Unexpected

Cale looked at the brown, old ceiling in front of him. Blinking twice, he closed his eyes slowly and tried to drift off into another sleep. His eyes can't keep close as his mind is still reprocessing the information that he learned yesterday.

Even if it sounds plausible, his mind still needs some time to re-evaluate all the memories that he had until now and the new ones he just acquired. Honestly, he applauds God's reason for not giving him all of the memory or information at once, just for Cale to lose his sense of self.

Considering that he has yet to have all the pieces of information in him right now, he still needs to have a talk with the god before he leaves the house and goes to Hogwarts. With that, he thinks of the possibility that he can to have another chat with the god and immediately leads into a simple way, he need to find the book.

The book is the only thing he can think of after the "sleep." He already said that sleep can be a way to speak with that god but It's been already a day and he already have slept for 3 times, and yet nothing has come.

Cale considers that it might be because that guy ran out of strength to call him there, but can God easily be shaken by that little act? He thought they were omnipotent punks, but he guesses that's not near the truth.

With that, Cale needs to go to that book shop again. He already has an excuse, as he never got a chance to buy Ron and his' books after he passed out. That's why he-

"No."

"But mom-"

"Dear, you don't need to push yourself too hard. If you're uncomfortable in the alley, I'll just go with Ron to buy your books, so you don't need to." Mrs. Weasley reassured him with a caring smile.

'Pushing myself what?' Cale asked to himself. He seems to not understand what his mother meant, but he just nodded as he thought it was because they think he'll just be a baggage after what happened yesterday.

"I guess... But, this time, I need to go, mum. I'm sure it'll be fine. I'm accompanied by you, Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and Percy."He reasoned with having 'Six people can defeat and carry one baggage.' as a meaning.

All of them look at him. Percy, who hurriedly came home after receiving the message, is also here. He insisted that it's not because of Cale but because of the possible result of his 'trouble'.

They contemplated his decisions, but the twin acted first and grinned. They embrace him from side to side, "Mum! Don't worry, while you look at our shop, we'll babysit our Ronnikins and Mikkins and buy our books together!" Fred announces confidently with George, smiling widely.

No one believes they will do it neatly at all. However, for the first time in a blue moon, Percy agreed to the twin and assured his mom, "I'll take care of them, mom. I'll make certain that the twin does not break any walls, tear any paper, or cause Cale any headache." He said, as Molly decided, it would be alright.

"Fine. I'll take Ginny with me to look at the shop, and you'll buy what you need and go home before noon, alright?" She looked sternly at them, with them saying yes and the twins saluting at her.

"Mom, I want to go with them too!" Ginny disagreed, but Cale got into her and patted her head.

"You go with mum, Ginny, alright? She needs someone to go with her, so I think you are good enough to do it, right?" Cale said. He doesn't really want more to come with them right now.

After his remark, Ginny immediately nodded and smiled at Cale, saying, "Alright. Please come back home early."

"What are the books you need again?" Percy asked Cale and Ron as they arrived at the book shop once again. Ron gave him the letter with the list of books they needed for the first year as he let them roam around the shelves of books. The twins are there to guard them, which they are unexpectedly doing earnestly.

"Brothers, I am actually hungry right now. Can you please go to the Fibils and buy some snacks?" He asked the twins with an adorable pout.

The two looked contemplative but then nodded, telling Ron to keep an eye on him right in front of his face. Cale simply sighed, thinking they didn't want to leave the luggage unattended. He then smiled at Ron, who responded by turning his gaze away from him.

Cale simply ignored him and proceeded as planned. He skimmed through the shelves and found the shelf where he found the god's old book. He looked where it was and saw an empty space where it had been yesterday.

He sighed. 'I should ask the owner.' Cale thought as he heard a thud behind him. His legs weakened as he stumbled on Ron's shoulder. They heard a soft stutter of apology.

After getting up from his former posture, he turned around and saw a weak-looking kid who was almost the same height as him. The boy picked up the books from the ground and got up. The boy fixed his worn-out round glasses along the way.

"I'm sorry." Cale just shrugged it off as the boy said -again-.

"Be careful next time, mate." Ron said as he looked at Cale's body with an analytical gaze.

'Why is he looking at me like that?' Cale turned his gaze to the black-haired boy, thinking he had done something wrong.

"I'm fine." He said it briefly as the boy sighed in relief.

After that, another person came. But this time, instead of a petite-like person like the boy, the man is like a giant. He stands almost as tall as the tallest shelf here and has enormous hands that could easily crush Cale if they so desired.

Cale shook the horrifying thoughts away as he looked at the boy again. The boy let out an 'ah' realizing something. The boy pointed at the giant man with his hands and introduced, "He's with me." He said as they, -once again- looked at the giant man.

