them before making her way toward Viv. As soon as she was close enough, Viv’s hands landed on her hips, pulling her between her legs, her fingers tracing slowly over Beth’s skin.
Beth shivered under her touch, but before she could say anything, Viv’s hand slipped lower, between her legs, fingers brushing over her.
Beth inhaled sharply, her hands gripping Viv’s shoulders as her knees almost gave out.
Viv exhaled a soft, amused laugh. “Dripping already,” she murmured, running her fingers teasingly along Beth’s folds without applying any real pressure. She smirked, tilting her head as she looked up at Beth. “That desperate for me?”
Beth swallowed, her voice almost shaky as she whispered, “You have no idea.”
Viv’s eyes darkened. “Good,” she murmured, her fingers pressing against Beth just enough to make her whimper. “Because I plan on taking my time with you.”
Viv didn’t give Beth a chance to settle after her teasing—she pulled her in immediately, grabbing her by the waist and guiding her onto her lap. Beth let out a small gasp as she straddled Viv, her hands automatically reaching for her shirt, fingers working to unbutton it. Viv let her, her hands roaming Beth’s body, squeezing her waist, dragging her nails lightly down her back.
Their kisses were urgent, intense, their mouths moving together like they were trying to devour each other. Beth’s fingers fumbled slightly as she reached the last few buttons, her breath hitching when she pushed Viv’s shirt open, running her hands over the smooth, toned skin underneath.
Beth barely had time to appreciate the sight before Viv’s grip on her waist tightened. Suddenly, Viv was standing, lifting Beth effortlessly as Beth gasped, clinging onto her shoulders, her legs instinctively wrapping around her waist.
“Viv—” Beth started, but before she could finish, Viv had laid her down on the bed, pressing her body down against Beth’s, her weight grounding her.
Beth exhaled a shaky breath as Viv’s lips found hers again, kissing her even deeper this time. Viv rolled her hips against Beth, slow and deliberate, making Beth whimper against her mouth.
“Fuck, Viv—” Beth moaned, her nails digging into Viv’s back as she felt the delicious friction between them.
Viv hummed in satisfaction, moving against her again, pressing their bodies closer, her lips trailing down to Beth’s jaw, then her neck, kissing and nipping at the sensitive skin.
Beth’s head tipped back, her breath coming out in soft, desperate gasps. “Viv, I—” She didn’t even know what she wanted to say, what she was begging for, but she knew she needed more.
Viv smirked against her skin, her hands gripping Beth’s thighs, keeping her in place. “Tell me what you need,” she murmured, her voice low, teasing.
Beth whimpered, arching against her. “More—just more, please.”
Viv kissed her way back up, hovering just above Beth’s lips. “I like when you beg,” she whispered, her lips brushing against Beth’s as she spoke.
Beth moaned, her fingers gripping Viv’s arms, pulling her in closer, completely lost in the way Viv was making her feel. “Please, Viv, I need—”
Viv didn’t let her finish. Instead, she kissed her again, slow and deep, her body pressing Beth further into the mattress, making it impossible to think of anything other than the way Viv was completely consuming her.
Viv’s fingers glided over the soft fabric of her button-up, the material hanging loosely off her shoulders as she kissed Beth deeply, her body pressed firmly against hers. Beth let out a soft sigh into the kiss, her lips parting willingly, already lost in the feeling of Viv’s touch.
She expected Viv to let the shirt slip to the floor, for it to be forgotten in the heat of the moment, but instead, Viv’s hands moved with purpose, her grip suddenly firm as she took hold of Beth’s wrists.
Beth barely had time to react before Viv lifted her arms above her head, guiding them gently but assertively against the pillow. A slow wave of anticipation rolled through her, heating every inch of her body as Viv methodically wrapped the soft material of the button-up around her wrists, binding them together.
Beth tested the restraint, her breathing growing heavier. She could still move, but not much—not without Viv allowing it.
“Tighter,” she whispered, her voice trembling with something between excitement and desperation.
Viv let out a quiet hum, tilting her head slightly as if considering. She loved this side of Beth—the way she wanted to be taken care of, how naturally she surrendered to her touch, how unashamedly she asked for more.
A slow smirk tugged at Viv’s lips as she obeyed, pulling the knot tighter until Beth’s wrists were snugly secured. Beth gasped softly at the sensation, her thighs pressing together as heat flooded through her.
