Behead the Demon
The fight had finally changed tide, Bride was overpowering Bane, his new Venom helped him last, but Bride's overcharged power was overpowering him and his Venom!
Flagg watched in disbelief as Medusa was toying with whose supposed to be the best martial arts fighters in the world, even better than Batman!
"Gods, you mortals have lowered your standards." The Gorgon mocked, easily dodging each and every attack, "I'm afraid your barely even at the lowest level if even the greatest fighters in history."
Shiva's anger rose as her pride became more wounded! How dare this creature mock her!
"Alright, this was fun for a bit, but now I'm bored." Medusa says as she sidestepped Shiva's reckless strike before striking the back of Shiva's neck, knocking her out cold, "So, hopefully this will be where I pass my exam?"
Flagg hated when Waller pulled her tricks.......but today was one of the more welcomed ones. He then lifted his arm over his face as the jet Humanite made lands in the middle of the courtyard. Both Humanite and Khalis exited, Khalis walked over to Flagg and checked for his shoulder.
Humanite went over to G.I.Robot's head and picked it up.
"I need to work on making it harder for people to knock you to pieces." Humanite explains as he carries G.I.'s head, "Let's just get your consciousness into your more Brute Mode, Tank Mode would be overkill."
"G.I.Robot is extremely grateful, friend Humanite, that he can return to killing people similar to Nazi's soon!" G.I. states in a cheery tone.
Khalis wrapped Flagg's arm in a makeshift bandage. Flagg was glad it was just broken, not torn off. A broken shoulder can heal, but a torn off limb would be downright useless. The mummy then walked over to the paralyzed Grundy.
-Phosphorus-
The former scientist cracked his neck, pissed off he had to increase his radioactive heat so high, Phosphorus's clothes burned off. He doesn't mind streaking if he can help it, but it makes finding new clothes so much more difficult.
Either way, Copperhead slipped into the vents and ran away like a bitch. Shade, however, well, Phosphorus was going to make sure Shade dies........and stays dead.
All of Shade's shadows were constantly burned away, preventing any counter or even any chance of escaping.......yeah, he was fucked!
-Courtyard-
Flagg was positive his team was simply getting weirder and weirder, but at least they were efficient. Khalis had helped Grundy get unparalyzed, and Humanite downloaded G.I.Robot into a taller and bulkier form, Grunt Mode, capable of lifting heavier weapons and thicker armor.
*BOOM!*
An explosion shook the courtyard......and Flagg could only guess who was responsible.
"Yo, Flagg!" Flagg was definitely glad to hear Phosphorus.......until he saw him.
"Phosphorus, for God's sake, put some pants on!" Flagg yelled as he covered his eyes.
"What? It's not like I have any equipment to cover up." Phosphorus states as he gestures towards the area where his junk would be.
"Either way, in the name of decency, find some discarded clothes and cover yourself." Humanite exclaims, who then notices three individuals waking their direction.
"I definitely don't mind....." Medusa said as she admired Phosphorus's build.
The Bride was in front, scoffed up and covered in scratches and bruises, yet she was dragging a person Humanite definitely recognized, Bane. Nina was near her, a look of unease and a third person........that Humanite only heard rumors of, Onomatopoeia.
"Bride! Nina!" Flagg yells, "It's good to see you guys are alr......." Flagg's voice dead down as he sees the third individual, "uuuuh, why is one of Ra's disciples here with you?"
"Turns out, he was never really a desciple of Ra's " Nina explains, "I'm not completely sure why he joined them, but.......now he wants to help us......"
"Seriously," Flagg asked as he kept his eyes on Onomatopoeia, "can we trust him? Can we trust you?"
"Ding, ding!" Onomatopoeia said as he gave a thumbs up, which only confused Flagg, until he looked over to Nina.
"He can only say sounds, I'm actually not sure if he's able to process whole sentences." Nina, giving a rough explanation, "But he helped us.and Bride doesn't want to kill him, so that should help."
"Doesn't she want to kill everyone but you?" Phosphorus asked, getting Nina's attention and her excitement showed.
"Phosphorus, you're alright!" Nina yelled in excitement.......before she noticed he was, "......aaaand you're naked......." Nina slowly backed away.
"Why is everyone so concerned I'm naked?" Phosphorus asked, acting like he didn't understand.
"You know why, Sans!" Bride yelled.
"Alright, alright, just let me understand all this," Flagg yells, trying to rationalize everything, "this guy," pointing towards Onomatopoeia, "switched sides and he's helping us," he then points to Medusa, "she's a new recruit that just joined us," then to Bride and Phosphorus, "and these two beat the rest of the disciples?"
"All except Cheshire," Bride states, "must've high-tailed it out and saved her own skin."
"Copperhead already did that, squeezed into a vent and left. Shade was less lucky......" Phosphorus explains, saying the last sentence in a cold manner. Bride then took notice of Medusa and walked up to her.
"Well, well, didn't think the snake-bitch would do anything that broke her nails." Bride said in her usual snarky and bitchy attitude.
"What can I say? Had to take a break from those howling dogs." Medusa retorted, noticing the stares she was getting from everyone. Each had a different opinion about her:
- Flagg: Lazy yet effective
- Bride: An old aquantince she doesn't hate
- Humanite: An attractive and classy lady
- Khalis: Happy to see old friends
- Nina: A beautiful woman who has history with Bride.......
- Grundy: Pretty lady
- Phosphorus: Nice
- G.I.Robot: A possible new friend with who to kill people similar to Nazi's
- Onomatopoeia: Dog bark
"We'll need to do a head count on whose able to still fight and whose out for the count!" Flagg states, "I'm obviously out....."
Phosphorus finished putting a pair of pants on.
"I'm ready."
"Grundy still don't feel good....."
"He's right, he's lost a good amount of stamina when I brought him out of his paralysis." Khalis explains, "I'll stay here as well and look after the wounded."
"I may have an atomizer cannon stashed in my ship," Humanite states, obviously volunteering. Nina approaches Onomatopoeia.
"Do you think you can still fight....." She asks in concern, only for Onomatopoeia to hang his head.
"Wah, wah, wah, waaah....." Nina gave him a small smile.
"I'll also stay outside and help Khalis." Nina tells Bride, who rolls her eyes yet smiles. As long as Nina's out of danger, she couldn't care less.
"G.I.Robot is reporting for duty!" G.I. saluted.
"I'm definitely in." Medusa states.
"So, that leaves a scientist's brain in a gorilla's body, a walking nuclear reactor, an ancient hag, and a tin man....." Bride does a head count of the remaining active members, chuckling as Medusa smiled and flipped her off, but her smile fades as she looks at the rest of the team, "Phosphorus, why don't you stay here and protect these idiots?"
Phosphorus looked at Bride in silence, understanding what Bride actually meant.....protect Nina. Phosphorus simply nods. Bride then walks over to Nina, who was tending to Onomatopoeia. Bride stops just a few inches from Nina then kneels down to be eye level with her.
"Help Khalis tend to wounded, not fight with Phosphorus......promise me...." Bride was trying her hardest not to beg to Nina.....but to lose her.
Nina gave Bride a small smile and held Bride's hands in her's.
"I promise....." Bride smiled and kissed Nina on the cheek.
Bride stood as she, Medusa, Humanite, and G.I.Robot walked to where they all new was Ra's Al Ghul's private chambers......where his Lazarus Pit is.
It's time to behead the Demon!