The said man looked baffled at first but started to speak, "'ello. I'm Hagrid, nice to 'eet yeh." The man named Hagrid said, slightly tensed. He might be worried that the boy might get into a fight right away.

"Nice to meet you too, Hagrid. Well then, we'll excuse ourselves." Cale initiated the leave without leaving even his name to the latter. He doesn't know why, but he felt something wrong about that boy. He sensed that if he got acquainted with that boy, he'd be in a lot of trouble.

"Wait! You're the Hagrid of Hogwarts! Fred always says great things about how you stop them from coming into the dark forest!" Ron exclaimed with a Hagrid grin.

"Yeh must be a Weasley then, kidd'o. It seem' 'ike we'll be gettin' 'nother troublemaker." Said Hagrid as he look at Cale again, "Whatcha name?" He asked.

Cale contemplated. He doesn't want to state his name to them, but it will come off as rude if he doesn't. He might get into a bad situation with the man that might be troublesome in the future if he didn't say so. That's why his brain took a great turn and changed his plan.

"Cale, Cale Weasley. And he's my older brother by just a few months. It is a nice day seeing you here, but our brother is waiting for us at the counter, I hope you understand. Oh, is that book, yours?" asked Cale, pointing at the old book that's on the boy's hand.

"Ah. No, it looks old, so I look at it, but there is nothing inside. The language is also unreadable; it might be from another country. My name Harry, by the way." The boy named Harry said.

"Really? Can I have that book then? I am looking for a good sketchbook for my drawings, you see." Cale stated it in a kind, confident tone. Although internally, he's panicking after hearing the name of the boy.

Harry looks into his eyes. Harry's eyes widened a little. He unconsciously handed the book to Cale, who thanked him.

'He looks cold, but he has the warmest eyes I've ever seen.' Harry, the boy, thought something that Cale will never know.

Harry smiled, not knowing that Cale internally shuddered at the latter's smiling face. although it reminds him of a certain someone. A puppy-like one. Who's that someone? Hm.. He can't remember, but he's sure it's from Cale Henituse's memory.

"Well then, we'll go off now, gotta' get more stuff for the young Harry. See yeh this year in Hogwarts." Hagrid said goodbye as they left the shop.

Ron looks at his brother in question and says, "You've never done pai-" But of course, the twin, who just arrived, interrupted with a mischievous arrival.

"Hey! Blimey, This is the hair color changing bean! It only got a few stacks there! Look! I am now Cale II!" Fred, whose hair color has been changed to an actual red, beamed.

"Hohoho! You should be good boys to me, Ronnikins, Mikkins. or you'll never get your presents from me!" George, no, Santa George said as he played with his nonexistent mustache.

"Hey! Cale said he's hungry, not bored to have charmed candies!" Ron scolded, although he also wants some. The twins clicked their tongues many times and showed the other snacks on their other arm.

"Here! I'll never forget your favorite, Cale!" Fred said as he showed Cale a slice of apple pie, wrapped in a paper, on his arms.

"Here's yours too, Ron." George gave Ron a rainbow candy that he had never seen before.

Cale looks at the pie that is now on his hands. Apple pie. He couldn't help but feel so much unpleasant and unusually random nostalgia now that he knew the truth. although most of it came out of nowhere.

All of them start to eat their own snacks. Cale, who knows it's just an apple pie, eats it happily, while Ron, who doesn't seem to get tired of his brothers' antics, gets pranked and gets a long, unicorn tail on his back.

"Bloody Hell!" He screeches as the twin starts to run.

"Oh my! Our Ronicorn suddenly revealed himself!" Fred teased as they played tag in the narrow paths of the store. Meanwhile, he looks at his youngest brother, Cale, who just looks at them unfazed. Fred smiled in a different reason as he touch his hair that was turned Red.

["Mum, Mum, who is that?"] ["Your new baby brother, Fred, George"] ["Did the Magical Goose Give Him?"] ["Chuckle* Yes, yes, dear, they gave you another brother."]

Cale's eyes subconsciously softened while looking at his brothers' tags. This type of peace, this type of family. He knew that, Cale Henituse's only dream was to live like this all his life. He knew that he was lucky to have such a doting parent, a bunch of annoying but fun siblings, and a nice life even without trying hard like his other self did (not that he knew).

He felt satisfied with such things already. He doesn't need more or less than he already has. That is why he chose to keep the peace, the peace that his other self had never fully accomplished. He just needs to scam more wizards for them to have a good, happy life.

'How pleasant that future can be.'He thought, fantasizing about his wonderful plan for the future.

'Haha, what could have gone wrong?' He smiled in satisfaction as he finished his apple pie, but then,
