Part I
Remus
Sirius
James
Regulus
Those are the four main characters with the most POVs each. If there are others, I'll just say Lily: ... or something similar.

You'd better, after that suspenseful conversation
James clicks his phone off and pockets it. What was up with Remus? He makes his way up to Gryffindor Tower, muttering the password to the Fat Lady before quickly walking to the dorm, where he sees Remus starfished on his bed.
"Moony? I thought the full was two weeks ago. You still hurting?"
"What?" He sits up, leaning back on his forearms. "No, nothing like that. I'm just... I'm an idiot."
"Remus, that isn't true. You know that. You're the smartest of all of us."
"Nah, that's Sirius if he actually gave a damn about his work," Remus says, rather wistfully if James had to label it.
"Then what's wrong?"
"I- come look." Remus throws something from beside him further down the bed, closer to James. A book, James realizes helpfully. He flips open the front cover.
Property of: Sirius Black
A diary. Sirius' diary. James didn't know Sirius had a diary, let alone hidden somewhere someone could find it.
"I found it under his bed," Remus says as though reading James' mind. James raises an eyebrow in an unasked question. "I dropped my chocolate! I had to get it. And I... saw the book. Look, I'm not proud of picking it up, or reading it, but there's something in there that's very important."
"What?" James asks nervously.
"Something about this summer. James..." James wants to open the book, oh he wants to open it. But he can't. He can't invade Sirius' privacy like that. If it was something important, he'll tell James. "James, he- his parents-" James looks up sharply.
"What?" His voice is desperate, hands shaking. "What's happened? Moony, you have to tell me. Please."
"James, he's... he's been disowned.
