Chapter 6

Luna's mood is bad too. Today Harry is going to meet Ginny to help her with some work. Also they have a little fight last night

Rolf "You know Luna, you're looking very beautiful today. That dress really brings out your eyes."

Luna rolls her eyes "Don't start, Rolf. I'm not in the mood for your sly flirting today."

Rolf "What? I'm just giving you a compliment. Is that so bad?"

Luna Compliments are fine, Rolf. But you always have an ulterior motive. You can't just say something nice without expecting something in return."

Rolf smirks "Well, maybe I do have an ulterior motive. I was hoping you'd come out with me tonight. We could go stargazing like old times."

Luna gets angry "No, Rolf. I'm not going out with you. Not tonight, not ever. You need to stop with the sly flirting and accept that I'm with Harry now."

Rolf says apologetically "Luna, I really am sorry. I never meant to hurt you or make you feel uncomfortable "

Luna shakes her head looking at her lap "No, I'm sorry I shouldn't have snapped at you like that "

Rolf sighs " you know there is this local Cafe nearby. We should go there and check it out after work. Please Luna don't say no " Rolf says almost pleading

Luna hesitantly nodded "okay "

Luna sat in the cafe, her fingers tapping on the table as she waited for Rolf to come back from ordering their drinks. She was still seething from the fight with Harry the previous night

She didn't even know why she had agreed to come here with him. She knew that Rolf had feelings for her, but she had never encouraged him. Luna couldn't help but feel like she was leading him on by agreeing to go to the café with him. But only because she needed someone to talk to, and Rolf was always a good listener. But she knew that telling him about her problems with Harry was a bad idea.

"Here you go," Rolf said, setting a steaming cup of coffee in front of her. "What's on your mind, Luna?"

I'm sorry, Rolf," Luna said, looking down at her hands. "I didn't mean to snap at you earlier. It's just that I'm having a really hard time right now."

Rolf reached across the table and took Luna's hand. "It's okay, Luna. I understand. You can talk to me about anything."

Luna sighed, not meeting Rolf's gaze. "It's just...Harry and I had a fight last night."

"About what?" Rolf asked, his brow furrowing in concern.

"It's stupid," Luna said, shaking her head. "But he's been spending a lot of time with Ginny lately, and I just...I don't know, I feel like he's more interested in her than he is in me."

Rolf leaned forward, his hand reaching across the table to take hers. His voice is low and sympathetic. "I know it's not easy, Luna. Especially when you have a history with someone. When Ginny and Harry shared so many firsts together. It's hard to move on from that kind of bond. I've seen so many guys who can't move on from their first love. It's like they're stuck in the past, and they can't see what's right in front of them. I just don't want you to get hurt if Harry is like that."

Luna felt a knot form in her stomach, her insecurities about Harry and his past with Ginny resurfacing once again. She couldn't help but feel like she was constantly competing with Harry's ex-girlfriend, and the thought of losing him to her was too much to bear

Luna didn't want to believe Rolf's words, but her doubts and fears were still there, gnawing at her from the inside. She knew she shouldn't let her insecurities get the best of her, but it was easier said than done.

Rolf noticed Luna's discomfort and leaned back, giving her some space. "I'm sorry, Luna. I didn't mean to upset you. I just want you to be happy, and I know how much Harry means to you."

Luna forced a small smile, They sat in silence for a few moments before Rolf spoke up. "Luna, I know that I'm not Harry, But I care about you, and I want to be here for you. Even if all I can do is listen."

Luna looked up at Rolf, and for a moment, she saw something in his eyes that she had never seen before. It was a look of pure love and devotion, and it took her breath away.

"Thank you, Rolf," Luna said, tears streaming down her face. "That means more to me than you can ever know."

They sat in the café for hours, talking about everything and nothing. Luna didn't know what she would do without Rolf. He had become her lifeline, her confidant, and her friend.

………..

