Check up and the station
The Weasley's entered their Ford Anglia and began following the Dursley's as they didn't know were the police station is.
Inside Arthur was making a few rules, for when they arrive at the station.
"Some rules, don't say anything related to about magic, let me do most of the talking, if they ask us if we know him, we'll tell them that we do not, but that we heard about him, saying that Moll's brother knew his parents" said Arthur
Molly sheed a tear, remembering her two brothers who died fighting in the first war against death eaters.
"That sounds good, you know the most about muggles, never thought it would come in handy like this. Let's get him out of there, he was entirely too thin, and was also really small, from what I heard James Potter was fairly tall, it also looked like he was going to hit him and it didn't look like it was the first time it happened" said Molly while whipping away her tear
A few minutes later they arrived at the station and followed the Dursley's towards the station.
"What brings you here?" asked and officer who came up to them
"Officer Stone said, we had to go here, we three are the Dursley's and that is Peers Polkiss" said Mr Dursley
"And you are the Weasleys I presume?" asked the officer looking at the Weasleys
"Correctly" said Arthur
"Okay" said the officer and turned around "Mike, Dursley's and the Weasley's are here"
"Okay, follow me please" they followed him towards a room "Now we'll take fingerprints, address, phone number and some pictures, to already have them in the sistem"
He began instructing everyone on what to do and took all the things and put it away to the files.
"Thanks for the cooperation, now we will wait for officer Stone and Johnson, to come with Mr Potter and see what will happen" said Mike
"If it's the only way" muttered Mr Dursley
"Alright with us" said Mr Weasley as they all sat down on the waiting
Around the same time Harry arrived at the nearest hospital with the officers who lead him in, they called over some one and began with the examination.
They checked everything and found that he was undernourished, a couple of bruises, the newest from when Dudley hit him, some not correctly healed bone breaks, along with a weakened nose, that was broken a few time, they also took blood and urine samples, were they found nothing important other than the undernourishment.
They gave the filles the officer's who then went with Harry to the station. Once arrived the went towards the two waiting families.
"We have the files, we found he is undernourished, has some bruises, the most recent one was from today and some not correctly healed bone breaks, Mr and Mrs Dursley you'll be charged with child neglect, attempted child abuse and assaulting two minors, more charges can be added if new things come to little, Mrs Weasley, you'll be not fined as you acted in self defence of your children, we will inform you of when the court day is, we will talk to Mr Potter and then you can go home, as for Mr Potter he'll be with child protection until the court case" said Officer Stone
Officer Stone talked to Harry, who told him about his home life, how he had to do a lot of the stuff and that he slept in a cupboard, which ended in a charge of abuse.
They went out again and saw that child protection had also come. They went over to the group of people.
"Mr and Mrs Dursley you are under arrest in the charges of child neglect, attempted and done child abuse and assaulting two minors" said Officer Stone coming up behind them along with Johnson and put handcuffs on. "Dudley Dursley does also go to child protection until a relative or someone can get him, Mr Poolkiss we will call your parents so that they can get you, Weasleys you are free to go, the only thing would be to the court case, which will happen soon, Mr Potter you'll also go with child protection"
The Dursley's where brought to holding cells, Harry and Dudley were brought away by two different person from child protection, Peers parents came soon after and brought him home, the Weasley's after saying goodbye to Harry and that they are going to try to get him, to live with them.
