Start a New Life
When he looked up, he saw nothing around him. Just trees and cheerful bird sounds. As the sun shone overhead, he felt like God was playing a joke on him. He tried to get up, but the pain in his body was preventing it. His head was spinning as he tried to lift himself off the ground.
He tries to remember what happened after the events. He doesn't know how he got here. The last thing he remembers is the death of his family and himself fainting. He's trying not to cry. He shouldn't cry but he can't, he has nothing left to lose. His mother, his little sister, everything is gone just because of some stupid "witch hunt". There is no problem with them. They are a wonderful family. They are not evil or bad, they are just blessed by God, just as he is blessed. Why didn't they kill him too, he's also a wizard, and he can do strange things. Her mother said it was a miracle from her own family.
He winced at the sudden pain in his neck. He slowly brought his hand to his neck. What he touched was like a bite mark, as if two sharp teeth had pierced his neck. He feels silly. He is dizzy and is extremely thirsty. But his thirst is something he has never tasted before like anything else. Hungry for something. He doesn't know what it is, but he's sure he'll be happy if he gets her. It slowly rises from the ground. He looks around before a scent takes over him. This fragrance is delightful. Like her deepest desire that he'll never be able to achieve. He approaches where he smells. It gets stronger with every step. With every step he gets closer to his pleasure.
The sight he sees as he approaches his target is a sight he never wants to remember again. A deer was attacked by something. It looks awfull but he can't stop himself. The blood flowing from his neck looks very eye-catching. He shouldn't do this. No. But he can't hold back any longer and jumps on the poor creature, the animal groans in pain at first, then looks at him as if thanking him for ending the pain after a while. Or this is what he wants to see, he doesn't know but he doesn't care, he just wants blood. He craves blood