Harry noticed that Luna had been acting strange ever since he had come back from his work at the Ministry. She hadn't greeted him with her usual warm hug and had been distant during dinner. Harry couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. He loved Luna dearly and it hurt him to see her like this.

As they lay in bed, Harry wrapped his arm around Luna's waist, hoping to pull her closer to him.

Luna stiffened as Harry's arm wrapped around her waist. She could feel his warm breath on her neck and it made her skin crawl. She pulled away from him, creating a distance between them.

Harry looked hurt and confused. "What's wrong, Luna? Are you still angry about last night?"

Luna turned to face him, her expression cold and distant. "No, Harry. I'm not angry. I'm just tired."

"Tired? Is everything okay at work?"

Luna nodded, avoiding his gaze. "Work is fine. I'm just tired."

Harry frowned, sensing that something was off. "Luna, please talk to me. I want to help."

Luna sighed, running a hand through her hair. "It's not something you can help with, Harry."

"Try me," he said softly, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"It's just that... I don't know," she finally said, her voice trailing off.

Harry frowned. "What do you mean? You can tell me anything, Luna."

"I just... I don't know if I can trust you," Luna said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Harry's eyes widened in surprise. "What do you mean? Of course, you can trust me."

"It's just that... you and Ginny," Luna said, her voice cracking. "I don't know what's going on between you two."

"Luna, Ginny and I are just friends," Harry said firmly. "I promise you, there's nothing more than that."

"But you went to meet her, and you're always texting her," Luna pointed out, her voice rising.

"That's because she's my friend, Luna," Harry said, his tone starting to get defensive. "I can't just cut her out of my life."

"I know that, Harry," Luna said, her voice softening. "But it's just that... I feel like there's something you're not telling me."

"There's nothing I'm not telling you," Harry said, frustration creeping into his voice.

Luna knew she was being paranoid, but she couldn't help it. Luna took a deep breath. "It's just...I know you and Ginny have a history. It's...just I wish I was your first Harry "

Harry's heart sank as Luna's words hit him like a ton of bricks. He had no idea that she was feeling this way. He reached out to take her hand, but she pulled away.

"Luna, I had no idea that you felt this way. Ginny and I were young and foolish back then, and we made mistakes. I love you now, and I want to be with you."

"I know that, Harry," Luna replied, her voice low and barely audible. "But it's hard to forget that Ginny was your first. That you shared something special and tender together."

Harry sighed, feeling helpless. "I understand that, Luna. But you are my present and future. I want to be with you and share everything with you. You are my love, my partner, my soulmate."

Luna looked away, tears welling up in her eyes. "But what about those firsts, Harry? Those raw moments of passion and love that you shared with Ginny. How can I ever compete with that?"

Harry shook his head, feeling frustrated. "Luna, it's not a competition. Ginny and I were kids when we were together. We didn't know what we were doing. We were just figuring things out as we went along. But with you, it's different. We are both grown-ups now, and we know what we want. And what I want is to be with you."

Harry felt his heart drop as it hit him like a ton of bricks. He knew that Luna had been feeling insecure ever since Ginny had entered their lives again, but he never thought that it would be this bad.

" Luna, I’m sorry,” Harry said, reaching out to take her hand. “I know that what Ginny and I had was special, but that doesn’t mean that what we have isn’t special too. I love you, Luna.”

Luna pulled her hand away from Harry’s grasp, her eyes filled with tears. “But you can’t deny that what you and Ginny had was special,” she said softly. “You were each other’s first everything, and I’ll never be able to replace that.”

Harry’s heart ached as he looked at Luna, wishing he could take away her pain. “Luna, I love you,” he repeated. “What Ginny and I had is in the past. It doesn’t mean anything compared to what I feel for you.”

“But it does,” Luna insisted, her voice growing more desperate. “It means everything. You can’t just erase your past, Harry. You can’t just forget about your first love.”