Viv hovered above her now, her eyes dark and unwavering. She reached down, gripping Beth’s jaw with one strong hand, her fingers pressing into her skin with just enough force to hold her in place.
“You’re not taking your arms from there,” Viv murmured, her voice deep, controlled. Her thumb traced along Beth’s cheek before gripping her chin firmly again. “Understood?”
Beth nodded instinctively, her lips parting as her breath came in shallow pants.
Viv’s grip on her jaw tightened just slightly, her fingers strong, grounding. “Words, love.”
Beth’s throat bobbed as she swallowed, her voice softer now. “Yes,” she whispered. “I understand.”
Viv’s lips curled into something satisfied. “Good.”
She let her fingers slowly trail from Beth’s jaw, down the curve of her neck, pressing fleeting touches that left Beth burning beneath her. She could feel Beth’s body shifting already, arching slightly, needy for more.
Viv took her time, kissing down Beth’s neck, sucking lightly at the sensitive spot just below her ear, before trailing even lower. She could feel Beth’s pulse hammering beneath her lips, could hear the soft, helpless whimper that escaped her throat.
Beth arched instinctively, tugging lightly against her tied wrists, but Viv only smirked against her skin.
“Patience,” she murmured, lips grazing Beth’s stomach now, pressing warm, open-mouthed kisses. “You asked for this.”
Beth whimpered, her body tightening at the words, at the slow, torturous way Viv was kissing her way down.
Viv moved lower, her lips tracing a slow, deliberate path down Beth’s body, taking her time to explore every inch of soft skin beneath her mouth. She kissed over Beth’s collarbone, down between her breasts, her tongue flicking out lightly before she moved further down, pressing a teasing kiss just below her navel.
Beth was already shifting beneath her, her body reacting instinctively to every touch, every press of Viv’s lips. Her breath hitched as Viv’s fingers traced up the inside of her thighs, slow and teasing.
Beth groaned softly, her hips rolling slightly. “Viv—”
Viv smirked against her skin but didn’t respond, just kissed further down, dragging her lips over the sensitive skin of Beth’s inner thigh.
Beth whimpered, her body aching, needing more. “Stop teasing,” she breathed, her voice almost a plea.
Viv exhaled a quiet chuckle, pressing another slow, lingering kiss to Beth’s thigh before finally moving her mouth where Beth needed her most. She kissed over her center, soft and barely there, feeling how warm and wet Beth was already.
Beth’s breath stuttered, her whole body tensing as Viv’s mouth worked over her, but it was still so slow, so teasing, never quite enough. Viv was kissing her, licking gently, but not where Beth truly needed it.
Beth let out a frustrated whine, lifting her hips, desperate for more friction.
Viv’s hands immediately pressed her down, pinning her against the bed. “Stay still,” she murmured against Beth’s skin, the command low and firm.
Beth moaned, her head falling back against the pillows, her breath shaky. “I can’t—”
Viv ignored her, pressing a few more slow, lazy kisses against Beth’s folds, dragging her tongue up at an excruciatingly unhurried pace.
Beth whined again, more desperate this time. “Viv, please,” she begged, her voice trembling.
Viv gave her one slow, languid stroke with her tongue, just to feel the way Beth’s body shuddered. Then, instead of giving her what she needed, she pulled back slightly, kissing her inner thigh instead.
Beth let out a broken sob, frustration evident in every inch of her body. “No, no, please, don’t—”
Viv smirked against her thigh. “Not yet.”
Beth whimpered, her legs trembling. “Viv, please, I’m so close, please—”
Viv just smirked, pressing another soft kiss to Beth’s thigh before resuming her teasing, her tongue barely flicking against Beth’s clit—just a whisper of sensation—before pulling back again.
Beth’s entire body jolted at the contact, a strangled gasp leaving her lips. “Oh my God, just— just please, Viv, please—”
Viv ignored her, keeping her pace infuriatingly slow. She gave Beth just enough to keep her teetering on the edge, to have her gasping, trembling—but never enough to push her over.
Beth was starting to lose her mind. Her whole body felt like it was on fire, every nerve buzzing, aching for more. “I’ll do anything, I swear, just— just let me come, please,” she begged, her voice wrecked.
