The Next day he woke up disappointed that nothing was a dream and he indeed was in the dungeons with the other slytherins. He woke up and after taking a shower got ready and put his Uniform and walked out of the bedroom with Snape and Avery to found Greda waiting for him,
“Morning darling” she greeted
Sirius was stunned but then quickly remebering that this girl was his bethroed and rolled his eyes internally.
“Morning uh “darling” waiting for me” he asked sarcastically
“Yes” the girl smiled and nodded oblivious to the Sarcasm dripping from his mouth.
“Well go on, I will see you in class” Sirius said to his companions who just nodded and were on their way to class
“They paired me with that Mudblood Evans” she was complaining to him about her prefect duty.
“Dont tell those words in front of me” he sneered at her finally losing his patience at people using the words
“What” she asked shocked
“Nothing, just leave it alone alright” he asked
They just walked alone without saying a word
“Look, Black and his little wifey” A Voice sounded behind them
He turned around and again felt his heart break at James Remus Peter chuckling
“I would watch it over if you are Potter, the dark lord doesn’t like Blood traitors” Greda mocked James
“Voldy can kiss my ass for all I care” he said mocking her
“Greda grew red in her face and it took all of Sirius will not to Laugh at the Remark, classic james
“Not defending your wifey Black” he taunted Sirius
“Leave it Jam. Pad. Er Potter” He said weakly
“But we cant leave Snakes alone especially those who hang with that creep snevillus little death eaters” He sneered
“Let us go Greda” he said just grabbing her hands
While James Remus and Peter all crackled at laughter
“Whats your problem Sirius” Greda yelled at him, “First you don’t allow me to use that word then you defend Blood tratiors, Mommy dearest wont be proud now wont she” She sneered
“Leave my mother alone Greda, I am just not in the modd alright, I will deal with Potter in my own way alright” he just argued
They went to the Defense against the dark arts class which they shared with the Gryffindor
Professor Alan Barne was the 5th Defense against the Dark Arts teacher even in his Original Dimension.
A Middle Aged Man who met his end at the hands of death eaters for being a Muggleborn,
“Welcome class” he announced , “Hope the Holidays were worthwhile” he continued
“Today we will be studying werewolves” he announced
Sirius immediately looked at Remus who had a sullen look on his face.
“Lycanthropy as it is called is the condition which makes an Individual turn into a werewold during full moon, they turn into werewolf,” he announced
“Explains why that Lupin disappears during full Moon” Snape said to Sirius
Anger soared through Sirius and he wanted to cause Snape serious harm but said nothing and just focussed on the class
Suddenly Lily hand went up
“Yes Ms Evans” Professor Barne asked
“Professor it is true that they arent a danger to animals?” she asked
“Yes Ms.Evans, fantastic question, 5 Points to Gryffindor” he said before continuing “Yes, to answer your question Ms.Evans they don’t pose any danger to other animals” he declared
Sirius wanted to chuckle, they had disovered that by the end of the Second year and spent nearly 3 Years in becoming an Animagus after all and his mind wandered to the day he finally became one
Original Dimension, 1975 October 3
Fifth Year Boys Dormitory, Gryffindor House :
The Four Maruaders were just spralled across Remus’s Bed
“This is insane” James said looking up from the Book about Animagus he was reading
“I have been reading this Book even during the holidays and still couldn’t find out the final ingredent needed to make the transfiguration” he moaned
“Maybe you should focussed this much on your Exam James” Remus said laughing
“Touchee Remus” James snickered
“Well it isnt be any difficult anyway” Sirius announced
“Yeah why don’t you try to trasnform then” James asked laughing
“What like this” Sirius asked and focussing his mind to trasnform
Suddnly he felt the change, his hands and legs began to change and suddenly he turned into a big black dog
“What that’s unfair, how did he trasnform before me” James moaned
Sirius just trasnformed back
“Tough Luck James” he said laughin ruffling James Hair
Back up you dog” James said laughing
“But seriously how, I was the one who came up with the idea” James whined
It took few weeks before James turned into a Stag and nearly christmas for Peter to turn into a Rat and together they went on many adventured.
PRESENT:
Sirius came out of his stance and was focusing on What the Professor said
“I want the Essay by weekend” He announced as he allowed the class to leave
Soon Sirius walked along with the Rest of the Slytherin to their next class which was Hebiology with the Ravenclaws
But suddenly he tripped and fell and turned to see James over him laughing
The rest of the Slytheirns just glarred at him
But Sirius just walked over the class
“Such a git that Potter boy wont leave my Lily alone” Snape said
Sirius wanted to laugh. “Her”
So Snape had loved her after all.
“He is just a fool” Avery agreed
They said nothing just walking to class together.
The Herbiology class went as well with the Ravenclaws and Slytherins keeping to themselves and not saying much as Sptout was explaining about some Plants which will come in their O.W.L.S.
It was over and soon they went to their Common Room
He was sitting in a chair by the fire when Regulus suddenly came over to him
“Heard the Stupid Potter tripped you” he asked
“Its nothing really” Siirus argued back
“He is just a bully you know” Regulus argued
“Leave it Reggie it is my job to worry for you” Sirius said just ruffling his hair while Regulus laughed.
“Come on let us go to Lunch” he said and soon they went to the Table to eat
Soon plenty of Owls came over delivering news
A Letter to Regulus came
“Who is it from” Sirius asked his eyes sighting the Black family crest on the letter
“Mother” Regulus answered
“Well read it” Sirius said
Regulus skimmed over it and handed to Sirius groaning
Sirius looked at it
Dear Regulus,
With your Brother being Bethroed already you until the end of the Year to find a Respectible Pure Blood Slytherin wife or we will look into the matter,
Mother,
Sirius just laughed at it
“Dont laugh” Regulus moaned
“How come she never gave the option to choose” Sirius complained
“You are the heir, I am just the spare” Regulus said and Sirius felt pain at his brothers word
“You are always important to me Reggie, don’t care what Mother says” Sirius said
Soon as Lunch ended Sirius just wandered over when he came to the Trophy room and surprised to find James and the others
“Black, what are you doing her” James asked
“Could ask you the same” he retorted back
“Are you gonna complain back to Filch” Remus asked
“Nah, whats the fun in that” Sirius replied
“Then what do you want” James asked
“Well for starters I want to take part in what you were doing” he said laughing
“What no way” James yelled
“Enjoy filch then” he smirked
”Fine Black” James replied defeated
And that was how Sirius finally felt at home for the first time in their Alternate dimension and for the first time he had a smile on his face as he changed into his pajamas and slept.
