goodbyes
''I'll miss you so fucking much Remus" Sirius says hugging moony on the train station.
"I'll see you in two weeks Pads it's gonna be fine " Remus assured him still holding on to him.
"You have to let go of me then" Sirius whispers and laughs lightly.
Remus let him go and they just stare at each other for a while not really caring about what James or Peter were doing or the girls.
"Bye Moony" Peter interrupted them and him and Remus hugged, James got a hug from Remus too.
"Where's Reggie ?" Sirius asked when he noticed he's nowhere to be seen and Sirius kind of expected him to be here since he and James are friends. But he wasn't here. He propably left already.
"Right here" Regulus appeared beside them.
"I thought you left already" Sirius whispered trying not to sound so sad about it

"Well I didn't- wanted to say bye- to James mostly no offence " He looked over to every one of them.
"Well I gotta go- see you after summer Regulus" Remus said and they all waved him until he got lost in the crowd.
Then they just stood there looking at each other silently.
"can I talk to you for a minute Pads?" Peter says and drags Sirius out of the way so Regulus and James stays alone.
"Thank god - I thought they are gonna stand here and wait for you the entire time " Regulus laughed.
"Yeah thank to Pete -I think he knows that something is up between us " James says unsurely because they never really talked about the others.
"You haven't told them ?" Regulus sounded surprised about it.
"You thought I did ?" James looked at him with disbelieve in his eyes.
"Yeah I mean not my brother he wouldn't forgive you for snogging me " Regulus laughed and James was a little confused, he thought that this was like a secret, that he was supposed not to tell anyone.
"I didn't tell anyone actually I thought you wouldn't want me to " James murmured.
"Oh - I - I told Barty and Evan if that's okay " Regulus said looking slightly unsure.
"Yeah yeah of course it is ,it's sweet you know " James said blushing a little bit . He didn't expect Regulus to talk about him with his friends. Not in this way.
"Shut up " Regulus whispered smiling.
"Can I touch you ? Just a hug ?" James asks gently and Regulus nodded. James put his arms around Regulus's waist and Regulus buried his head to James's chest. He could hear his heartbeat, it made him feel so fucking miserable that he won't see him the whole summer.
He planned a little trip actually.
His parents should be gone for a week in August and Regulus will be home on his own, well Kreacher will be there but he won't mind if Regulus tells him he's visiting a friends, he won't obviously mention that the friend is James fucking Potter but yeah it would not be that weird if he left. He was allowed to have friends.
The only issue was Sirius, he wouldn't exactly mind his presence but it would be pretty weird so Regulus came to the conclusion that he should not come.
He regret even thinking about it in the first place because it gave him hope but it wasn't good since he knew it won't really be a thing.
But then-
"Is there a chance you could visit at least ? My mom asked about you and I sort of told her that we are friends now and she would really like to get to know you and my dad was even more excited about that idea, but of course if you can't it's fine I won't be forcing you that idea as I was before" James said suddenly and Regulus's cheeks went red, did he just read his mind ?
"I - I actually can visit the first week of August ? Is that okay ?" Regulus asked and James stared at him amused.
"Oh my god you really can make it ! Yeah- yeah August is fine, wait I'll gave you the address" James started looking for a piece of paper but Regulus stopped him.
"Don't tell me I don't think it's a good idea to carry that with me or in my mind either just write me a letter but make sure it won't arrive sooner than the first of August, I'll come right when it arrives " Regulus said and James smiled, it sounded so poetic. The thought that Regulus has to hide the things he keeps in his mind made James feel so uncomfortable.
He was holding to Regulus and didn't plan to let go of him.
He couldn't bear the thought of letting Regulus go to them, to his parents, to Lucius and everyone in there ..
They hugged for a little longer and then they just stand there, looking at each other. It was intense and Regulus started to feel pretty uncomfortable.
He tried to look in James's eyes as long as possible but he couldn't, even though he really wanted to because he knew that he'll miss those eyes so much in the month.
He looked away and he felt so much better, he felt like he was looking at James the whole time and then he started to feel like fainting, it went away when he looked at the leaving train.
"I'm sorry" he whispered and looked at him again.
"what for ?" James asks confused.
"never mind I just- enjoy the summer will you ?" Regulus said and Sirius and Peter were getting back.
"I'll enjoy it with you when you arrive, take care okay ? Remember that I can be your back up plan okay? You can always come to my house. You're welcomed there" Sirius didn't say anything about it but he didn't resist either.
James went to say hi to Pete and Pete left and James.. James let the Black brothers have a talk.
"So - take care ?" Sirius says unsurely, the only thing Sirius could think about is getting drunk, not alone, getting drunk wit Regulus.
The only time they talked like a normal people without all the charade around it was when they were drunk .
"I'll stop by at the Potters in August" Regulus informed him.
"Good, You'll like it, Effie likes you already" Sirius murmured.
"Goodbye Sirius" Regulus said quietly as he walked away.
"Regulus left ?" James asked and Sirius nodded sadly .
"He'll come in August to visit " James says happily , " I know he just told me " Sirius replied.
"Come on Sirius it's gonna be amazing summer !" James shouted happily as he took Sirius's hand and they ran together through all the people.