Viv smiled, dragging her tongue slowly along Beth’s folds again, never quite settling where Beth needed her.
Beth sobbed in frustration, her body trembling. “Viv, please,” she choked out. “I need you to— I need you to suck my clit, please, please—”
Viv hummed like she was considering it, then, just to torture Beth further, she wrapped her lips around Beth’s clit for half a second before pulling away again.
Beth nearly screamed.
Her back arched violently off the bed, her wrists straining against the shirt tying them down, her hips jerking up so hard that Viv had to grip her thighs tighter to hold her still.
“Fuck, please, please,” Beth was almost crying now, her voice cracking. “I need it, I need it so bad—”
Viv chuckled softly, her breath warm against Beth’s skin. “I know you do,” she murmured.
Beth let out a desperate, broken whimper, her body completely wrecked.
And then, without warning, Viv shifted slightly and slid her tongue inside.
Beth went completely still for a moment, her breath catching in her throat, and then she let out a strangled moan, her whole body tensing as pleasure shot through her.
“Fuck,” she gasped, eyes screwing shut, her wrists pulling uselessly against the restraint above her head.
Viv groaned softly against her, savoring the way Beth reacted, the way she clenched involuntarily. She started to move her tongue inside her, slow at first, letting Beth feel every deliberate motion.
Beth was falling apart, her body no longer her own, every nerve ending hypersensitive to Viv’s touch. She wasn’t sure she had ever felt anything like this before—the warmth of Viv’s tongue inside her, the way she flicked it, teased her.
Beth whimpered, unable to form words, her head rolling to the side as she tried to breathe through the pleasure.
Viv pulled back slightly, teasing the edge with her tongue before sliding back inside, making Beth sob.
Beth could barely handle it. “Viv—please—”
Viv kept going, taking her time, letting Beth get lost in the sensation, her hands gripping Beth’s hips tighter to keep her from squirming too much.
And then, just when Beth was on the very edge, so close she could taste it—
Viv pulled back completely.
Beth cried out, her whole body trembling, desperate for relief. “No, no, no—”
She was wrecked, her body burning, her skin flushed and damp with sweat. She was shaking, panting, her wrists straining above her head.
Viv waited, watching her struggle.
Then, slowly, she moved back in, kissing softly, dragging her tongue through Beth’s folds but still not giving her what she needed.
Beth sobbed in frustration. “Viv, I— I swear, I’ll do anything, just please—”
Viv exhaled, her own breath uneven. And finally—finally—she wrapped her lips around Beth’s clit and sucked.
Her whole body tensed violently, a choked moan ripping from her throat as pleasure crashed over her in waves. Her thighs clenched around Viv’s head, trapping her there as she came hard, her body convulsing under the intensity of it.
Viv didn’t stop, kept working her through it, holding her steady as Beth shook beneath her, her breath completely stolen by the force of her release.
Beth was completely gone, her body trembling, her hands pulling uselessly against the restraint.
It took nearly a full minute before she finally slumped against the bed, her chest heaving.
Viv slowly pulled back, pressing soft kisses along Beth’s thighs, letting her come down gently.
Beth let out a shaky, broken exhale, her body still twitching with aftershocks.
Viv smirked as she looked up at her, eyes dark with amusement.
Beth groaned weakly. “You—” She tried to form words, but her brain wasn’t cooperating.
Viv just chuckled, crawling back up Beth’s body, pressing slow kisses to her stomach, her ribs, her collarbone. Beth finally managed to open her eyes, looking up at Viv, still too blissed-out to glare properly. Viv grinned. “You taste amazing.”
Beth whimpered softly, her body still tingling.
Viv kissed along her jaw, her voice dropping to a whisper. “You handled that so well,” she murmured.
Beth was still catching her breath, her body tingling from everything Viv had just done to her. She could feel the warmth of Viv’s skin against her own, her breath soft against her neck. For a moment, they just stayed like that, Beth coming down from the overwhelming pleasure, Viv pressing absentminded kisses against her collarbone.
Then, Viv spoke, her voice quiet but firm. “Do you still want to try the strap?”
Beth’s stomach flipped instantly. She swallowed, looking at Viv, trying to read her expression.