Harry felt a wave of frustration wash over him. “I’m not trying to forget about Ginny, Luna,” he said firmly. “But she’s not the love of my life anymore. You are. You’re the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.”

Luna’s expression softened slightly, but Harry could still see the pain in her eyes. “I just wish…” she trailed off, her voice breaking.

“What, Luna?” Harry asked gently.

“I just wish that I was your first,” Luna whispered. “That we could have had those firsts together. That I could have been the one to experience all of those things with you for the first time.”

Harry felt a lump form in his throat as he looked at Luna, seeing the raw pain in her eyes. He wanted nothing more than to make it go away.

“I wish that too, Luna,” Harry said softly. “But it doesn’t change the way I feel about you. I love you more than anything in this world, and I always will.”

Harry reached out to take Luna into his arms, holding her tightly. Luna tries to pull away but Harry doesn't let her. He knew that their road ahead was going to be difficult, but he was determined to do everything in his power to show Luna just how much she meant to him.

……..

Harry had never seen Luna like this before. She was usually so bubbly and full of life, but now she seemed distant and negative. He had been trying to make things right between them ever since their fight the previous night, but Luna was not making it easy for him.

As they sat down for breakfast, Harry leaned in to kiss Luna on the lips, but she turned her face and he ended up kissing her cheek instead. He could feel the tension in the air as he asked if she was still upset about their argument.

Luna sighed and looked away, her eyes filling with tears. "I just can't help how I feel, Harry," she said softly. "It's like no matter how hard I try, I'll never be able to compare to Ginny. I'll always be second best."

Harry reached out to take her hand, but she pulled away. "Luna, that's not true. You're not second best. You're my girlfriend and I love you."

Luna shook her head. "It doesn't matter, Harry. I know that you and Ginny shared something special. Something that I can never have with you. And it's not just that you were each other's firsts. It's that you were each other's everything. You were each other's best friends, confidantes, lovers. I just feel like I can't compete with that."

Harry looked at her, his heart breaking. "Luna, I know that I had something special with Ginny, but that's over. We broke up, and we're just friends now. You're the one I want to be with. You're the one I love."

Harry let out a frustrated sigh as Luna pulled away from his kiss. "What's wrong with you, Luna?" he asked, his tone harsher than he intended.

Luna looked up at him, her eyes filled with hurt and anger. "What's wrong with me?" she repeated, her voice shaking. "What's wrong with you, Harry? You don't understand what it's like to compete with someone who's already had everything with you."

Harry furrowed his brow. "I'm not competing with anyone, Luna. I love you and only you. I've tried to explain this to you so many times, but you just won't listen."

Luna scoffed. "Of course, you're not competing. I'm just second best. No matter what you say, I'll always feel like that."

Harry shook his head, frustration building inside of him. "You're not second best, Luna. You're my first choice, my only choice. I don't understand why you can't see that."

"Because it's not true!" Luna cried out, her voice rising. "Everyone always reminds me that I'm not the one you were with first. That I can never be enough, never compete with what you and Ginny had."

Harry leaned forward, his hands clenched into fists. "Who's been telling you that?" he demanded, his tone sharp.

Luna looked down, her voice barely above a whisper. "Everyone, Harry. Everyone who knows about you and Ginny. They all see me as just the girl who came after her."

Harry felt a pang of guilt in his chest. He knew that his past with Ginny was always going to be a part of his life, but he didn't realize how much it was affecting Luna. "I'm sorry, Luna," he said softly. "I never meant to make you feel that way. I just want you to know that I love you, and nothing else matters to me."

Luna looked up at him, tears streaming down her face. "But it matters to me, Harry," she whispered. "That I'll always be second best in your heart."

Harry's heart broke at the sight of Luna's tears. He reached out and cupped her face in his hands, forcing her to look at him. "Luna, you're not second best," he said firmly. "You're the only one for me. I don't want anyone else but you. Can't you see that?"

Luna shook her head, her tears continuing to fall. "I don't know, Harry. I want to believe you, but it's just so hard when everyone reminds me of what I'm not."

