Talking rules so I remember :
Ginger: More reserved and mature, uses hmm, smarter than Cosmo but can't read emotions. Likes physical touch.
Sprout: more outgoing than Cosmo, uses mhm, athletic and optimistic. Likes. Often plays with Ginger's hair when he's bored.
Cosmo: Shy, but easily excited. Uses umm Or mhm. Calls Sprout bro, and is usually called Cos Or Cossy by other toons. Introverted.
Glisten: Insecure but hides it, flirty and zesty to everyone except his crush (boxten) to which he is shy. Likes talking.
Boxten: Nerdy, and likes doing machines. Uses umm, has a crush on Poppy. Sticks his tongue out while thinking.
Shelly: Easily excited, talks alot uses uhhh (Dinosaurs go Rawr Rawr) Taps her foot when thinking.
Tisha: Mature, and is a clean freaks has beaf with Vee uses mmm, rubs her hand when she's happy.
Rodger: Mature, detective-like, uses ermm, usually takes Toodles with him when he's working. Blushes easily.
Teagan: Mature, polite but not kind since she works with Dandy to collect tapes. Uses hmm. GIMME TAPES
Shrimpo: Hates everyone, yells a lot, softer to Teagan. Stomps on the ground when angry.
Vee: Hard to get along with, has beef with Tisha, Scraps, uses ehhh. Sarcastic and sassy. Afraid of water.
Brightney: Nerdy, and hyperfixates like Shelly. But isn't as attached/clingy, uses umm. Accidentally makes Vee jealous by hanging out with Connie. Her mood can be indicated by her light.
Connie: Sly, and enjoys making Vee angry/jealous by hanging out with Brightney. Accidentally falls in love with Brightney. Slow as hell with her 1 star movement speed.
Poppy: Talks loud, and is confident which boxten likes about her, uses mhm. Easily scared.
Goob: Dumb and gave all his brain cells to Scraps, uses ummm. Has the reaction time of a snail.
Scarps: Has beef with Vee since Vee always calls Goob a dummy, uses Ehh. Pretty much a caretaker to Goob, protective. Jumpy.
Rudie: Loves Christmas, and is like Shelly but for Christmas. Uses Uhhh. LOVED CHRISTMAS
Bobbete: Usually works with Dandy to sell stuff and trinkets, is polite and kind. Uses Hmm.
Coal: Arf Bworf Grrr..
Pebble: Arf Arf Arf!
Astro: The only toon that is friends with Dandy, calm and reserved. Easily scared.
Dandy: Hated by all toons, Teagan hates him also but she hides it well. He loves tapes, and being happy.