Viv must have noticed her pause because she ran a hand over Beth’s side, soothing. “It’s okay if you’re too tired,” she added, her voice softer now. “I don’t want you to feel like we have to.”
Beth shook her head immediately. “No, no,” she breathed, still a little hazy. “I want it.”
Viv blinked, slightly surprised at the intensity in Beth’s voice.
Beth felt her cheeks heat, but she didn’t back down. She reached for Viv’s face, brushing her thumb along her cheekbone. “I really want it.”
Something shifted in Viv’s expression, her pupils darkening slightly. She nodded. “Okay.”
She moved slowly, carefully untangling Beth’s wrists from where she had tied them with her shirt. As soon as Beth’s arms were free, Viv brought her hands to her lips, kissing each wrist softly, her lips lingering.
Beth shivered at the touch, her stomach twisting in the best way. “You’re really sweet, you know that?” she murmured, her voice still breathless.
Viv smirked, brushing her lips over Beth’s pulse before glancing up. “I try.”
Beth chuckled, but then her eyes flickered toward the bedside table, where she had tucked the box away earlier. Her stomach flipped again in anticipation. “Go put it on,” she said softly, her voice taking on a new edge of urgency.
Beth bit her lip, feeling herself flush. “I mean it,” she admitted. “I want it. A lot.”
Viv exhaled, her grip tightening briefly on Beth’s waist before she sat up. “Okay,” she said, her voice a little lower now. “I’ll put it on.”
Beth was still catching her breath, her body warm and pliant against the bed as she watched Viv move across the room. Her pulse thrummed beneath her skin, anticipation curling in the pit of her stomach. She knew what was coming, and she wanted it—badly.
Viv reached for beth bag, where she had left the box. Beth's eyes followed her movements, her fingers toying idly with the sheets as she let herself settle into the moment. Her body was still humming from everything Viv had already done to her, but it wasn’t enough. Not yet.
"Should I warm up a bit?" Beth asked, her voice softer now, a little breathless.
Viv glanced over her shoulder, the corner of her mouth tilting slightly. "I’ll take care of you," she murmured, her voice low, sure. She pulled the box open, inspecting what was inside, before looking back at Beth. "You just relax, love."
As Viv adjusted the strap into place, Beth took her in, her bare chest, the toned lines of her stomach, the way her fingers flexed slightly like she was already thinking about how she was going to use it. Beth’s stomach tightened.
Viv climbed back onto the bed, settling over her, bracing herself with one arm beside Beth’s head while the other reached down between them. Beth felt the heat of her before she saw what Viv was doing.
“You look so good like this,” Beth murmured, voice breathy, her hands running up Viv’s arms, tracing the muscles beneath her skin. “Can’t wait.”
Viv hummed, leaning in to kiss her, slow and deep. Beth let herself sink into it, but then she felt Viv’s hand shift between them, fingers wrapping around the strap.
“We can do without a warm-up, I think,” Viv whispered against her lips, voice laced with something dark and teasing. Before Beth could respond, she watched as Viv spat into her own hand, running it over the length of the strap, coating it.
Beth’s breath hitched, her whole body tightening at the sight alone. “Jesus,” she muttered, her fingers gripping at Viv’s sides, nails pressing into her skin.
Beth’s hands ran down Viv’s back, her nails dragging lightly over warm, tensed muscles as Viv moved. The shirt she had unbuttoned earlier had long since been tossed aside, leaving nothing between them but heat and anticipation. She held onto Viv, gripping her tighter with every slow movement of her hips, her own body thrumming with need.
Viv pressed in slowly, feeling Beth stretch around her, adjusting to the intrusion. Her breath hitched as she pushed deeper, the sensation hitting her all at once—the heat, the way Beth clenched, the way their bodies fit together. Beth trembled beneath her, legs spreading wider as she pulled Viv in.
“Put it on,” Beth murmured, voice rough, urgent. Her fingers curled into Viv’s skin, her nails pressing slightly deeper as she tilted her head up, her lips brushing against Viv’s jaw. “I want you to feel it too.”
Viv groaned low in her throat, the request sending a pulse of something sharp down her spine. She shifted slightly, adjusting the straps, and the second it clicked into place, the vibration hit her properly.
Her whole body jolted.
