Court
A few days after the incident in the zoo was the court case about, the fate of the Dursley's and the question of custody of Harry and Dudley.
Inside sat, Harry, all 4 Weasley's along with Dumbledoor, Ted Tonks, the Dursley's, Marge, along with their lawyer.
After a few hours they all came to a decision, after having talked between themselves.
"We have come to a final verdict Mr and Mrs Dursley you are sentence to 20 years in prison and 10 years each, Ms Dursley you'll receive custody of Dudley Dursley's and Mr and Mrs Weasley you get the custody of Harry Potter" said the judge ending the trial
The guards took the Dursley's away, while Marge and Dudley followed them, the rest of them cleared the courtroom and spoke just outside it.
"Thanks a lot for giving me a new home Mr and Mrs Weasley" said Harry
"Nothing to thank for Harry, and no need to call us Mr and Mrs, call us Molly and Arthur, your part of the family now, these two are Ron and Ginny you remember them" said Mrs Weasley smiling at him
"Yes I do remember them" he said looking at them, his staying a bit more on Ginny
"We have got 5 more brothers, there is Fred and George, who are twins, Percy, Charlie and Bill" said Ron
"Bill is the best of them" said Ginny
"Percy is really boring"
"Fred and George are the funny ones"
"And Charlie likes dragons a lot"
"Wow that's a lot of brothers" said Harry
"You'll get used to it, my dear" said Mrs Weasley
"Now let's get home, we have a few things to talk about" said Mr Weasley
"If you would be so kind, I would like to come with you, I want to say a few things to young Harry" said Dumbledore
"Of course you can, Headmaster" said Mrs Weasley
They went to Mr Weasley's Ford Angliar and entered it and began to drive, once away from the muggles, Mr Weasley pressed the flying and invisibly button and they flee towards the Burrow
"Arthur I must say, you have a knack for muggle things, but you know this is not really legal" said Dumbledore
"Thanks headmaster, yes I do know it's not really legal, but I'm head of the department, I'll make a law to make it legal and most people don't even care about my profession" said Arthur sadly
"It is sad that, most don't care about your profession, making a lot of them blind towards muggle and how they live" said Dumbledore
Some time later they arrived at the Burrow, Harry's head was still spinning from all of what he just heard and saw, muggles, flying and invisible car and other things he had heard, and he now looked at the most strange house he had ever seen, but he thought it looked really cool.
"Harry, dear come over" said Mrs Weasley
He followed her and the rest and they entered the house, he looked around in awe, he had never seen things like this, there was a clock in the wall with different spoons with pictures, he recognised Ron and Ginny.
"I'll make some lunch, would you like to stay headmaster?" asked Mrs Weasley
"I would but I have to go back to Hogwarts, thanks for the offer maybe another time, your cooking is always delightful" said Dumbledore "Now Harry, I want to tell you a few things, what do you know about magic and your parents?"
"That magic is not real, it's what uncle Vernon always said and my parents died in a car crash when I was a baby" he said
Dumbledore looked at him with momentary surprise, the frying pan Mrs Weasley had in her hands dropped to the floor, the rest of the Weasley's had wide eyes and looked at him.
"Harry magic is real, you are a wizard, everyone here is a wizard or a witch, this house is hold by magic, Mr Weasley's car is modified by magic, in September you will attend Hogwarts a magical school in Scotland, I'm the headmaster you will learn all kinds of magic along side Mr Weasley here and the other weasley there and the next year with Miss Weasley" said Dumbledore he pulled his wand out and tapped the newspaper in front of him, it folded into a paper plane and began flying around
Harry looked at the paper plane in awe
"Harry have you ever noticed something strange happening to you when you were scared or angry?" asked Dumbledore
"Yes, just in the zoo, the glass just vanished or when I was running from Dudley and his gang and I suddenly was in the roof" he said
"That's accidental magic, even if I didn't hear about accidental aparation but it would be possible, about your parents, they didn't die in a car crash, they didn't on Halloween 1981, there was war, the dark lord Voldemort, wanted to get to you, he murdered your parents, but vanished when he tried to kill you, that's how you have the scar, in the wizarding World you are known as THE-BOY-WHO-LIVED as no one has ever survived the spell he tried to kill you" said Dumbledore
Mrs Weasley who had stopped making lunch went over to Harry and gave him a hug.
"You now have a proper family Harry not like your aunt or uncle, we won't lie to you" she said
"I may come back another day to talk some more if not I'll see you on September first at Hogwarts Harry" said Dumbledore standing up and walking out "Goodbye everyone, we will see us another day"
"We will take proper care of you Harry, don't worry alright?" asked Mrs Weasley who was still hugging Harry
He nodded, smiling lightly, not able to speak right now, because of everything he felt between new found Happiness and new found sadness.
