Too drunk
With a playful tug, Caitlyn found herself being led to the dance floor. The music was pounding, a rhythmic beat that seemed to sync with their heartbeats. At first, Caitlyn moved stiffly, her shyness getting the better of her. But Vi's infectious enthusiasm and reassuring smile slowly melted her shyness away.
They started dancing, their movements becoming more fluid and natural with each passing minute. Vi's hands guided Caitlyn, helping her find the rhythm, and soon they were lost in the music together.
As the night deepened, the space between them diminished. Their bodies moved in harmony, drawing closer with each beat of the music. Caitlyn's initial shyness transformed into a confidence, and Vi couldn't help but feel a sense of happiness and affection for her.
They danced with wildly, their bodies moving in perfect harmony. Their hands found each other, fingers intertwining as they moved closer, their faces just inches apart.
The light illuminated their faces, highlighting the shared excitement in their eyes. They danced with a passion that was both intense and intimate, completely lost in the moment and too drunk to think. The music swelled, and their movements became more intense, their bodies reacting instinctively to the changing tempo.
As the music reached its peak, they drew even closer, their breaths mingling in the intimate space between them. The world around them seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them, lost in their own bubble.
In a moment of pure connection, Caitlyn met Vi’s lips on a kiss that was both tender and electrifying. Time seemed to stand still as they shared this moment, their hearts beating in unison. Caitlyn pulled away fast “oh no, Vi I’m sorry I didn’t mean to do that it’s the alcohol I promise.” Caitlyn started apologizing. Vi smile and pulled Caitlyn closer “don’t worry princess, no need to apologize” Vi started kissing Caitlyn again. They both melted onto the kiss and kept dancing and laughing all night.
They were both too tired and drunk to head back to their rooms so they decided to sleep at the bar’s basement.
Caitlyn woke up to find herself laying on top of Vi on the old couch making her smile. Vi was still asleep and Caitlyn’s head hurt so she just decided to fall to sleep again. Caitlyn woke up again at the the feeling of a hand brushing her hair. “Good morning cupcake” said Vi. Caitlyn stood up slowly feeling a bit dizzy. “Good morning” she replied back.
They both got up slowly and got ready to head back to their rooms. On their way out they saw Isha and Jinx playing with the toys Caitlyn and Vi had given her. “Morning sis, morning Caitlyn, had fun last night?” Jinx smirked. She saw what had happened “Good morning Powder. Good morning Isha, Caitlyn wait for me here I’ll bring us some tea to help with the headache.” Caitlyn nodded and sat down and laid her head on the table.
She felt Powder sit next to her. “You know, I’ve never seen my sister this happy.” Caitlyn raised her head. “Since we lost our parents, well she would always be mad and grumpy. I haven’t seen her smile like that in a while you know. And I think you’re the reason, I thinks she likes you. Promise me that’ll you’ll not break her heart, I don’t want to see her cry.” Caitlyn smiled softly “I promise.”
“What promise?” Asked Vi with two cups of juice, one for Isha and Jinx and two cups of warm tea for her and Caitlyn. “Oh nothing don’t worry about” replied Jinx taking the juice. Caitlyn thanked Vi for the tea and they sat together. “Jayce will be coming back tomorrow morning, we should head back and start packing up.” Yeah you’re right let’s go” they both got up and Vi gathered the cups to take them to the kitchen.
Before leaving they visited Vander at his office. “Dad, I’m leaving tomorrow morning but I’ll try to come back soon.” Vander hugged Vi tightly “alright be careful” he then headed towards to Caitlyn and gave a firm handshake “thank you for coming here lady Kiramman, it was nice to meet you, I hope you come back soon.” Shaking Vander’s, Caitlyn replied “it was lovely to meet you too, I do hope to come back soon too.” Vander gave one last hug to Vi and they headed down.
Before leaving, Jinx hugged Vi tightly and made her promise that she would take care of herself. Jinx let go of the hug and headed to hug Caitlyn. “Please take care of her.”she whispered “I will Jinx, I promise.” Caitlyn whispered back. They let go of each other and Isha handed a piece of paper to Caitlyn. It was a drawing of her with a bow. “This is me?” Isha nodded. “It’s beautiful, thank you.” Isha hugged Caitlyn’s leg melting Caitlyn’s heart. She kneeled to hug Isha properly and then left.
Once they arrived at their rooms they packed their stuff ready for the next morning.
Next morning arrived and they headed to the meeting point to meet with Jayce. Vi was back in her usual armor and Caitlyn with more royal clothes. Once Jayce arrived he hugged Caitlyn and shook Vi’s hand.
“How was the vacation?” Jayce asked Caitlyn “it was actually very fun and enjoyable. Way better than Piltover.” “Really?” “Yes, we should go together one day. How was your trip?” “It was alright just very tired.”
They arrived at the castle and Jayce left to his own home. Vi and Caitlyn headed inside Vi again two steps behind her. On the way to her bedroom she found her father waiting for her. “Caitlyn welcome back darling.” he said hugging her. “Thank you father.” “How was your trip” Caitlyn glanced at Vi, “it was very fun. I hope you don’t mind but I’ll excuse myself I’m very tired.” “Ah yes go ahead.” Caitlyn nodded and headed to her room with Vi behind her.
Before Caitlyn closed her door, Vi asked “can we talk?” “Yeah come in.” Vi entered Caitlyn’s room and closed the door behind her. “Hey so about last night at the bar” Vi paused “I was wondering if the kiss-” Vi was interrupted by Caitlyn pulling her and kissing her softly. “If the kiss what?” Vi smiled “If the kiss meant something to you” “ well here’s your answer” Caitlyn pulled Vi again kissing her. Vi held her Caitlyn’s waist and she held Vi’s neck deepening the kiss. The separated to catch their breath. They started giggling and started kissing again.
They were interrupted by a knock on the door. They quickly let go of each other. “Caitlyn you there?” “Yes come in.” Jayce opened the door “Oh I didn’t know you were busy, should I leave?” “No Jayce don’t worry about it, what is it?” “Um… your lips color is messed up.” “Oh!” Caitlyn started cleaning her lips with her hands. “You also got some on you Vi.” Vi turned her face away and started wiping it with her hands. “You forgot you luggage, here.” Vi grabbed the luggage. “Alright then I’ll see you later.” As soon as Jayce closed the door they both started laughing at the embarrassment. “Come here” Caitlyn said grabbing a piece of cloth and started wiping Vi’s lips.
One month later, Vi and Caitlyn had officially started dating. Vi would occasionally bring Caitlyn a flower or a letter. Those small things made Caitlyn wonder if that strange feeling was… love? Had she fallen in love with her appointed knight?
Caitlyn and Vi were horse riding one morning together. They were heading towards the open field to spend some time together when they were reached by a Piltover soldier. “Your highness you must return to the castle immediately.” “What? Why?” “Its the queen” “my mother? What happened with my mother” the soldier hesitated “she has.. she has been murdered” “What?!”