A deep, unexpected moan slipped from her lips as the sensation rolled through her, an almost overwhelming pleasure pressing deep into her core. Her grip tightened around Beth’s hips, her movements momentarily faltering. She wasn’t prepared for how strong it would be—not like this, not while Beth was already shifting beneath her, making it worse.
“Fuck,” Viv exhaled, voice wrecked.
Beth smirked up at her, even as her own body trembled under the pressure. “Does it feel good?” she teased, tilting her hips slightly, making Viv suck in a sharp breath.
Viv squeezed her eyes shut, biting down on her lip as if that could keep her grounded. “God, Beth,” she muttered, her voice nearly breaking. “I don’t think I’ll handle a lot like this.”
Beth dragged her nails down Viv’s back, her touch deliberate, teasing. “Handle as much as you can,” she whispered, her voice like honey—warm, coaxing, impossible to resist.
And that was it.
Viv snapped.
She started slow, controlled, determined to ease herself into it—but it was impossible. The vibration was too much, and the way Beth responded to every deep stroke, every shift of Viv’s hips, only pushed her further into losing control. She moved faster, harder, her breathing ragged as she gave in to the overwhelming pleasure pressing into her.
Beth gasped beneath her, her body arching as Viv thrust harder. “Jesus—” she moaned, her legs wrapping tighter around Viv’s waist.
Viv barely heard her. She was completely focused—on the way Beth felt around her, on the way her own body was reacting to the pressure and stimulation. Her hand slid up Beth’s body, rougher now, finding her jaw and gripping it tight.
Beth’s breath hitched sharply at the touch, the strength of Viv’s hold making her dizzy in the best way. Viv’s fingers pressed firm against her skin, tilting her head up.
“Look at me,” Viv ordered, her voice thick, unrelenting.
Beth did, her eyes blown wide, mouth slightly parted. She felt her jaw ache under Viv’s grip, but she didn’t care—if anything, she loved it. She loved the way Viv looked at her, the way her entire body radiated control, the way she was completely, utterly lost in it.
Then—the phone started buzzing.
Beth barely registered it at first. But then it happened again. And again. A call. Then another. Then messages. The screen flashing repeatedly, vibrating against the nightstand.
Beth groaned, annoyed, and instinctively reached out.
She didn’t get the chance.
Viv caught her wrist mid-air, gripping it hard before slamming it back down against the mattress. Her other hand pressed against Beth’s hip, holding her in place, her strength nearly bruising. The sheer force of it had Beth gasping.
Viv’s voice was low, firm, leaving no room for argument.
“Don’t. Move.”
Beth froze, her entire body tightening at the command. The way Viv’s fingers pressed into her skin, the way her voice dropped to something dark, dangerous—it sent a shiver straight through her.
Her chest rose and fell rapidly, her breath unsteady.
Viv’s grip on her wrist didn’t loosen. Her hold on her hip tightened. Her entire presence was overwhelming, completely in control.
Beth swallowed, her throat dry. She couldn’t look away.
“Okay,” she whispered, voice small, breathless.
Viv smirked, finally releasing her grip—but only slightly. Her fingers trailed slowly down Beth’s thigh, teasing, before squeezing hard once more.
“You’re going to behave for me, yeah?” Viv murmured, her lips brushing along Beth’s jaw, voice still laced with something dark, possessive.
Beth exhaled shakily, nodding before catching herself. “Yes,” she corrected, voice soft, obedient.
Viv hummed in approval, pressing a lingering kiss below Beth’s ear before whispering, “That’s my girl.”
Beth’s stomach twisted, her body thrumming with anticipation.
The phone buzzed again.
Beth didn’t even think about reaching for it.
Beth’s fingers dug into Viv’s back, gripping onto her like she was the only thing keeping her grounded. Viv was losing control—Beth could feel it in every movement, in the way her breathing was uneven, in the way her grip on Beth’s jaw was firm, almost possessive. Every thrust sent shivers down Beth’s spine, the deep vibration affecting both of them, making Viv groan low in her throat.
Beth had never seen her like this, so completely consumed, so utterly lost in it. And honestly? She didn’t know if she could take much more of it.
“Viv—” Beth gasped, voice tight. “I don’t—” She let out a sharp breath, fingers tightening on Viv’s back, feeling the tension coil in her stomach. “I don’t think I can—handle much more—like this.”