Harry sighed, feeling helpless. He didn't know what else he could say to make Luna see how much she meant to him. "I don't know what to do, Luna," he said softly. "I just want you to trust me and believe me when I say that I love you. Can you do that?"

But Luna doesn't answer him.

" I do understand, Luna," Harry said, his voice growing more frustrated. "I know what it's like to feel like you're not enough. I've felt that way my whole life. But you have to believe me when I say that you are more than enough for me. I love you, Luna."

Luna's expression softened slightly, but she still seemed guarded. "It's not just about you, Harry. It's about everyone else too. They all know that I'm second best. That I'll never be as important to you as Ginny was."

Harry felt a surge of anger rise in him. "Who cares what they think, Luna? It's just us, you and me. Why can't you see that?"

Luna shook her head, her eyes glinting with tears. "I wish it were that simple, Harry. But it's not. I can't just turn off my insecurities and pretend like everything is okay."

Harry ran a hand through his hair, feeling helpless. He didn't know how to make Luna see that she was the only one who mattered to him. That he didn't care what anyone else thought.

"I don't know what else to say, Luna," Harry said, his voice low. "I love you and I'll keep trying to make this right, but I can't do it alone. You have to meet me halfway."

Luna looked away, her expression guarded. "I don't know if I can, Harry. This is just too much for me to handle."

Harry felt a surge of frustration and hurt. He had been trying so hard to make things right between them, but Luna just seemed to be pushing him away. He didn't know what to do. "Okay let's talk about this later, when we are both little bit calm "

……….

Luna sighed as she sat at her desk flipping through pages of files .She had been feeling down all day, ever since her fight with Harry that morning. Luna knew that she had overreacted, but she just couldn't help the way she was feeling. She will say sorry to Harry once she returns home.

Rolf noticed Luna's sadness and came over to her desk. "Hey Luna, what's wrong? You look upset."

Luna looked up at Rolf and forced a smile. "Oh, it's nothing. Just a little argument with Harry this morning."

Rolf furrowed his brows. "What kind of argument?"

Luna sighed. "It's silly, really. I just got a little jealous when Harry talked about his first time with Ginny."

Rolf raised his eyebrows. "Ah, I see. Well, Luna, you shouldn't feel bad about that. It's natural to feel a little insecure sometimes."

Luna looked at Rolf, grateful for his understanding. "Thanks, Rolf. It's just hard sometimes. I wish Harry understood how I feel."

Rolf nods sympathetically. "I know, Luna. But sometimes people are blind to what's right in front of them. It's not your fault. Harry is just like every other guy. But you, you're different. You're special."

Luna's heart sank at Rolf's words. She knew he meant well, but his words were only making her feel worse. "Rolf, please don't say that," she said softly. "It's not fair to Harry. He loves me, and I love him. We just had a fight, but that doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate realness."

Rolf rolled his eyes. "Come on, Luna. You know Harry's type. He always goes for the popular, glamorous girls. He doesn't appreciate someone like you, someone who's truly unique and special."

Luna sighed. She knew Rolf was only trying to make her feel better, but his words were only making her feel more insecure. "I don't think that's fair. Harry loves me for who I am, and he's always been there for me. He's not like that."

Rolf scoffed. "You're just defending him because you love him. But think about it, Luna. You deserve someone who sees your worth, someone who appreciates your kindness and uniqueness. Harry may love you, but he's not the one who truly deserves you."

Luna felt a knot form in her stomach. She didn't want to believe Rolf's words, but she couldn't help but wonder if he was right. Was Harry really the right person for her? Did he truly appreciate her for who she was?

Rolf said, "I've always thought Harry was a bit foolish when it came to dating. He's always been drawn to the popular girls, the ones who wear makeup and dress in a certain way. But girls like you, the real ones, the kind and unique ones."

Luna looked up at Rolf, feeling a mixture of sadness and anger. "What do you mean?" she asked.