Viv’s rhythm faltered for half a second before she pressed in deeper, rough, like she couldn’t stop even if she wanted to. Her grip on Beth’s waist was firm, keeping her exactly where she wanted her. Beth could feel every muscle in Viv’s body tense as she exhaled shakily, her forehead pressing against Beth’s for a fleeting moment before she spoke.
“I’m close,” Viv admitted, her voice barely more than a breath. She swallowed hard, forcing herself to slow just slightly, her fingers tracing Beth’s flushed skin. “Are you?”
Beth nodded, biting her lip. “If—” she panted, “if you let me—” her hand ghosted between them, and Viv understood immediately.
“Yes,” Viv groaned, her grip flexing, her body tightening in anticipation. “Do it.”
Beth barely needed the permission before her fingers moved, sending sparks up her spine, everything hitting her at once. Viv’s movements got rougher, more desperate, and Beth felt herself spiraling—too close, too much.
“Beth,” Viv half-groaned, half-mumbled against her shoulder, her body shaking slightly. “I need to—”
Beth clung to her tighter, pulling her in. “Me too,” she breathed. “Do it.”
Viv’s entire body trembled as she let go, Beth following her a moment later, her entire world narrowing down to Viv, to the way she held her, the way they moved together, completely in sync.
For a long moment, neither of them moved.
Viv collapsed against her, pressing soft, uneven kisses to Beth’s skin, her breath still unsteady. Beth’s fingers curled lazily into Viv’s damp hair, her own chest rising and falling just as quickly, trying to catch her breath. The weight of Viv on top of her was grounding, comforting. She felt completely spent, satisfied in a way that made her limbs feel heavy, her body still buzzing.
Viv stayed draped over Beth for a long moment, her breath still unsteady, their bodies pressed close, neither of them in any hurry to move. Beth’s fingers traced lazy patterns over Viv’s back, grounding her in the warmth between them. Eventually, Viv exhaled, shifting slightly before carefully pulling back just enough to move.
She pressed one last kiss to Beth’s shoulder before reaching down, her movements slow, deliberate, as she gently withdrew the strap from inside her. Beth sucked in a sharp breath at the sensitivity, her thighs twitching slightly. Viv caught the reaction, smoothing her palm over Beth’s hip, pressing a soft kiss to her stomach before finally removing it completely.
She sat up briefly, unfastening the harness, setting it aside before sliding back down beside Beth, tucking herself close again. Her fingers traced over Beth’s waist, grounding, gentle.
"How are you feeling?" Viv murmured, voice low, still catching her breath.
Beth hummed, her lips curling slightly, her body warm and completely spent. “Good,” she said, voice still breathy. Then, after a pause, she huffed out a small laugh. “I think I’m gonna be sore tomorrow.”
Viv pulled back slightly to look at her, brows furrowing in concern. “Was it too much?”
Beth turned her head, pressing a slow kiss to Viv’s jaw before shaking her head. “No, don’t start worrying now,” she teased. “I loved it.”
Viv still studied her for a second longer before relaxing slightly, her fingers brushing absently over Beth’s skin. “Where?” she asked, tilting her head slightly.
Beth smirked, her hand lifting to trail along Viv’s arm before she whispered, “There.”
Viv exhaled softly, her pupils darkening slightly as she immediately understood. Her gaze flickered down, her fingers tracing slow circles over Beth’s thigh before glancing back up.
“And?” she prompted.
Beth bit her lip, feigning innocence. “My jaw too.”
Viv huffed out something between a laugh and a breath, dipping down to press kisses along Beth’s jawline, slow and deliberate, as if trying to soothe the ache she had left behind.
Her mind drifted back, replaying every rough touch, every deep thrust, every possessive grip. A shiver ran through her at the memory. “You were really aggressive,” she murmured, voice low, more to herself than anything.
Viv hummed in response, not fully awake, but she nuzzled closer into Beth’s shoulder, pressing a lazy, open-mouthed kiss to the bare skin of her arm. “You liked it,” she muttered sleepily. It wasn’t a question.
Beth smiled, exhaling softly. “I really did.” Her fingers trailed through Viv’s hair, absentminded. “Didn’t even think you could be rougher, but—” She bit her lip, shaking her head slightly. “God, you proved me wrong.”