"Well, I mean, look at you," Rolf said, gesturing towards her. "You're so kind and genuine, and you don't care about fitting in or being popular. You're just yourself, and that's what makes you amazing. But Harry, he's never really taken the time to get to know you, has he? In the past He's too busy chasing after girls who didn't deserve him."

Luna felt her heart sink at Rolf's words. She had always thought that Harry appreciated her for who she was, but now she wasn't so sure. "Do you really think so?" she asked softly.

Rolf nodded. "I do. And if we are in the same class, I would definitely ask you out. I mean, who wouldn't want to be with someone as wonderful as you?"

"Rolf, do you really mean that?" Luna asked softly, looking up at him with a vulnerable expression.

"Of course I do, Luna," Rolf replied earnestly, taking her hand in his. "You are the most amazing person I know. People are just blind to your true worth."

Luna's heart swelled with a mixture of emotions. Part of her was grateful for Rolf's kind words and the attention he was giving her. Luna couldn't help but feel a small flutter in her stomach at Rolf's words. She had always been fond of him, and his praise was making her feel even more special. "Thank you, Rolf," she said with a small smile.

"You're welcome, Luna," Rolf said, returning her smile. "Just remember, you deserve someone who appreciates you for who you are, not for what you look like or how popular you are."

Luna nodded, feeling grateful for Rolf's words. But at the same time, she couldn't help but wonder if Harry really didn't appreciate her. Maybe Rolf was right.

…….

Luna walked into their home, and as she expected, Harry wasn't there yet. She had a long day at work and couldn't wait to get home. But to her surprise, Harry was already home, and he was in the kitchen looking for something. She didn't expect him to be home so early. Her heart was heavy, knowing that she had hurt him that morning. Luna took a deep breath and walked towards the kitchen, trying to avoid looking at Harry's face.

" Hey," Harry said softly as he turned to face Luna. Luna bit her lip nervously, feeling a knot form in her stomach.

"Hi," she murmured, her eyes flicking around the kitchen.

Harry cleared his throat. "I...uh, I came back early today. I thought we could talk, you know, sort things out, Why don't you freshen up a bit."

Luna felt her heart pounding as she walked past Harry towards the stairs. She couldn't bring herself to look at him directly, but she could feel his eyes on her as she climbed the steps to their bedroom. Once she was inside, she let out a deep sigh and leaned against the door. Why did things have to be so complicated?

Harry, on the other hand, stood in the kitchen feeling lost. He knew he had messed up with Luna, but he didn't know how to fix things. He had tried to talk to her earlier in the morning, but she had shut him down. He didn't blame her, but it hurt him to see her so distant.

Luna sank into the warm water in the bathtub and let out a deep sigh. She couldn't shake off the feeling of guilt that had been nagging her all day. It was as if she had betrayed Harry somehow, by feeling the way she did.

Rolf's words kept ringing in her head, "Harry is such a fool if Rolf is there in Hogwarts he would definitely have dated Luna because Luna is so kind, unique and amazing, whereas Harry Potter just like everyone else runs after popular girls with makeup, dress and seductive charms. He knows guys like Harry don't appreciate realness."

Was it true? Had Harry really never noticed her all those years in Hogwarts? Had he never once thought of her as anything more than a friend? The thought made her heart ache.

Luna couldn't help but think back to those lonely days in Hogwarts when she had no friends to talk to, when everyone laughed at her for her beliefs, and called her Loony. She remembered the times when she had to risk her own life to help Harry, and he had never even thanked her properly. The constant bullying and taunts she faced from her peers, the isolation and loneliness she felt, and how Harry was always too busy with his own life to notice or care. She had always thought that he was different from the others, that he would understand her and accept her for who she was, but she was wrong.

It was as if Harry had never truly seen her, as if she was invisible to him. Luna felt like she had wasted her entire youth pining after a boy who would never love her back, who would never see her for who she truly was.

Luna sinks deeper into the warm water, her thoughts consuming her completely. The pain of unrequited love was not new to her, but the thought of Harry using her as a rebound hit her harder than ever before. She had always been there for him, always by his side, but he never reciprocated her feelings. And now, when he was free from Ginny, he suddenly seemed interested in her. But Luna couldn't help but wonder if it was only temporary, that he would eventually go back to his old ways.

She remembered the time when she had given Harry a handmade gift on his birthday, pouring her heart and soul into it, only to find out that he had tossed it away like it was nothing. Meanwhile, he had kept all the gifts from his ex-girlfriend Ginny, claiming they were special. It was like a slap in the face, a reminder that she didn't matter to him as much as Ginny did.

Why did he keep Ginny's gifts and not hers? Did he ever appreciate her, or was she just a convenient option for him when he needed someone to turn to? The pain of feeling overlooked and unappreciated was too much for Luna to bear, and the tears started streaming down her face.

She had always been the odd one out, the one people laughed at for her beliefs and strange behavior. And Harry was no different. He never defended her or stood up for her when she was being bullied by others. He had his own group of friends and his own life, and Luna was just a mere acquaintance, someone he could hang out with when he had nothing else to do.

And then there was the incident at Hermione's birthday party, where Ginny, Tonks, and Parvati had bad mouthed her. Luna had felt so humiliated and hurt.

The anger and frustration inside her built up, and she couldn't contain it any longer. She slammed her fists against the bathtub, feeling the hot water sloshing around her. "Why does he only notice me when he's single? Why can't he see me for who I am?" she cried out, the pain of loneliness and isolation overwhelming her.

The thoughts kept swirling around her head, like a never-ending storm. She couldn't escape the pain and hurt that Harry had unknowingly caused her. And as she lay there in the water, feeling vulnerable and exposed, Luna knew that she needed to confront Harry about her feelings, no matter how scary or uncertain it may be.

But for now, all she could do was let the tears fall and the emotions flow freely, allowing herself to feel the hurt that had been bottled up for far too long.

As Luna got out of the tub, she couldn't stop the tears from flowing. The pain and loneliness she had felt in Hogwarts came rushing back

Luna saw Harry in the kitchen and he smiled at her, "Hey Luna, I'm making spaghetti for us. You must be hungry after work."

Luna smiled weakly and replied, "Actually, I already ate dinner with Rolf. But thank you, Harry."

Harry's expression changed, his smile fading slightly. "Oh, I see." He turned back to the stove, stirring the spaghetti sauce with a wooden spoon.

Harry raised an eyebrow and asked, "But Rolf? Who's that?"

Luna felt a twinge of annoyance at Harry's question."He is a colleague, Harry. We work together at the Quibbler, but of course as usual you will not know.

Harry's expression changed from confusion to annoyance as Luna spoke. He didn't like being accused of neglecting Luna and he didn't appreciate her sarcastic tone. "Well, excuse me for not being aware of every single detail of your life," Harry retorted, his voice rising. "It's not like you've ever gone out of your way to tell me about Rolf before."

Luna crossed her arms and glared at Harry. "Maybe if you weren't so focused on Ginny all the time, you would have noticed," she shot back.

Harry's face darkened. "Don't bring Ginny into this. This is about you and me."

"Is it?" Luna said bitterly. "Because it seems like you only started paying attention to me after Ginny broke up with you."

"That's not true," Harry said defensively. "I've always thought you were interesting and...and...unique."

Luna rolled her eyes. "Sure, Harry. You just never had time for me because you were too busy being obsessed with Ginny."

"I was not obsessed with her!" Harry shouted, his temper flaring. "I cared about her, yes, but that's over now. And I care about you too, Luna. I always have."

"Whatever Harry , I'm going to bed " Luna

He didn't want to fight with her anymore, so he decided to suggest they watch a movie together.