Viv made a soft noise, somewhere between satisfaction and exhaustion, pressing another slow kiss to Beth’s skin. “Good,” she mumbled, voice thick with sleep.
Beth let her eyes drift shut for a moment, content just lying there, wrapped up in Viv’s warmth, her scent, the weight of her. But then Viv shifted slightly, half mumbling against her skin, “You should check who was calling and texting.”
Beth blinked, only now remembering the buzzing of her phone earlier. With a soft huff, she reached over to grab it from where it had been abandoned on the nightstand. Squinting slightly at the screen, she saw a missed FaceTime call from Jen, along with a handful of texts from both Jen and Steph.
Jen: Are you alive? Answer your phone.
Steph: We’re bored. Are you busy, or just ignoring us?
Jen: How’s Greece going?
Steph: Seriously, answer.
Beth smirked slightly, shaking her head as she glanced over at Viv, ready to tell her who it was. But Viv was already completely out, breathing slow and even, her arm draped over Beth’s waist, her face tucked against her shoulder.
Beth exhaled a quiet laugh to herself. She wasn’t tired. Not even a little bit. If anything, she was still too wired to sleep, her body too aware, her mind still buzzing with everything that had just happened. So, she figured she might as well entertain herself.
She pulled the sheet a little higher over her chest—just in case—before tapping the FaceTime call and bringing the phone up. It rang twice before Jen’s face appeared, Steph leaning over her shoulder in the background.
Beth squinted at the screen, the call from Jen buzzing to life. Steph popped her head into the frame beside her, her usual smirk in place.
“Hey, look who finally answered,” Jen said, her voice light but teasing. “You alive over there?”
Beth chuckled softly, sitting up a little, trying to be careful not to disturb Viv, who was still lying on her stomach next to her, her back the only part visible. “Yeah, I’m alive. Just... busy,” Beth replied, her voice quieter as she glanced down at Viv.
Steph grinned, clearly picking up on something. “Busy, huh? Did Viv get done with you already?”
Beth froze for a second, then quickly turned the phone towards Viv, giving a casual shrug. “No, she’s here,” she said, trying to keep it together. She didn’t even realize how exposed Viv was for a second, but thankfully, Viv was still on her stomach, only her back showing.
Jen raised an eyebrow, clearly trying to hide her amusement. “Seems like you two had a good time, huh?”
Beth couldn’t help but laugh softly, biting her lip. “Yeah, I’d agree with that.”
Steph’s grin widened. “So, tell us about Greece! How’s the villa? Looks amazing.”
Beth nodded, rubbing at her jaw absentmindedly. “The villa’s incredible. It’s like something out of a dream. Right on the beach, and the view is insane. I mean, it’s just perfect for us. We’ve had a blast so far.” She smiled at the memory of the view and the lazy days by the sea, but then she winced slightly as her fingers brushed over her jaw.
Steph caught the small motion, her tone shifting to concern. “Is your jaw okay?” she asked, her eyes narrowing as she studied Beth’s face.
Beth blushed, her hand faltering before she quickly cleared her throat. “Yeah, I’m fine,” she mumbled, but then added, “Viv kinda grabbed it a little too hard earlier. I think I’m just… feeling it a bit.”
Jen laughed, clearly not missing the implication. “Oh, so Viv’s got a strong grip, huh?”
Beth immediately shook her head, rushing to clarify. “Yeah she does but not in a bad way! Like, not toxic or aggressive or anything like that. It wasn’t like she was being mean or rough in a bad way, just…” She hesitated, trying to find the right words. “It was… intense? Like, I guess it was aggressive, but in a good way.” She exhaled a laugh, feeling her cheeks burn. “I actually… liked it a lot.”
The moment she said it, she realized how much she was revealing, and her face practically caught fire. “Oh my god, I need to shut up now.”
Jen and Steph were barely holding it together, both of them clearly on the verge of losing it.
Jen coughed, trying (and failing) to keep her expression neutral. “I just—” She covered her mouth for a second before lowering her hand, eyes sparkling. “I didn’t exactly think of Viv as the aggressive type.”
Beth laughed, a little breathless, her face still warm. “Yeah… she usually isn’t.” She paused for a second, then, before she could even think about stopping herself, she just… kept talking. “I mean, she’s not like that all the time. But I, uh… I bought something for us to use, and she really liked it.”