"Luna, let's watch a movie tonight. Tomorrow is the weekend, and we don't have to go to work," Harry said, hoping to lighten the mood.

Luna glanced at him and replied coldly, "Okay."

Harry could sense the tension between them, but he didn't know how to ease it. He silently cursed himself for not being more attentive to Luna's life outside of their relationship.

They sat down on the couch and Harry scrolled through the channels, trying to find something they could watch together. Luna looked bored and disinterested, and Harry felt guilty for not making more of an effort to connect with her.

Finally, Harry settled on a romantic comedy, hoping it would lift Luna's spirits. But Luna remained unresponsive throughout the movie, barely laughing at the funny scenes or reacting to the romantic moments.

As the movie ended, Harry turned to Luna and asked, "Did you like this movie?"

Luna shrugged and said, "It is fine."

Harry sighed, feeling frustrated and helpless. He didn't know how to break through to Luna and make her feel loved and appreciated. He wished he could turn back time and do things differently, but he knew that was impossible.

Luna's phone buzzes ,making Luna check it and read someone's message then text that person back. Harry asked who was texting her so late at night. Luna said it's Rolf ,

Which makes Harry frown a little "Why is he texting you so late at night ?"

Luna looks at Harry with an incredulous expression. "Are you seriously asking me why my friend is texting me late at night? You know, not everyone keeps the same schedule as you, Harry," Luna says, her voice tinged with frustration.

"Moreover, it's none of your business why Rolf is texting me. He's my friend and we sometimes talk late at night. Is that a problem?"

Harry's expression turns defensive, "No, it's not a problem. I just find it odd that he's texting you so late."

Luna rolls her eyes, "Why is it odd? You text Ginny all the time, even when it's late at night. Do I ask you about it?"

Harry's face turns red with anger, "That's different, Luna. Ginny is my ex-girlfriend and we have a history together. Rolf is just a friend."

Luna feels hurt by Harry's words, "So you don't trust me? Is that it? You think I'm going to cheat on you with Rolf?"

Harry looks at Luna with surprise, "What? No, of course not. I trust you, Luna. It's just that I don't know Rolf very well and I don't want him to get the wrong idea."

…………

Harry woke up early in the morning feeling restless. He knew that he had to do something to fix things with Luna. As he was lying in bed, he looked over at her sleeping form and wondered how to approach the situation.

"Maybe we should go on a movie date tonight," Harry suggested as they were having breakfast.

Luna gives him a small smile, "That sounds lovely, Harry."

"We can watch that new fantasy movie you wanted to see," Harry continued, "and then have dinner out somewhere nice. It'll be good for us to have a change of scenery and spend some time together."

Luna nodded in agreement, but Harry's plans were interrupted when he received an urgent owl from the Ministry.

Harry sighs as he reads the owl's message. He knows that he has to go back to the Ministry and attend to the urgent work. Luna sees the expression on his face and knows that something is wrong. She asks him what happened, and Harry tells her about the message.

Luna nods and tries to be understanding, but she can't help feeling disappointed. She was looking forward to spending some quality time with Harry and resolving their differences. Harry apologizes for having to leave, and Luna tells him that it's okay, she understands that work is important.

As Harry packs his things and prepares to leave, Luna sits on the couch, feeling a mix of emotions. She's sad that Harry has to go, but at the same time. She knows that Harry is dedicated to his job, but sometimes it feels like he prioritizes it over their relationship.

Harry notices Luna's mood and tries to reassure her. He tells her that they will go on that movie date as soon as he's back from work. He promises her that they will have a great time together and that he will make it up to her.

Luna nods, but she's not convinced. She knows that Harry means well, but she can't help feeling like they're stuck in a rut. She wants more from their relationship, but she doesn't know how to make Harry see that.

As Harry leaves, Luna sits alone, wondering if they will ever be able to work things out. She knows that she loves Harry, but she also knows that love isn't always enough. She wonders if they are truly meant to be together, or if they are just holding on to something that is no longer there.