Steph raised an eyebrow, her head tilting slightly. “What do you mean, something?”
Beth blinked. And then it hit her. Oh my god. What am I doing?
She suddenly felt like she had just walked herself into the world’s biggest trap, but it was too late to backtrack now. Her brain short-circuited for a second, and then, for some reason, she kept talking.
“I mean, it was just, like… something new,” she mumbled, suddenly very interested in the bedsheets. “And I don’t know, I guess it just… did something to her, because she kind of—” She waved a hand vaguely. “—lost control with me.”
Silence.
Then, of course, Jen and Steph latched onto it instantly.
Steph’s jaw actually dropped slightly. “Wait. Lost control how?”
Beth should have stopped there. Should have laughed it off, moved on, changed the subject. But, apparently, her mouth had zero filter left.
“She was just… more intense than usual,” Beth admitted, now talking faster like she could somehow rush past the mortification. “Like, the way she was thrusting—”
She stopped mid-sentence. Eyes wide. Stomach dropping.
No. No. No.
Beth immediately slapped a hand over her mouth, as if she could physically stop any more words from coming out.
Steph and Jen both burst into laughter, barely able to breathe. Jen was actually leaning back, wiping a tear from her eye.
Beth groaned, absolutely horrified. “Nope. Nope, I take it back. I didn’t say that.” She buried her face in her hands. “Oh my god. I need to stop talking.”
Jen wheezed. “Beth, you literally just said—”
“I KNOW,” Beth whined, shaking her head furiously. “I know what I just said! And you can never, ever tell Viv I said it. Never. I mean it. I will never hear the end of it.”
Jen and Steph were completely losing it.
Steph, still catching her breath, just shook her head in disbelief. “Wow. This trip really has been fun for you, huh?”
Beth groaned again, flopping back onto the pillow dramatically. “I need to shut up forever.”
Jen smirked. “Yeah, or just keep giving us all the details.”
Beth glared at the screen. “Absolutely not.”
But then—Viv’s fingers curled slightly, her grip on Beth’s waist shifting, tightening—and suddenly, regret wasn’t the thing on Beth’s mind anymore.
Beth exhaled sharply, still very aware of the way Viv’s fingers curled around her waist, keeping her close even though she was half-asleep. Her whole body felt warm, her mind still processing everything she had just overshared.
She needed to get off this call.
“Well,” she started, clearing her throat, trying desperately to sound normal. “I should probably go. It’s, um… been a long day. And I think I need to rest.”
Jen smirked. “Oh, rest, huh?”
Beth glared at her. “Yes. Rest.”
Steph chuckled, shaking her head. “Alright, alright. We’ll let you go. Have lots of fun in Greece.”
Beth gave them both a tight-lipped smile, trying so hard not to look as flustered as she felt. “Thanks. I’ll… talk to you guys later.”
Jen winked. “Sure you will.”
Beth rolled her eyes but didn’t take the bait. She just muttered a final, “Bye,” before quickly ending the call and setting her phone down on the nightstand.
She took a deep breath, willing the heat in her face to fade, but before she could even process how utterly humiliating that conversation was, she felt Viv shift against her.
A sleepy mumble, voice low and drowsy, barely above a whisper.
“Mm… come here.”
Beth blinked, her chest tightening at the sound.
Viv’s grip on her waist flexed slightly, pulling her closer, her body warm against Beth’s side.
Beth swallowed, suddenly feeling soft all over. “Do you need something, hun?” she whispered, her voice gentle.
Viv barely stirred, her breath slow and even, but then she murmured again, voice thick with sleep.
“Lay closer, babygirl.”
Beth felt her heart stutter.
Heat coiled low in her stomach, but more than that—she felt safe, felt claimed in the quietest, most effortless way.
She let out a small, exhaled laugh, but she didn’t hesitate. She just shifted in closer, letting Viv hold her the way she clearly wanted.
“Okay, love,” Beth murmured, pressing the softest kiss to Viv’s shoulder as she settled in against her.
Viv let out a sleepy, content hum, her grip firm, her body relaxing back into Beth’s warmth.
And just like that, Beth forgot all about her mortifying call.
All she could think about was this—Viv, holding her close, calling her babygirl in that sleepy, unguarded voice.
